Wow wow wow yummy alcohol filled cocktails, frightfully tasty chicken with shrump, oh and that bacon garlic mash was unbelievably good. Friendly polite welcoming staff and an all round great evening while here for wrestlemania 38 with the boys. See you again Applebee's ❤

The food here is disgusting. We sat & ate and they put the fries on the. Sizzling plate. The fries were under cook but the fries touching the sizzling plate were burnt and still soggy. That was the first visit. Just yesterday we order UberEat because of late night craving and they were the the only place open besides Taco Bell. Fries we cold and stale. That had nothing to do with the delivery time, fries tasted like they were cooked long before we ordered, prob yesterday. We ordered Lemonade but received water, because the lemonade syrup ran out. With the inflated prices with Uber Eat plus service charge & we had to throw away the double order fries and add Crystal Light packages to the water we received. Still haven’t received a refund from UberEat.

Not too good experience. Food was average. Flies were all over...but the worst experience was turning into a huge rock on the curb that damaged my rental vehicle. Not sure why the rock is there but servers confirmed that several customers have had the same issue. Knowing this why does the management keep the huge rock so close...Pls beware if you ever visit this restaurant...

The host and server Daisy were super nice and responsive. Dip for salsa was salty. The serving of the shrimp & chicken was so small the plate had so much empty space. I am tired too to keep writing.

I visited at a slow time. There were several other customers, and we all sat at the bar. So it's odd that the food took a very long time to come out. They apparently just forgot to serve it because right after I asked about it, it was brought out. The chips and queso were great, but there weren't many chips. The burger and fries were decently good. Fries were great dipped in the queso.

Very horrible customer service after 10 pm and I felt racism. So we ordered our drinks they came had already ordered the food omg the food was cold and nasty the chips for the dip were very old. The boneless wings very hard and old. Once they brought the food out that was it we didn't see the Waiter anymore so we left all the food and drinks everything was still on the table please do no go to this Applebee's after teb the food and customer service was horrible made Applebee's look real bad. We were the only black couple sitting in a dam corner. That experience last night was horrible we left hungry and very disappointed. Applebee's is one of those restaurants thats open a little later easy money as long as the product is good and it was horrible I only rated them 1 star so I could write this review so people could read this before they make plans to eat there. Please find somewhere else to eat if you don't want cold food and horrible customer service please do not eat here

I had the 12 oz Ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccoli plus fried shrimp. I also had whittea with Tito's vodka. The whole meal was exceptional my waitress Kelsey S plus two other employees came to my table when the drink I originally ordered was not available the substitute was just what I loved anyway. Way exceptional. Food cooked to perfection service exceptional.

Terry is one of the rudest servers here Never in my life have I experienced horrible service like I have with him. Did not acknowledge us at all walked around us several times and did not get our drinks but got everyone else’s around us their drinks. I knew he was our server from the section they had sat us down on. But he completely ignored us. I had to ask the host to move me sections to get a better server. You can tell when someone doesn’t want to serve you and that is exactly what Terry did. Horrible service. I’d give 1 star if I could.

No lie I’m not big on certain things that will make service bad like they didn’t give enough napkins but that’s not a deal breaker lol but the atmosphere is great! Me and my boys came straight in got greeted and seated the waiter was on point and our food came out perfect! The manager Garrett was so sweet and energetic made sure we were good while there as well as our waiter! They on top of it! I will be returning. 💙🎉😏👏🏾

If i could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I never leave reviews but I’ve never experienced this type of service, ever. If you can even call it “service”. Sat there for 30 mins and nobody even thought to come by. Manager took our drink orders and didn’t even apologize. I get when you’re in the “weeds” and it’s busy but at least acknowledge your table and let them know. TODD (the manager) IF YOU SEE THIS, DO BETTER.

The waitress we had just seem like she didn’t wish to be bothered she wasn’t rude , just seems like she had things on her mind that was distracting her.

Manger was really welcoming, happy to greet us at the door. And he had host set us. Once seated, we waited 20 minutes for the server to say anything to us. When she finally spoke, she had an attitude. She barely checked on us. When she did we told her we had another person coming and we wanted to place an order for her. She wrote it down walked away. Our joiner came and she didn't even put the order in. Didn't offer her a beverage she just walked away. She never came back or offered us a to go box. We had to figure out how to pay on the kiosk ourselves. We still tipedher 5% and that only because we work in the industry and know tips are how we get paid. But because we work in the industry we look for good service. She definitely messed up her money that night.

our waiter TUESDAY and her service was truly amazing, she genuinely went above and beyond and could not have asked for a better server. the manager MAURICE on the other hand was an absolute nightmare. he was rude as hell when we alerted him that we hadn’t been served yet after 15 mins of sitting & then turned around and tells us to either leave or move our table over towards the wall so he could accommodate another table. thankfully there was another manager by the name of TODD who was able to turn our whole experience around. Thanks to the amazing service from Tuesday & the fantastic manager Todd we were able not only have our drinks and food but enjoy them as well! they truly made the experience worth while

I would have given it 1 star if it wasn’t for the warm and welcoming staff. Food is beyond awful but the vibe is great in an ironic kind of way; you see all the Applebees Memes in real-time and the patrons are extremely entertaining. Great restaurant for those who enjoy people watching, particularly watching peculiar human behavior. Great place for psychology majors to sit for a few hours and study the vibe and patrons.

OUR waitress, Macy was attentive, respectful, funny, prompt. We felt comfortable having our meal with her being our server. I RECOMMEND Macy to continue what she was doing w8th us. Find a relatable topic with customers and go talk about it. Weather, family, sports, summer ideas. I'll come back to have Macy as my waitress again.

I tried the grilled chicken breast dinner, with 4-cheese Mac and cheese, and the cheesy broccoli. It was amazing! Camee was a great server! Overall, a wonderful experience!

Manager was so cool and funny. Bacon burger was delicious ! Reyna was our server she was amazing. Cammy was our server last Time and I’d say they are the best two we’ve had. We go quite often but those two left their mark on my husband and I !

I had the boneless wings🙁. Sad to say they were probably the worst boneless wings I've ever had next to the boneless wings at the 7-11 in the airport. Hard , dry, and the Garlic Parmesan wings had ALL the sauce on the plate underneath the wings, no exaggeration. With big chunks of Parmesan scattered over the wings.,🤦the Buffalo sauce was barely present in those wings. Probably never going back there again..🤷...Oh well, I guess it's back to BWW..

Aweful food, can’t believe they even serve cold food… hot drink! And all I really wanted was soup! How can you get that wrong? It had too many tortilla sticks in it and became mush in min. Cold fries! I had to grab some ketchup from another table.

Always get great service here. Great service seems to be difficult to find in the restaurant business these days. One of my favorite places to go in Irving.

I came in late one night around midnight with my bf and daughter and I was going to order a drink. The server asked for my ID, and THEN proceeded to tell me they can't serve my drink at that time anymore...??? I literally saw other tables with the type of drink I wanted so it made no sense. After that we tried getting a 2 for 25 and asked if we could use one of the appetizers we had already ordered as part of the meal, he said he'd try as he walked off and didn't even let us finish ordering the rest of our food. He didn't end up putting the appetizer in the deal, brought me another, and charged me for the extra one. I also SAW him right down how my bf wanted his burger and it still came with everything he didn't want. The food was decent but I was so disappointed in the server that day. He didn't even have a name tag on so I couldn't even tell what his name was. He has lots of tattoos on his arms though. Poor service.

Enjoyed the food, but it sucks that there isn’t an option to add a rack of ribs to a meal without needing to buy a full rib meal. Ended up buying the extra meal just to have ribs.

I have tried to stay away from chains in this economy to support small family businesses but I wanted to see what it was like the other day. Solid food, decent atmosphere. Nothing special but a good meal at a low price which is all that matters at a chain.

Unfortunately my experience with our visit was not a good experience. The service was poor, food presentation was lacking, little to no standards for customer attentiveness. My wife and I felt as if we were an interruption of their shift. I would rate no stars, but me never returning would be a better rate for me, so I can avoid embarrassing my friends and family

The best Applebee’s in Dallas Fort Worth metroplex hands down. This is the restaurant you want to be at for happy hour. Affordable prices incredible staff and a place to really have fun or just relax. The management is unbelievable I recommend this Applebee’s to everyone to come have a amazing time .

If I could give zero stars I would. So to begin with me and my friends thought after work we would enjoy a good meal! Instead we we’re denied drinks because the thick waitress with the moles on her face accused us of smelling a way in which she would serve us any drinks. I felt like it was since we were people of color. But she miscalculated Not only was she serving two managers and a supervisor of one of America’s top restaurants, she made a moral error in judging people when in order to have a successful restaurant rule number one is make everyone feel welcome and she failed. We immediately walked out and went to ihop next door because is wasn’t about drinking it was about service. I’ll be contacting corporate in the morning. Extremely disappointed, I grew up going to Applebees with Dad, what a let down!
