Wow! I didnt know this connected with Campion Trail, which in turn connects with Trinity river on one end and can connect to Lone Star Park on the other end. That makes for miles and miles and miles of running or biking. It looks well kept. Not my best choice for a picnic because of the smell. But definitely a great spot to leave your car and take a long run or a fun bike ride!

It's built by the dump so yeah you can smell if the wind is right. Still, great place in the city to go ride, walk, play with dogs. Always loved it

Great spacious park for walking/running/biking! Plenty of playground equipment, nice cricket field, basketball court and large pavilion. It is always well maintained and manicured. The only complaints I have is there is no water fountain at all anywhere so bring plenty of water. Also have to point out the rancid smell every time I've been there. It smells like a sewer runs through the entire park area. If you plan on eating there, bring lots of incense, air freshener, etc.!

Beautiful park! Great for bike riding and families with strollers. It is by a landfill so you might get a wiff of the smell depending on the weather that day. Other than that it is a nice escape from the city.

Nice park. I went there yesterday morning. Beautiful Autumn colors. It was quiet. Has 12 foot wide paved trails. I want to come back and use the canoe launch into the West Fork Trinity River.

This could be a nice park but every time I come it smells like sewage. Today it smelled so bad I couldn’t even stay.

Partially under construction. When wind blows from the west, odor from landfill is obnoxious.

Wide open trails and green spaces. Walk right under loop 12!

Nice playground. Excellent trails for walking, biking, and horse riding. Well-maintained and mostly clean in spite of litterbugs. The odor from the wastewater treatment plant becomes less noticeable as your nose adapts to it. Great place to bring the kids to see nature and fly kites. Nice views of the Trinity River and lots of butterflies and flowers in the spring.
