Food was terrible. Staff was nice, casher was friendly. Off brand parmesan cheese. Never coming back.

Went here for a little celebratory dinner for my son going to the 4th grade!! 🎉 #proudmom lol. It was pretty crowded, but everyone looked like regulars from the table stuffing pizza in there bag to the family of 15 taking up the middle of the seating area. This type of buffet style gives kids a sense of responsibility/coolness. The staff was ok, I believe it's definitely based off the atmosphere in the restaurant when it comes to staff. Fresh pizzas kept coming so that's great!

New paint and new pizza, stuff crust on the buffet. The drink machine were messed up but usually there is no problem. Pasta is always good, and if you want a pizza theybdont have out they will make a customized one for you! Game room the kids enjoyed.

Nasty food, Alfredo sauce was, water, flour, and salt 😡😡😡. Pizza; hard like rock😡😡😡. Flat like plate. And extremely salty.😡😡😡😡 Waste my money.😡😡😡.

When we first arrived, they were busy enough with large families that they had run out of pizza on the buffet. We only had to wait a few moments for hot fresh pizza. The meal was great and the atmosphere was good considering how busy they were.

There used to be a place where I had my favorite pizza. It was called a hamburger and onion pizza. Cici's knows how to make it and I always ask for one. Thanks.

We come here a lot! We bring our family, the cheer team, the baseball team, we host fundraisers for our school here. We host Volunteer meetings here. We will always come here because they are always accommodating and friendly. Thank you for all you do for our community ❤️

I was only here to pick up an order for somebody who requested doordash to deliver their food order. The restaurant was pretty clean quiet it's very kid friendly.

I ordered lemon pepper wings, received garlic Parmesan so I asked for the mistake to be corrected and they took the wings back, after 10 minutes I received the same exact wings but with lemon pepper flavor on top of the old flavor.

Miss the TV's. Change up the toppings. Put out the same thing every all nite.

We get the buffet at Cici's usually. It usually costs about $18 for me and my son. Which I think is a little expensive. But they have good pizza and the cinnamon rolls are to die for!!!

Great idea place for family and even friends! I mainly see a bunch of great people heading for the buffet and arcade section. Peaceful and family oriented. I totally recommend it.!!! 😇🙏🙏👌🙂

Such a disappointment for a CiCI’s.Arrived at 7pm Salad bar was old - looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Pasta tasted awful. Pizza just couldn’t find a good taste - what I had expected of Cicis. Tables were filled with dirty plates. Employees were on Phones and Manager appeared to be talking to someone - personal matters for a good 30 min. The only ones working hard were the cooks, they were doing best to get orders and pizzas out. Never to visit this location again.

They dont have apple dessert pizza here, nor they tale suggestions since they are a franchise

Very crowded, and the manager lady talked very rudely to one of the workers all because it had gotten crowded and she was a little overwhelmed.

I usually go twice a week for lunch. The workers are very attentive and friendly, a 10/10, and the pizzas are very good. Good food at a cheap price. 7,99$ buffet (drink not included).

Pizza was good, couldn't believe the slobs that where eating in here so much waisted food on the tables ,from the parents and them not controlling there kids running all over the place, and letting there kids keep going up again and again getting food and bringing back to the table and not eating it, then going for more,where is the manager, charge the kids the same price,, for the waist they make ,

No pizza for like 10mins after opening. Cockroach crawling around the table seriously was going to leave and ask for refund but was on my lunch break. Will definitely never return to such a disgusting location.

Food here is just okay. Team members did a pretty good job getting hot pizza on the line, but not a lot of variety. Overall restaurant surfaces looked dirty. In the Era of covid, it is very noticeable. Manger was kind enough to make their famous apple pie crunch dessert pizza.

Kids love Cicis but I usually go to the Pioneer location in Grand Prairie not only do they have a better selection but their sense of urgency and selection is above expectations! We decided to visit the south Irving location today, if I knew the kids were gonna have to wait over 25 minutes after sitting down for a small cheese pizza that they love I would have drive that extra mile. After going to the front twice and being ignored by Yuria the employee representing Cicis the pizza was not ready! Then manager acted as if I am at fault here. I understand is rush hour but Yuria needs more customer service training. Avoid this location you will not be satisfied with the small selection they have but if you decide you want a special pizza then be ready to wait at least 30 minutes. I rate them F+++

Clean restaurant, buffet line filled w fresh pizza, cheese bread and hot cinnamon rolls and brownies. The drink area also very clean. The employees during evening shift are doing a great job!
