    I ordered a steak bowl from Taco Bell because I was craving Chipotle, but didn’t not have time to go there on my lunch break. Like the name suggests, it is supposed to be served in a plastic bowl with a plastic lid. Instead it was served in a cardboard box with a burrito wrapper lining. I did not have time to go back for a refund or exchange, so I got stuck with this mess on a day I really needed a pick me up. 😅 Also the rice was crunchy😓 I’m just sad I spent $7 on this.     i came to this locations drive thru 5/18/22 at 12:45am.. no one came to the speaker so i drove around to the window. it was a lady pouring ice into a tub. she proceeded without coming to the window even after i honked my horn (not to be rude, but to simply have her attention). after waiting another 2 mintues she came to the window and said they were closed due to having no product. I only came for cinnabons, so i asked if they were out of those and she said yes and closed the window.. wouldn’t recommend this location… they hardly ever have business so how do you run out of product?

    This is the worst taco bell everytime I go there either they are out of the item I want or the freaking credit card machine don't work or the light over the menu is out. This is rediculious

    I was at Taco bell today 6/18/22 at 5 minutes to 12 and they werent open/ A taco bell employee came to the door and said they would be open in 30 minutes. No customer service here

    I tried this location again but it's getting worse. Soft spicy potato taco.. just look at the HARD potatoes... no words. Im not even calling or requesting a replacement.

    Dont waste your time driving there as they close the store before time. Staff will wait outside the store directing customers to goo ,as they have system issues

    WORSE TACO BELL ANYTIME FROM 7PM TILL CLOSE DON'T BOTHER GOING FOOD IS COLD DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO TO THE TACO BELL ON MACARTHUR WILL NOT COME BACK NEED TO CLOSE STORE DOWN

    I went there and ordered a #6 and got a #8 went back to tell them and they were kind enough to let me keep the tacos and give me the right ones but after screwing up my order the first time they went and burned the order I went back for. I don’t know how to feel about this Taco Bell. I mean I went there a time before and fell really I’ll from bad food or something but benefit of the doubt I say. And then this happens. Don’t think I’ll be goin to that one again. I had no choice but to eat it! I was hungry.

    Pulled up and no one answered (cars were there and this was at 2 pm the start of thier happy hour) I used to love this location but this isent the first time I’ve pulled up during business hours and no one answered the com or counter. Even tho people were obviously there. I drove across town to a different location and was actually worried that they needed a welfare check turns out it’s a normal occurrence at that location. Honestly sad. Go to shady grove and O’Connor instead

    Was on my way to go swimming and we decided to stop and get lunch first.. Went to the drive-thru an ordered a beefy melt burrito, a chicken quesadilla and two nacho french fries.. Once I got to the window the young lady with the short hair took the money gave me my change back shut the window.. I waited 10 minutes for her to open the window again just to say "hiiii that will be $10.98..."... (the ppl behind me's order) LOL ...... ummm... you never gave me my food love.... she realize what she did and she closed the door immediately and looked behind her and said y'all I messed somethingup .. then she proceeded to open the window again look at me and say that they were out of french fries?? What?? LOL I just asked for a refund she asked me to come inside.. So I did.. whenever I went inside she TOLD me all off tone for me to swipe my card after she knows she just took cash from me.. I reminded her that I paid her in cash so she gave me the cash back for the fries they were "out of" then telling me the whole fryer crashed. Then the gentleman that were working kitchen came up to me and gave me two bags.. One bag that had and then twists and other items in it which wasn't my order and then the other bag was only a chicken quesadilla no burrito lol.. Thisssssss location needs help. Or at least THAT SHIFT did. 👎🏻

    The place was not well kept. The ice machine in the front was not working. They had a very small staff, and took awhile for providing ice from the back. I was happy the food was hot.

    Apparently their "freeze" machine will never be fixed even though they have it listed on the menu and on the app. If you order from the app, apparently it takes extra time to get your food than if you were to order directly from the drive thru. I was actually asked twice to drive around the building to give them time to make it, WHAT?! So if you drive thru they can make it if they get an app order they can't?

    Needed something fast btw training, food was good. However we need to work on customer service, not everyone is versed on your menu and may have questions. Training staff to be a bit more patient will work

    I've always liked Taco Bell well enough. But their service has really gotten horrible. It seems as if you have to jump up and down to have them notice that you're even there.

    The past 2 times I went weren't good. Last night I went and only 1 car ordering in front of me, then as I pulled up was told Cash ONLY ok fine then I tried to order and was told please wait. Waited about 5 minutes meanwhile a car behind me left. I finally pulled away about 3 minutes later. Not worth the time. Last Saturday I placed order on app. Arrived about 5 minutes later in drive thru and was told they still didn't have my order. Then was told to wait 30 minutes for app to send order or come back. I wasn't going to wait 30 minutes for app to send order then wait for them to make it. I asked them to cancel order and I was Still charged for it. I already emailed Taco bell app. Both times were bad experiences. DON'T RECOMMEND at all and I won't be going back.

    Burrito literally was only tortilla. Suppose to be combination burrito. Wouldn’t allow me to post pictures but will be back at the store tomorrow for refund.

    Went there got the number 1 and 2. Tell me why when I get home I look at my tacos and they seem really skinny and once I open them THEY BASICALLY AINT GOT NOTHING IN THEM. Never coming back, my number two soft tacos were hella cold. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

    So disappointed my 75 year old mother went there and they gave her the wrong order shes been having some hard times lately and this was the tip of the iceberg she was so upset and started crying, your employees should double check the orders with the customers before handing them out, this is not the first time multiple times they get the orders wrong, customer service at this location has gotten really bad. I'm so upset with this store.

    This is one of the better ones I've been able to go to. I'm glad. Next time I'm close by, I will make sure to come back. Don't lose the pride I felt when I got my food. It is a rare thing to see. My food was made right and not rushed. Speed isn't everything if you cut corners and no corners seemed to be cut here. Thank you.
