Silla
BBQ
set
was
$118
for
two
people.
Having
had
a
sample
size
of
2
an
a
la
carte
shops
one
in
Carrollton
and
the
Michelin
KBBQ
in
nyc
which
both
were
cheaper
or
similar
prices,
I
didn't
leave
disappointed,
I
was
disappointed
mid
meal.
The
restaurant
was
clean,
and
all
the
doors
were
ajar
to
let
out
the
smoke.
The
front
attendants
were
super
helpful,
and
the
servers
that
cooked
our
food
were
fine,
nothing
amazing.
Their
rice
was
on
the
dryer
side.
The
scallion
salad
was
standard
good
fare.
soup
and
steamed
egg
were
both
fantastic.
i'll
admit
the
brisket
slices
did
have
a
slight
more
better
taste
then
AYCE,
but
again,
only
slightly
better
but
not
an
experience
to
do
more
than
once.
The
Beef
short
ribs
were
a
disappointment
since
it
was
just
a
mega
piece
of
bone
and
meat
was
tough
to
eat.
I
enjoyed
the
marinaded
beef
short
rib
and
rib
fingers,
both
were
flavorful.
I
had
a
meat
that
was
undercooked
earlier
on
the
meal.
I
just
wish
they
were
able
to
let
you
choose
med
rare
or
medium
ect
esp
for
this
price
range.
The
servers
time
near
our
table
was
more
then
my
liking
as
it
started
to
get
distracting
to
talk
to
my
friend.
In
the
end,
the
meat
display
at
the
front
looked
nice,
but
it
leaves
something
to
be
desired,
not
tender
enough
and
missing
flavor.
