Silla BBQ set was $118 for two people. Having had a sample size of 2 an a la carte shops one in Carrollton and the Michelin KBBQ in nyc which both were cheaper or similar prices, I didn't leave disappointed, I was disappointed mid meal. The restaurant was clean, and all the doors were ajar to let out the smoke. The front attendants were super helpful, and the servers that cooked our food were fine, nothing amazing. Their rice was on the dryer side. The scallion salad was standard good fare. soup and steamed egg were both fantastic. i'll admit the brisket slices did have a slight more better taste then AYCE, but again, only slightly better but not an experience to do more than once. The Beef short ribs were a disappointment since it was just a mega piece of bone and meat was tough to eat. I enjoyed the marinaded beef short rib and rib fingers, both were flavorful. I had a meat that was undercooked earlier on the meal. I just wish they were able to let you choose med rare or medium ect esp for this price range. The servers time near our table was more then my liking as it started to get distracting to talk to my friend. In the end, the meat display at the front looked nice, but it leaves something to be desired, not tender enough and missing flavor.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: High quality meat and great service - they had great quality meat cuts and delicious banchan sides. We order the $118 set for three people and it was the right amount of food for us. The servers will help break down and grill the meat for you.

This is the best Korean BBQ in the town! Since they cook the meat on the coal it has that smoke flavor. Their meat is so fresh, and I recommend to get the combination because it’s cheaper. They will cook it for you unless they are too busy. I like to go there during the weekend because there is this Nepal girl who serve the best service!

Food was excellent. Some of the best meat I’ve had at a Korean BBQ restaurant. The staff was very nice and the service was on point. The only thing that could have made this a 5 star, was that compared to other Korean BBQ places, it was a bit too Smokey inside. Other than that, it was a great meal and experience!

I love Korean bbq and I can eat it daily… did a quick little google search and boom found this little gem. The side dishes were fresh and the meat was great quality…. They cook it for you to perfection and use different methods for different meats! Will definitely be going back to this place !

I LOVE me some Korean BBQ. Ever since I had Galbi in Hawaii, I’ve been exploring different Korean Restaurants around me. Since moving to the DFW area, Koryo was my first. It’s about 6 min from Spa King. I ordered from the grille Galbi with the whole Shabang of sides. All the sides were delicious and I was able to get a refill on the sides I loved (fish cakes). I got a good amount of Sides and Galbi for $38 before tax. The complimentary tea our waitress gave us was delicious! Lynn was our server and she was AMZAZING! She is so sweet, helpful, kind, friendly with GREAT customer service! I like the atmosphere and the option of eating from the grille or table. The cold pressed ginger tea which I think was the manager special was soooooo good! I would definitely be returning.

The best Korean BBQ in dfw, don't let pictures and reviews from other places fool you. I'm Korean have eaten in the old country of S. Korea and this place is the closest it gets to quality and taste. Be prepared for an experience, the waitress cuts and cooks all the meat for you (this should always happen unless it's a cheap or low quality place). The panchan or side dishes are great. I normally order the meat combo and spend 99 for two. Remember to tip your waitress or waiter they're actually working for it when they're juggling tables and cooking meat for you and others.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Koryo korean bbq. First, its not ayce bbq. We ordered the pork belly and ribeye. The meats is fresh and good quality and grilled over charcoal which made it more tasty. Came with abundant banchan which were very good. Service was excellent!!! Highly recommend and will defintely be back.

Really disappointed to be writing this as this is my favourite KBBQ place in DFW and I’ve been coming for years and bringing new friends to come all the time. Food was great last night as always but our waitress was so rude. The old lady looked really unhappy to be there. She physically pushed me when she was trying to serve us food (she could have asked me to move). We started turning our food because the meat was getting burnt and when she saw us do that - she decided to abandon us. We were ignored most of the night, we had to cook our own food, our glasses were empty most of the time and every time we managed to wave her down she was extremely short and rude. I felt really embarrassed to have brought my friends from out of town and others here as she ruined the dining experience for us despite the food was really good (except for the meats that got burnt and we couldn’t eat). We thought she may have acted that way because she knew she would charge us 20% service anyway and she didn’t have to be nice to us. I come to this restaurant almost every other month and have brought so many friends here over the years. I would like to share this with the manager as her attitude is going to turn a lot of customers away. I’m giving 3 stars as food was good and every waitress/waiter we’ve had was not like her and I do not want to bring down your average score.

Haven't been to this restaurant in a while. Glad I visited!! It's still one of the best and most authentic Korean BBQ in Dallas. Also, I want to thank Shay, our waitress. Thank you for your service.

Haven’t been since COVID but entire place is remodeled with new ownership and new staff. Menu is more limited but food is delicious, staff is fantastic and as smoky as ever! Must try Korean favorite.

Beautifully remodeled and friendly service. The meat selection is fresh and extensive. Get aged beef if desired. Tons of bonchon. Enjoy Korean bbq at its best.

One of my favorite places to eat very high quality Korean BBQ. Today just ate light with kimchi jigae (kimchi stew) and spicy galbi jjim (spicy short ribs). Both highly recommend. Food and banchan (side dishes) are good. Service is good as well.

Love the new renovation decor, the new plate and bowl are so pretty. Good service. The exhaust vents for bbq is not the best, too much smoke inside the restaurant. The meat we ordered a set, not as good as before.

A lot of side dishes and good ones too like the white seaweed salad in mayo that our server said it’s coleslaw. I always get Yuk ghe yjang $17 whenever a restaurant have it. Big serving and purple rice is available and side dishes are big and abundant
