Ever since Dave and Dennis brought this Carly young lady on board she has really been a big help to me by helping me get my fees down to where they're supposed to be and help me get them paid on time and take care of the late fees and extra charges and everything else please keep up the good work and thank you for everything that you have done.

The Manager and Assistant Manager are totally top of the line! They are very knowledgeable and professional; making sure you ha you get the best option that fits your needs! I felt welcomed from the time I walked in; the atmosphere is amazing. I will recommend Life Storage to anyone who is looking for a great deal and outstanding management ! Had an issue with a price increase on month 4 after renting a unit. I called and was told they would get back with us. The next day, received a cal back, explained the situation, was told they would check and call me back. Less than 2 hours later, received a call, and was locked in for the original amount for 2 years. Very pleased!

This was the easiest service I’ve experienced! Dennis was helpful, had everything I needed from the reservation I made online. He was able to show me the unit and also helped with the extras I may need and he checked me out within 15 minutes. We need more customer service like Dennis! Thank you so much, Dennis!!!!

We had a storage unit here for about 2 years. Never had any issues and the people who work at the front desk are always really nice and helpful (especially Dennis).

Booked the space online. Dennis called within minutes and told me that he could hold for a few days. Came by Friday to finalize the rental. Although three of us showed up pretty much right at the same time, Dennis somehow made the wait not seem so boring. Literally the day I showed up to finalize things, they had just switched over to the Extra Space Storage software, so there was a little bit of a learning curve (for all), but the "second month free" that unfortunately I didn't qualify for, WAS a deal that the previous person ahead of me had on their phone but wasn't in the system. Dennis made a call to the manager who said that they would make it right. This place has very REALISTIC prices for storage spaces. Public Storage down the street is awful, very proud of their spaces, and in 10 years I saw the price of my storage space go from $75/month to $264/month. This space is a little bit smaller, but also $160/month cheaper. Secure fencing around property, temp controlled storage is around 75.5 degrees. Not bad. I keep my home about that hot on a 75 degree day. Very glad to be DONE with Public Storage and onto the new chapter with Life Storage / Extra Space Storage. Kudos to Dennis as he made everything feel like I could just give him a call if I had a problem with anything (this is how it should feel). I never had that kind of feeling with AllSpace/AllStorage/Public Storage.

Dennis was very helpful and kind. He made sure that we were satisfied with our storage and made sure we were able to get in and out of the gate. Thank you Dennis for making it easy for us during this move.

Overall, I've been ok with this place. I know that sounds less than the best, but it's a storage place. As long as they keep my stuff safe, I think they are doing just fine. I will say, though, that the manager is great.

David was great and very informative. He made the experience pleasant and I didn’t actually do the rate searching I was gonna try. I was able to get a deal on the first month being free anyway, so it was no need to go look any further. I got the unit and moved everything in within an hours time. Great location near my current address. Perfect.

Dennis is awesome! Got through the registration process quickly and he’s pretty detailed about everything. If you need to store things month to month, I would definitely recommend this location.

Thieves broke into my storage unit and stole everything. When I brought it to the office staff's attention, all they said was "sorry", that's it. Several other units were also broken into, I would avoid this location as it's NOT secure, and you'll get no help from Life Storage

This is my 3rd time back at using this storage and I was so pleased to see Mr. Dave Carmichael’s face at the counter. He was here a few years ago when I last used the storage and has such a warm and friendly welcoming that made me want to come back and feel safe doing business here. Lala

This facility is not safe and secure as their website boasts. Last year, I reported it appeared someone had been in the unit as many of the boxes were rummaged through. Today, I opened my unit to find the contents in further disarray. The walls on the unit are corrugated metal with a foot or more gap at the back. The top panel has been bent down as if someone pushed through.

Dave was very helpful and the entire process was super simple!

I had to use a storage facility in between a move. They were super friendly and quick to help get me access to a storage garage. I really appreciate how friendly they are and taking the time to help me. If you need a storage facility, I would highly recommend!

We always have great service at this Life Storage. The staff are friendly and the grounds are always clean. Dave was very helpful as we weren’t quite sure what size unit would be best for our needs. He answered my questions about climate controlled units vs. non and explained why we would need one vs the other. I appreciate people like Dave who explain the difference instead of just trying to automatically push us towards something we don’t need. We will forever be customers of Life Storage. And big thanks to Dave for good customer service!

I’ve rented storage units before but I usually deal with people who don’t really care for their job or seem to care for what it is to at I’m asking for. I came here & was assisted by a girl named Carlie, easiest experience I’ve ever had bar none. Shoutout to her for listening to me & making suggestions instead of just letting me do ALL the talking. I’ll recommend to friends for sure & hopefully they get the same treatment Carlie gave me.

I came looking for a small unit to store some random things in and Carlie was such a sweetheart! She was super informative and walked me through the whole process. I had a great experience and got everything settled, tour and all, in like 20 minutes 👌
