Id like to take the time to call this place out on their portioning of my meal and also the management that couldn’t face a problem right in front of them and fixing it. I ordered a simple dish to go, chicken teriyaki and no drink. At first I was iffy with the price but I figured, since it was 13.99 plus tax I kinda assumed that I was getting a real good portion of rice, chicken and salad. But that wasn’t the case and instead I got about half the price portioning in my opinion. I got my order and left to where I needed to be and noticed the portioning was all off. I called up the place and the front desk young lady was very nice and patient w me and the guy was also but this is where the management needs work. The manger insisted that they had everything correct and that there was no issue and etc. they asked me to bring my food back just so they can “LOOK” at it. So I did and when I took it to them the front guy just looked at the food and said yea that’s correct. And apologizes for ME THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET A 13.99 WELL PORTIONED CHICKEN TERIYAKI PLATE. so anyways, they told me I couldn’t get a refund, I couldn’t get more portioning and insisted that my food was correct, the picture I provided is what I got. HALF A ENTREE SIDE OF CHICKEN. FOR 13.99+TAX. = 15.14! INSANE FOR WHAT I GOT!!!! The young lady and young man helped a little bit with the situation by offering me a drink. I told them that that was nice of them. The whole time I didn’t talk to any manager, which is insane because they are the ones who are suppose to fix whatever they can for the customer.

I was craving for “something, something” and this place caught my eye. Customer service is great and place is cute and clean. The food was amazing - fresh ingredient and amazing taste. I will definitely comeback.

Absolutely loved this place. Lee was our server and he was great! Try the Shaken Beef plate and Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli bowl you won’t regret it. Can’t wait to come back and try more.

This place was amazing! I have never tried Pho before so this was a new experience and I loved it! The waitress was very kind and helpful. Despite being very busy she went above and beyond many waiters I have experienced. It was an amazing meal, so amazing in fact I forgot to take pictures before a couple bites 😆 We also got bubble tea which was good!

The place and staff are nice! The food is delicious and made in the typical vietnamese fashion. Their phos are where it is at. !!The pho deluxe. It had some great flavors with good deep umami. I recommend you get the deluxe because of the various meats and fats added to deepen the broth. The house vermicelli. It was a refreshing meal with a good balance of noodles, proteins, and veggies. I would have liked an egg roll but no biggie. DO Add the fish sauce to kick it up a notch. The spring rolls were alright. It was typical in how it was constructed. You can't go wrong with it. Fyi. Wait to be seated.

Their spring rolls and peanut sauce are great! Phó was good but could be better because the rice noodle was too soft and some of them stuck together. Soup and meat taste good! Service is friendly! The dish, silverware, and table are cleaned.

Very good Pho served. Great Customer Service. Inside is a bit small but adequate to enjoy a meal. Need to add diet Dr Pepper.

Food was delicious. Service was slow. Wanted a quick bite dining in but they insisted that I had to be seated and wait for a waitress to take the order and not after straight from the counter.

My fav lunch spot locally. The spring rolls, fried rice, vermicelli noodles, pho, Korean ribs, the boba tea. All very delicious never complaining. Their sauces are all made so well!

We had lunch on a Saturday and it was fairly busy. We order the Killa Pho (oxtail), Seafood Pho, Kids Chicken Pho, and Kids Shrimp Vermicelli. Overall, the pho was good. My Seafood Pho had a bunch of vegetables and included crab meat. Nice environment and clean restaurant. The wait staff was great!

Great food, quick and friendly service! The Pho is amazing! Mostly clean dining area as well as restrooms. Non-masked employees.

First time here and I really enjoyed it! The service was awesome and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, I won't be back because it's too expensive for me. I had Spring Rolls, Regular Brisket Pho, and a water. The total came to $20.00 (plus a $5.00 tip) and my server earned every penny of it! May I suggest to the management that you cut the Spring Roll quantity and price to half of what it currently is? Also, maybe offer a smaller portion of Pho as well? I thought it was too much food for one person. Thank you!

Good place for spring rolls, pho, and vermicelli for lunch. Little on the pricy side for my tastes but it’s also not a hole in the wall so .. 😂

Lovely little Thai based restaurant. Friendly staff, yummy food, lots of choices for Boba. The only problem we've encountered over months of several visits was the one day they were too full for us to get a table & we had to only do takeout. Tabby & the rest of the staff are awesome. We now have to get appetizers every time, or we feel like we skipped a part. There's always enough left for lunch the following day too.

Normally I don't have a problem with the togo pho I get from here. Tonight I specifically asked for raw meat, when I got home, the meat was in the broth, cooked. I like rare tender meat. When it's in the broth cooked it takes longer to get tender again. I will give it another chance, just thought I should post instead of just being mad and disappointed.

The grilled chicken vermicelli is my absolute favorite. The quality is perfect every time, and it's my go-to order. I also get two meals out of it, which is nice, and it's delicious even after sitting in the fridge for a few hours, or even a day after.

Four stars earned. Three smells are great at various times of day. The food is good. Filling. A bit pricey, but for me, I can buy a large pho and spring rolls which can feed 4 in my household. If that were to feed one person, it may be a little bit less appealing. The spring rolls are so fresh and filling, I often have to take a break after eating a half of one. Ordered to-go due to time constraints, which making the dishes as fresh as they are is greatly appreciated, unless ordered before lunch time begins, I’d spend much of my lunch time waiting on my food. The wait each time has been roughly twenty minutes and doesn’t give grace to those who may not have the capability of ordering beforehand. Great service though! Greeted immediately upon entry with smiles and welcoming tone, seeing patrons enjoying their dishes and eating and drinking with smiles and comforted faces, Sprout’s should be proud of their staff. From recommendations and explaining menu items, to the food packaging, presentation and delivery, all that’s missing is perhaps an updated floor plan, and seating.

Food was good and fresh. But my beef portion was tiny for $18. Adversely the fried rice plate was enormous. The service was personable and efficient. The manager needs to have the restaurant cleaned. The lamps hanging above the booths are caked with dust and the dust can potentially fall into the served food. Some of the lamps are broken as well. I’m curious how hanging lamps that are 8 feet in the air were broken.
