First, I'll say that I had been here once before during the height of the COVID shutdown. I was wanting to order ramen from Tanoshi, the former place at this location and since it isn't around anymore I decided to order takeout from Ichigoh. I had a chance to talk with the owner for a good 30mins when I went in to pickup our food and he explained the concept of the restaurant and how he trained in Japan how to make traditional ramen and that this was the only place in town that did it that way but the problem was I really did NOT like the ramen at all. We decided to go back and sit down and I will say that it was a totally different experience. The service was a tad slow but forgivable, the ramen was very different from any other place I've been to, and delicious. I ended up swapping my Tori Paitan for my dates Spicy Soboro Shoyu. Both were really good in their own right, but the Shoyu was hitting the spot. It caught me a bit off guard with how spicy it was though. The karrage was really good as well. Highly recommend, I'll be back.

Ichigoh is consistently our favorite ramen place in Dallas. We go here at least once a month, and we’ve found ourselves to be on a friendly basis with the waitstaff :-P delicious, authentic ramen - not the super rich pork broth you might be expecting but flavorful chicken based soy broth and imported noodles - and delicious pork belly. The eggs are different but not in a bad way. We love Ichigoh for the food and drinks but we come back for the people. ❤️

Food is delicious! Best ramen ever. The flavor is so good and the noodles have such a nice chew. The meat is super tender and the broth is very light. Definitely recommend the Age Mochi too!

I’ve tried several ramen spots in town, this is by far THE BEST. We first visited last summer & we go there almost once per week. Yes, it’s that good!! The service is also great, I can’t say enough about this place. Every ramen and every appetizer we’ve tried has been superb. The drinks are also really good (they have the best Bloody Mary I’ve every had). They have vegetarian options which is something I always look for. If I ever leave Dallas this will be the only thing I’ll miss, please go, you won’t be sorry.

Every time we are in Dallas we hit up this place! It’s one of the restaurants we crave regularly. The buns are out of this world! The pot stickers are crisp, hot, and amazingly flavorful. The ramen has been done to perfection for every bowl I’ve tried. The staff is extremely helpful. As a bonus, if you’re watching live bands in the area you can eat quickly and walk to the venues. Highly recommended.

There are not enough words to describe how delicious the ramens are here. Literally the best ramen that I have had in my life. Went to Dallas for a couple of days and had dinner here for both nights. This is a family owned restaurant and all the dishes we ordered were just perfect.

This is the ramen experience you are looking for, flavorful and authentic. I have eaten here about 10 times now; there is no better place for your ramen fix in Dallas. They have a great selection of dishes from the kitchen as well, and the drink list is superb. Don't leave without trying the karaage. Chicken, pork, and vegetarian options are available. I could go on for hours about this place. What are you waiting for?

Amazing customer service by the server and the owner. The restaurant was very clean and spacious. The ramen was so delicious that I almost got a second bowl. Definitely a great place to have ramen if you're in the area or if you're visiting from Out-of-town like how we were.

The Ichigoh special spicy miso ramen is the best ramen I have tasted in America! The hosts are super warm, friendly and welcoming. The Karaage chicken and Gyoza are delicious. The ambience is perfect. We came here for lunch two days in a row. Their special margarita was the best one I had tasted in a while. We also got their bloody Mariko which is a meal of its own! Overall a very pleasant and positive experience. Will 100p return if I’m ever in Dallas again.

Delicious and unique! Best tasting ramen I’ve had so far in DFW. The flavors were perfect, the broth was so delicious and one could easily tell by tasting the noodles they were freshly made. This looked like a family business, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming, the service was excellent - we were greeted and seated quickly, water was served immediately and food did not take too long to come out. Everything was amazing, 11/10.

10/10 There was a party🥳 in my mouth and I did not wanted it to end. I wanted to order and eat more food but I got full with just one bowl and appetizer. I will definitely come here again and again for as long as this place remains in business. Delicious😋!

Little hidden gem in Deep Ellum. This place was amazing. From the atmosphere, to the food, and the service. We sat at the bar for our Sunday dinner date and our server Chris took excellent care of us. He was very attentive and offered great recommendations. The food doesn’t fall short either! I ordered the monthly special and it was just the best bowl of ramen I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a new Ramen heaven.

I liked the avocado salad, it was superb. The cocktail drinks were so good. Their drink menu is extensive. Chicken kaarage was good but some weren't cooked completely (still pink). Fried mochi and gyoza were bland It was a Sunday evening and service was slow --- only two staff were actively plating the tables/seating guests. Our party was a group of five. It took 45 minutes before the first ramen bowl came out. We all ordered different bowls and I was underwhelmed by them. Besides taking our orders and delivering the food, our server didn't check on us. Waters were emptied but can't flag down anyone to refill as they were standing by the kitchen. I used to work in the restaurant industry so even when it is busy, do remember to check in with guests especially for refills. I tipped 20% anyway bc the bartender deserved it.

Food is great and very flavorful. Very enjoyable especially before a long night of partying and having fun at the nearby music factory. Will be back to enjoy the ramen! Side items are a little bit salty for my taste.

Cool place but kind of hard to find :/ If you’re confused as we were, it’s right across the parking lot and you can find a small logo on the door. All ramen have chicken broth base, I usually go for pork bone broth or miso but I was happily surprised. They also have monthly special ramen and it looks super fun. Would recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The food is fresh and warm. The waitressing is very attentive even tho they don't seem like it. The store itself took me a second to find because there isn't any signs outside but one I walked in I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Its a nice quiet little almost exclusive seeming place. I'm really glad I was told about it and am ready go again!

Ichigoh Ramen Lounge in Dallas is indeed a hidden gem when it comes to Japanese cuisine. Their Ramen is an absolute delight - it's not just tasty but also has that perfect smoothness and just the right amount of spiciness to make your taste buds dance. This place is definitely on my list for a return visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of an authentic and delicious Japanese dining experience in Dallas.

Solid place! Came here because I craved ramen. Their warm sake, Special Spicy Miso, and Pork Ichigo Buns are what we ordered and they didn’t disappoint. The ambiance is chill and not too crowded during dinner time.

You will not find Tonkotsu Ramen in here as they use chicken broth. Their ramen menu is quite different than the usual ones. The service was friendly and amicable, but slow. The Pork Gyozas were pan fried (the way we like it). The Pork Buns were ok. The Special Miso Ramen was rich in flavor, came with 2 slices of pork belly (they were nice and soft), came with no egg (bummer). The noodles were ok. But overall, we felt that the broth was very salty. There are a few ramen places in the area, this one was not as popular as the others. But we saw this place in YouTube, and gave it a try. Though it was good, it was not what we were expecting. We were just visiting Dallas and unfortunately we didn't have a chance to try the other ramen places to compare.
