First,
I'll
say
that
I
had
been
here
once
before
during
the
height
of
the
COVID
shutdown.
I
was
wanting
to
order
ramen
from
Tanoshi,
the
former
place
at
this
location
and
since
it
isn't
around
anymore
I
decided
to
order
takeout
from
Ichigoh.
I
had
a
chance
to
talk
with
the
owner
for
a
good
30mins
when
I
went
in
to
pickup
our
food
and
he
explained
the
concept
of
the
restaurant
and
how
he
trained
in
Japan
how
to
make
traditional
ramen
and
that
this
was
the
only
place
in
town
that
did
it
that
way
but
the
problem
was
I
really
did
NOT
like
the
ramen
at
all.
We
decided
to
go
back
and
sit
down
and
I
will
say
that
it
was
a
totally
different
experience.
The
service
was
a
tad
slow
but
forgivable,
the
ramen
was
very
different
from
any
other
place
I've
been
to,
and
delicious.
I
ended
up
swapping
my
Tori
Paitan
for
my
dates
Spicy
Soboro
Shoyu.
Both
were
really
good
in
their
own
right,
but
the
Shoyu
was
hitting
the
spot.
It
caught
me
a
bit
off
guard
with
how
spicy
it
was
though.
The
karrage
was
really
good
as
well.
Highly
recommend,
I'll
be
back.
