I really enjoyed this place. While halal options other than wraps/kebabs seem limited, Tandoor Wok offered an amazing range of Hakka food while being delicious and filling. The chicken manchurian and fried chicken dumplings were delicious, as well as the mango mojito. Strongly recommend this place because it's just so dang delicious.

Best Indo-Chinese fusion restaurant in our experience in Dallas (as we moved from NY about 7 years ago, we’ve not been impressed with fusion and Chinese restaurants in Dallas at all). The price is awfully cheap and portions are big

Recently planned a surprise birthday party there for about 40 guests.. The food was outstanding and service was top notch.. Chicken Manchurian and Pepper Shrimp Salt were just too good, veg options Paneer Tikka and Methi Malai were also yummy.. The Kheer desert was one of the best I’ve had.. All the guests were very happy and satisfied with the food.

Tried this place out for the first time. Great taste, strong flavors, excellent value in portions for the price. Probably my favorite place in the shopping center so far. Love the unique blend of Asian-Indian. Will recommend!

The butter chicken had an inch of oil sitting on top of it. We've never had butter chicken like this, we ordered two orders - both were like this. You couldn't even dip the naan in it. The chicken somosas were gross and not worth the price. They also gave us grilled chicken salad instead of grilled shrimp salad.

We read the reviews and my daughter decided to have her birthday dinner here. We were disappointed immediately. There is no enthusiasm here. It was hot and muggy, the AC must not have been working during our visit. The most disappointing part was the food and taste. The pictures others have shared made this place seem amazing. Not at all, there was no flavor in the orange chicken and some chicken pieces were overcooked. The sesame chicken was mid, nothing fabulous. We did not finish our plates. My daughter said we should have gone to Panda Express. That's was her original choice. Sorry to leave this review but it honestly could have been better. The young lady who helped serve us was very nice and helpful, 5 stars to her!

Very good place to take your family too. When I walked in, I was hit by a strong curry aroma filled with what stemmed to be many different spices, which smelt great. After I sat down, the waiter greeted me immediately and did a good job of continually checking in on me during this experience. I ordered the veggie samosas as a starter and they came out within about 10 minutes. They had an amazing and pillowy dough and the center was filled with well seasoned potatoes and herbs. It also had a nice light kick to it. I ordered the Butter chicken as my entree and was delightfully surprised to see it done 15 minutes later. Although the butter chicken was a tad sweet, it made up for it with the creaminess and rich flavor. It also came with naan and rice, which were good. Finally, I ordered the Rasgollas for desert and they were good. It wasn’t ungodly sweet and had a nice texture that wasn’t too grainy, but it did leave an interesting aftertaste. I recommend Thant you eat here. 4.5/5

6/2: Went back a second time for the mixed grill. Although the portion was generous, I thought the grill meats lacked typical grilled taste and polish. The lamb chops were dry, the kebab was almost undercooked and some of the chicken inside was still pink. The tandoor chicken also didnt have any kind of grilled marks on it. I asked for a box to take home and some extra green sauce and they gave me a single tiny portion. smh. I think I will stick with the lamb curry in future 5/18: Nice Indian Chinese food. The hakka noodles had a very nice flavor and the lamb curry was also very good. Mango lassi was fine, not very mangoey. I saw a table next to me get a huge platter of grilled meats. That's my next thing i get next time I come and I will be back.

Clean space, great foods (halal), nice staff, and a reasonable price. They offer Indian and some Asian foods. Love the garlic naan and chicken fried rice.

Chicken Palak-Basil Ginger Chicken-kids plain noodles add beef-beef Samoas-vegetable spring rolls. Made with fresh with care, and cooked to perfection. We are never disappointed with the service the food or the atmosphere here! Top notch!!

We loved it. Highly recommend. Favorite dish was the Chicken Tikka Boti with cheese Naan. Also vegetable samosas are a must. We will be back! Everything we ordered was delish, and we ordered a lot!

My friend and I stopped by to eat. We got the chili garlic noodles, hakka noodles and cheese naan. They were all soooo good! My friend felt like her noodles we slightly over cooked and soft on the chili garlic noodle but still enjoyed the dish very much. I was recommended the hakka noodles by the waitress and they were very savory. We’ll be back to try more dishes!

This is a classic, family-friendly, halal desi Chinese restaurant. We went here for an early dinner, and liked it. Everything we ordered: Mumbai fried rice, Mongolian beef, Hakka noodles with beef, chili chicken, and egg rolls. All of these were delicious!

This place is incredible! It’s family owned and everyone working here is so kind. I would come here so much more if I lived closer! Took a picture halfway through my meal but it is so good!!! The Garlic Naan bread is my favorite and so fresh

The food is good. I liked the chicken tikka masala but the sauce is sweeter so it gives it a twist. We also had the shrimps on a medium spicy sauce and my tongue was burning lol but I really liked it. It came with white rice which was ok. The server was really nice. You can grab your own to go boxes at the counter. They used to sell alcohol beverages, now they have margaritas, sodas and tea.

Was looking for a Hakka/desi-fusion restaurant in the DFW area and am so glad I stumbled upon this gem! The owner and staff were very nice. The food is delicious! The best manchow soup I’ve had as well as delicious chicken samosas and entrees. Large portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Do visit this hidden gem!

Tandoor Wok is a fantastic restaurant that seamlessly blends Indian and Chinese cuisine. The shrimp pepper salt appetizer was outstanding, and the Mumbai chilli fried rice was one of the best fried rice dishes I have ever tasted. The coriander garlic chicken was cooked to perfection and had a delicious depth of flavor. The service was top-notch, and the ambiance was perfect for a lovely evening out. I highly recommend Tandoor Wok to anyone looking for a delicious fusion of Indian and Chinese cuisine.

Had a midweek dinner and it was pretty quiet. We ordered Pad Thai Noodles, Broccoli Brown Beef, Lamb Curry, Coriander Garlic Shrimp, and Mango Lassi. The Lamb Curry was really good. I also liked the Coriander Shrimp. The Broccoli Beef was ok. The Pad Thai surprised us because it was orange-colored; it was a fusion Pad Thai, not like what you would find in a Thai restaurant. But, it tasted ok. The Mango Lassi was alright. The service was good when they served you. The woman serving us was very nice, but a lot of it was self-serve. You grab your own drink in the fridge and get your own to-go containers if you have leftovers. We came in with high expectations, so we came away a bit disappointed. My rating is 3.5, but rounded up to 4.

I am visiting Dallas and was craving for some authentic fusion food! Stumbled upon a gem in the heart of Richland Hills called TANDOOR WOK! I was only going to have a small meal, but the ambience, the decor, the courteous staff and above all the aroma! I ordered Manchow soup/Shrimp pepper salt/Goat curry with saffron rice! I’ve never had such a delicious food ever!! I’m planning to come to Dallas again and this time I’ll make sure to take the entire family and show them what I discovered😜 The Owner Amir(Sam) is a very humble person, he makes sure each order is carefully inspected to its authenticity before it leaves the kitchen and goes to the table! You must meet him and you’ll know it for yourself how much he loves feeding people from the bottom of his heart! He’s not in the game for money! It’s his passion and it reflects on the generous portions!

I enjoyed the cauliflower and black pepper fried rice and both dishes were delicious. This was my first time trying Indo-Chinese Fusion and the freshness and flavors blew my mind. It’s definitely a restaurant I recommend. As a vegan myself, I appreciate the vegetarian options the restaurant provides.
