Sam is wonderful! I’ve been going to her for awhile to get my eyebrows waxed and I’m always so happy with the results not to mention her prices are extremely reasonable. This summer I also got a deep cleansing facial and was so impressed with how great my skin looked-the actual facial itself was very relaxing and my skin looked amazing after. I’d recommend Sam and Le Royale Spa to anyone!

I've been meaning to visit this place for months and I'm so glad I finally did!! Sam Khan is so open and kind-hearted. She makes sure you feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience and will frequently pause to ask if you are okay. She genuinely cares about your skin and explains every product she's applying. Her products don't contain any animal products as well and I really respect that. It's a great place for facials, waxing, threading, etc. I recommend booking your next appointment here :)

I had the best experience at Le Royale Spa and can't wait to go back! They provide a wide range of custom facials and body treatments along with threading and waxing. I definitely felt that I was in good hands with Sam Khan. Everything is customized to what your specific skin needs are. They explain everything as they go along and are super knowledgable and have a well researched approach to skincare! I felt comfortable and at ease from the minute I walked in. The interior and decor of the spa is luxurious and very soothing. Not to mention they are keeping everything super clean and sanitized in accordance to CDC standards. I had my first facial today with Sam, (the owner). She was very welcoming and suggested a signature facial ($45). I was so happy with the end end results! My face was so clean, soft and refreshed. She knows her profession very well. I highly recommend her for your next facial. I left a happy customer.

I came on a business trip all the way from Los Angeles, California. I heard a lot about Le Royale Spa on social media so I had to stop by to do my facial with them. The spa itself is beautiful and very clean. I walked in and they asked me to sanitize my hands and checked my temperature. They were very mindful in abiding by the CDC’s health guidelines, using disposable items and following all the rules to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. They were very welcoming and very friendly. I wanted to try a few things while I was there. I did my eye brow threading and the hydra facial because my skin was very dry and flakey from all the traveling. After the facial, my skin felt hydrated and clean. I had severe sun burns so I did the Body Detanning too. Absolutely love all 3 of the services that I tried. After the facial I felt great. My face and body was glowing. I highly recommend Le Royale Spa. Definitely going back next time I'm in Chicago. What an amazing experience!

I ended up at Le Royale on a whim as a saw a sale on their facials. I was not disappointed! The environment is relaxing and they use organic products which is a huge plus. Sam was very kind and very knowledgeable. I loved that she didn't push expensive products nor didn't make you feel bad if you didn't have a robust skin care routine (I have experienced this with other salons and it just always bothered me) She made suggestions about things to add into my skin care routine and explained why it helps along with making suggestions on products that are affordable. After leaving the spa my face felt so fresh and clean and smooth. I will definitely be coming back here more routinely.
