I took my mother to an appointment at Orland Park Hearing Aid Center. Kristen is absolutely awesome. She was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She didn’t rush us along and explained things very clearly to us. I know my day is coming for hearing aids; I will 100% go to Kristen.

Picked up my new hearing aids. Kristen was very thorough in reviewing them. Had a follow up visit two weeks later to see how they were working. She reviewed a few things and we scheduled another visit for 6 months. But told me several times, if I have any questions, problems, etc to not hesitate to contact her. Very satisfying overall experience.

Concerned with my elderly parents’ hearing healthcare I scheduled hearing evaluations with Dr. Kristen Conners, and immediately felt at ease. After the exams Dr. Conners took the time to clearly & thoroughly explain their hearing loss diagnosis and treatment options. She was knowledgeable, sensitive, kind & patient, listening attentively while answering all of our questions, as well as assisting us with selecting the most appropriate hearing aid devices to meet their needs. Kristen is a very knowledgeable audiologist and takes time with her clients and wants to make sure they are happy during and after the process. I’ve seen this firsthand how she works with my Grandma.

I initially made an appointment with Dr. Conners after finding her on a Google search for local audiologists in my area. When I spoke with her over the phone, I described that I had a hearing test performed already where my wife worked at the hospital. Dr. Conners, said that’s fine just upload it to our website or email it. I then met with her in person about 5 days after the initial call. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. So was emailing her my audiogram. During the appointment, Dr. Conners was very informative, professional, and very knowledgeable. Also she has a pleasant personality and answered any questions that I had. If she didn’t know the answer to my question, she briefly paused our conversation and looked up the information right on the spot. Another question about something I asked, she got back to me with an answer the following day. She is patient, very thorough, and accommodating. Her pricing was very fair & significantly lower for the product I chose, than the price I was quoted by another audiologist. Definitely will recommend Dr. Conners, to my family and friends.
