First and foremost, you have to understand this is a fast food version of Olga’s which is already a chain brand. They have some kinks to work out, but I’m sure it will improve over time.

I believe this is the last standing Olga’s in Grand Rapids. No longer in the mall, but rather in a standalone location. Still same awesome food and service.

Haven't been in Olga's in a long time. The food and service was tremendous! Hell Fire Spicy Olga will warm you up!!

I placed an order for pick up, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. However, the entire space was clean, nicely lit, and looked inviting. I tried the peasant soup; delightful. Definitely going to order it again. My nephew had the grilled chicken Olga with curly fries and loved it.

Very friendly service and reasonable prices. Food was great and the restaurant was clean.

Man, did I mess up! I placed an order on my phone online and that's where the trouble began. I shopped at another business and my card was frozen. After dealing with that, I pick up my order from you guys and go home. After doing some chores, finally, I was ready to get my food. I got the 3 newer apps out of the bag, but didn't see the sandwich. So, I call the restaurant to tell them and they were extremely nice and understanding about it. But, after closer inspection, I did not empty out the bag completely and the sandwich was inside the bag all along. The manager was so nice after I confessed my mistake, when we figured out what I could do to somewhat correct my error. I sincerely hope that my error didn't cause anyone problems. I apologize to you and all of the staff. And of course, the food was great! I will be back for my Olga fix soon.

Not quite as fast as "fast food," but speed of service has improved since opening. Dining room is clean, and the food is well prepared.

Our visit to this location as a party of 8 was great. The service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and prepared quickly. The team on the grill, the front service and the server that brought food over were all awesome. I noticed they have tenets posted over the back door in the grill. At the top was “act with integrity”- they do! They should be proud of themselves!
