Lived here for 2 years so far and re signed for another one! Really enjoy the apartment and the staff is friendly and maintenance is quick! Great for pets. Great spot for college kids!

I've lived at Trio for 2 years now and have had such a good experience. The maintenance stays on top of things and the staff answer questions quickly. The office is a great place to go to study, I've done it several times. Overall Trio has been a great place to live and I would recommend it.

I have been living in trio south for about a semester now, and my roommates and I love it! Trio South is the most spacious than center or north and it’s the most secluded.Trio makes sure that we have everything we need as students like free coffee and drinks, 24 hour maintenance, free shuttle, free wifi, and even places to study. The staff in the leasing office always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help! They’re very understanding and have made the signing/moving process so easy!

It was a great choice moving into trio! I'm in trio center and it is affordable and very nice. I got great roommates and they allow pets so we have our cute cat Ferguson too! Definitely one of the better and more affordable apartments in Allendale.
