We had a wonderful time at this Bed and Breakfast in Como. Perfect location near the old town and very close to the Lake. Giampi was a wonderful host and steered us to two of the best restaurants we could have imagined . . . both within walking distance in the cobbled streets of old town Como. We highly recommend his lovely place for a "at home" feel and unsurpassed service and attention.

Wow one of the most beautiful BB I've seen in Italy. It's a gem. Location is on the spot just a short walk from the old town. Parking is available which is a big plus. The owner is friendly and gave us excellent recomendations. Mostly recommend!

Overall excellent. Lovely place, very well decorated, quiet, spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, very friendly owner and staff. Great location and with private parking. I would - and will - recommend!

To be renovated from the outside, beautifully designed from the inside.

Very cool experience, our room was on the top floor and there's no elevator, so warning there. Good breakfast included. Our room also had a loft to the main bed. The A/C was a little too weak, but the skylights opened easily to cool off. Would recommend for the novelty.

Lovely place to stay in the centre of Como a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Comfortable rooms and a splendid breakfast.

This is a one of a kind location and experience. The combination of modern amenities( bath/shower) with antique furnishings will make you feel like you are in a villa. The fresh baked croissants and eggs for breakfast were great- and the host is as unique as his B&B.

Interesting place, really old building now renovated. 3 guest rooms in total. Really nice full breakfast. The main issue is that the rooms are on the 3rd floor with no lift. Also a mezzanine floor in side the room add more stairs. No balcony or windows, just skylights. The light woke me up really early in the morning. Position is great, very close to the old city, Duomo and lake. Also very close to Como Lago train station to and from Milan.
