Good selection but overpriced. Definitely for tourists. If you're looking for more reasonable prices, you can go to Kannus about one minute to the South by car.

Good Italian products and cheap prices compareted to other shops

I went to the supermarket twice on different days, in afternoon and morning. The shelves of meat is totally empty. There is only some vegetables left. The nearby Roosebelle supermarket is more well stocked in terms of meat. For the rest, I got most of them from kkt supermarket in town.

Nicest market we visited in Seychelles. Air conditioned, neat and organized shelves, wide selection of imported EU / US goods. Yeah it’s pricey — we got a bunch of snacks and drinks for the beach and it cost us around $60. A lot of stuff is priced very reasonably though, so you can avoid certain items and make it out with a much lower bill. Case in point: Fitch & Leedes tonic water cans: $1.30 A Sancerre that costs around $35 in the US: $40 A pint of Ben and Jerry’s: $18 (!)

Most of materials for western, chinese, indian foods are available. Very sophiscated and clean shop inside. Looked opened for outside visitors. High pricing is not unavoidable due to dealing with exports goods.

WARNING. Extremely overpriced. Do not fall for this "supermarket". The prices are three to four times more expensive than other nearby markets.

The most International supermarket in Praslin. The have products from france and italy. The also have dome fresh vetetable. On the other band it IS quite expensive compared to The other supermarkets in Praslin.
