Got a hair cut here for the first time in a while and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and very inviting. Great haircut and shampoo with the MVP treatment. It was so worth it. It will be my first choice from now on. So sad. Went back on 9/24 for the third time since review and it was closed. :(

Shopping nearby and dropping into this place, it was the worst hair cut of my adult life. Employee said she just started her shift at 1pm, this arrogant and condescending person would not honor this customer's wishes. Wouldn't even hear them. She asked if I wanted sideburns cut to middle of the ear, and after I said yes she cut the sideburns entirely off. I told her leave the top length alone and she began cutting it, too. I asked for the back to be cut a certain way and she argued and cut it the way she wanted. My wife asked her to trim a spot that was missed and she argued about that as well. The customer can't be right at this place. What a horrible experience. Then she acts bothered I went through the extra efforts to cut the tip at the credit card machine, as the default tip is 20% at this place. Watch out. Paying $30 is insulting to be treated this way and then leave with a terrible hair cut. Heading to my usual barber today to fix it.

Premium price for basic value. The ‘novelty’ feel of the store doesn’t justify the difference in price compared to great clips - which is just down the road. Second time I’ve been in and been let down both times. There won’t be a third

I enjoyed the ease of making the appointment for my hair cut. The service I received was above amazing.

Went there 2 days in a row may the 2nd I showed up 30 minutes before they opened hoping to walk in and wait for a hair cut before going only to have to leave 45 minutes after they open because nobody came to open the store. I return the next day may the 3rd after work at 4pm and guess what doors locked and lights on hair all over the floor but nobody in sight. Don't waste your time because good chance you are wasting it going there

I'm glad they are back open after the pandemic. Nice girls. No wait time it was worth it
