I wish I could give zero stars. My car was broken into last night because the gate to the "gated parking lot" that I pay for every month, has been broken since APRIL. They've done absolutely nothing to fix the gate, and the gate to my actual apartment door is broken. This means ANYONE has access up to my bedroom window. This is so unsettling and I feel so uneasy, because being a young woman in college I expect some safety precautions at my apartment I pay a lot of money for. I spoke to the office and they didn't seem phased or cared about anything. I feel so anxious knowing random people have been walking near my bedroom window because my car that was broken into is right outside of my window. I've read previous reviews about other's experiences and how nothing has been done to help. This is so disgusting they've had MONTHS to fix it. I'm waiting for my window or patio door to be broken into next, because the gate I'm sure still won't be fixed.

One Pearl Pl. apartments are very beautiful and well-maintained.I love working with the staff and Nichole is super polite,very good at what she does and it’s a joy to work with her!..need a beautiful place to stay?…contact Nichole and I promise you she will get you right!

We just signed our lease for next year at One Pearl, and overall the process was pretty smooth. Nicole was great to work with; she answered all of our questions promptly and sent over helpful diagrams of the complex layout, as well as floor plans for some of the units we were interested in. The tour was great too, I enjoyed being able to get an idea of what our building and unit would be like. The only downside was that we didn't get to see the exact unit we are renting. But I guess the upside of this is that we will not have prospective tenants coming in once we live there and decide to move. The portal for signing our lease was a little bit confusing and difficult to use at first, but eventually, I figured it and it wasn't so bad. We are looking forward to moving in in July!

I moved into One Pearl Place in late July. I worked closely with Haley who helped my move in go smoothly! My apartment is beautiful, has amazing appliances and the amenities are awesome (pool, gym, grills, theatre room). Luckily I haven't had a single maintenance issue yet and I'm really happy with my choice to live here. The staff are always great and willing to help. I would recommend living here.

not a good place to live. Units were not taken care of after previous owner lived there. There were constant issues with the gym equipment not working and them having to order a new parts yet never getting fixed. The parking garage was never working and was accessible for anyone to drive in and out of. The lady at the front desk with the reddish hair was rude, basically acted like you were inconveniencing her when you had an issue. The rent is too expensive for how small the units were. door handles would be broken off and set against the wall. Not enough Amenities for the price. Trash rooms are gross, not cleaned up and trash chute becomes full and clogged. People throw stuff in the rooms and it spills on the floor etc. Nice having printing and computers yet the printer was never working. Starbucks machine is nice but wouldn’t be filled for residents to use. PARKING GARAGE being broken for months at a time!!!!

After touring several apartments in the downtown Columbus area, One Pearl Place stood out by far!! Their staff is so welcoming and actually gets back to you in a timely manner. The tour of the apartment complex was very organized and did not feel rushed. For the price, compared to every other place I looked, they are the best! I submitted an application as soon as I got home after the tour :)

We had a smooth move-in experience at One Pearl Place. The staff were quick to answer questions before we moved in via phone, e-mail, and text. The proximity to campus is great, and we are enjoying the gym and pool.

Our apartment is immaculate, the grounds are beautiful, the amenities are excellent and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. It’s nice and quiet. We are so glad to have moved here. We plan on staying for a very long time.
