Great pizza here. Super crisp crust with just the right amount of chew. Toppings were quality and the pizza came out timely. They also had these loaded pepperoni rolls that were fantastic. I definitely plan on coming back to this place in the future. Good service and good pizza.

East Coast is a solid option for pizza in Clintonville. Tons of options and not overly expensive. I always enjoyed their pinwheels (not pictured) and all of their subs I’ve tried as well. The crust was the best part although next time I would order it we’ll done as the center was a bit undercooked. Exceptional service from our delivery driver (didn’t get his name 🥲)

Stopped by this past Thursday with some friends. The whole menu looked incredible and we couldn’t settle on one pizza between the three of us so we each got our own (Chicken Bacon Ranch, Breakfast Pizza, and Supreme). All were incredible, and the pinwheels appetizer we got alongside them was just as good. Saw many people coming and going and the staff (which appeared to include the owners) seemed to know many on a first-name basis. Bottom line: this is a fantastic local restaurant that I highly recommend!

Went last night with a few friends. Got to try the supreme, breakfast, and bacon chicken ranch I believe. Generous toppings and great tasting crust. 5s all around for taste/presentation/service. Also good cold, eating a slice as I type this. Pepperoni ball thing is so damn good

This is the second time trying out East Coast Pizzeria I ordered a veggie pizza a couple of years back and remembered it wasn't anything to write home about and decided to give them another chance with a simple cheese pie and philly sub. I'm not sure how this pizza is even considered a "east coast" style pizza becuase this thing is actually worse than the cheese pizza you got in high school or little ceasers it's literally a cardboard pizza no cheese and sauce is minimal at best. And to top it off they're charging 17 bucks for a medium which is grossly over priced for what you're getting you are better off going to Forno's downtown for that price. The Philly sub suprsingly was really good. It had a decent amount of meat and melted cheese but the pizzas so far have been disappointing.

Excellent pizza for the area! Perfect topping ratio, appropriately priced, and the best part is the crust bake. It was cooked evenly and for just the right time, tasted great and perfectly golden texture. Will be back

I consider myself a pizza connoisseur. I have been to Italy, NYC, Chicago, Buffalo, New Haven(CT), California, etc. East Coast Pizzaria stacks up to all of those places! Super thin, crispy, quality toppings.... 5 stars for sure!

Anyone who dislikes this place must have had a stick up their rear. I used to live 30 minutes outside Manhattan, and this is the best pizza short of that I’ve ever had. The guys are hilarious (unless they are swamped of course) and will do anything to make sure your experience is top notch. Can’t say enough good stuff about this spot.
