the
restaurant.
My
experience
ordering
from
this
restaurant
for
the
1st
time
has
been
a
frustrating
one.
The
food
was
good
enough
so
I
may
return
the
next
time
I'm
in
the
area
but
I
will
not
have
it
delivered.
I've
never
had
any
issues
using
Slice
before,
so
this
was
unexpected
&
upsetting.
1st,
the
driver
didn't
follow
my
delivery
instructions,
so
he
ended
up
at
the
wrong
door.
He
was
escorted
to
me
where
I
got
the
food
&
he
received
his
tip
&
left.
2nd,
I
checked
the
bags
to
realize
there
were
items
missing.
I
called
Slice,
who
said
they
reached
out
to
the
restaurant
&
the
driver
would
return
to
bring
my
missing
items.
3rd,
After
waiting
over
an
hour,
I
called
back
&
told
the
rep
to
just
refund
my
missing
items
since
I
had
to
leave
&
couldn't
wait
any
longer.
I
was
put
on
hold
by
Slice
to
call
the
restaurant
anyway
to
check
on
the
driver.
4th,
the
rep
came
back
to
tell
me
the
order
was
refunded
earlier
after
my
1st
call
over
an
hour
ago.
At
this
point,
I'm
really
frustrated
because
I've
been
sitting
at
this
repair
shop
waiting
for
over
an
hour
after
my
service
was
complete
&
Slice
didn't
have
the
decency
to
tell
me
the
driver
wasn't
coming.
5th,
I
express
my
irritation
to
the
rep
whose
only
response
was,
"Sorry.".
Well,
that
sucks
because
I'm
now
missing
an
hour
of
my
day
waiting
for
no
reason,
missing
cheesecake,
as
well
as
missing
dressing
to
go
with
the
2
salads
I
ordered.
On
top
of
all
of
that,
this
driver
keeps
his
tip.
My
order
was
over
$50,
Slice
customer
service
was
seriously
lacking,
but
I
can
say
at
least
the
restaurant
followed
my
instruction
for
changes
to
the
meal
so
that's
the
reason
the
score
is
not
lower.
If
Slice
cannot
do
better
with
deliveries
this
restaurant
should
look
into
their
own
delivery
drivers.
