I had dinner here with my friends. Nothing was good other than the food presentation. The food was tasteless and cold. I ordered Bombay with chicken, and the chicken was so hard, and it was just lettuce and kale with some hard chicken the worst salad I’ve ever had with no flavors. We also ordered some pad-thai, which was the worst I had ever. Other dumplings and shushi were also kind of okayish, not good. I’m not going to this place again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for some Asian food.

We'll start with positives, The waiter was friendly and attentive, and the seafood rangoon was genuinely good. That's where the positives end. Upon walking into the restaurant it smelled like rotten fish. The lack of physical menus is very annoying. Ordered the fried rice by recommendation of our waiter. The meat that came in our dish looked as if it was over cooked in boiling water. All the meats were overcooked and gray. The flavor of the dish wasn't inedible, but I have certainly had significantly better. What really bothers me more than anything, two orders of fried rice, one order of seafood ragoon (which was four pieces) and a single coke. My bill came to over $60 with tip. For the quality of food I was served, I feel absolutely ripped off. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our one-year anniversary... Our day was amazing, this was a rather large speed bump in the day that I would prefer to forget.

I had high expectations, and was looking forward to eating at Lemongrass Fusion Bistro for quite a long time. Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed and let down. The lack of a physical menu, and use of your phone to view the menu needs much polish. The digital menu made understanding what was available very difficult, as you could only see several items at a time, organization was poor. But this was the smallest issue. Nice location, was seated almost immediately. Prices for Chinese food are a premium, so my expectations were high. Unfortunately, the service was mediocre and the food varied from ok to almost disgusting, where i could not finish. The Cashew Shrimp & Scallops was actually good, and left no room for complaint. However, the Lemon Sole was disturbingly bad. It is listed as a lighted fried Sole Filet with "Cajun spices, veggies, lemon butter, and rice". This dish would have fared much better if the fried fish was served on its own. There was no spice to be found, and the lemon butter sauce had no flavor of lemon nor acidity and really just sat as a very heavy sauce that was bland and destroyed the dish. Perhaps this was a one time mistake, but the restaurant was not busy, and for this quality of restaurant and price, it should be expected for the chef to taste the sauce. I ate about half of it, and was not happy I ate that much The Roll ordered for an appetizer was delivered incorrectly, and the correct roll did not appear until after the bill was paid and we were ready to walk out. Kitchen stated they were still making it, after 45 minutes I think it is obvious it was forgotten. Our waitress filled our glasses once, and would disappear for 15 minutes at a time. The other waitress seemed exceedingly busy and active, in fact I had to ask her twice to find our waitress. This was a slow weekday night. So sorry to leave a negative review, I had high hopes and looked forward to this. Unfortunately there weren't any redeeming traits.

Service was extremely slow. SCALOPED SCALLOPS was TO DIE FOR!! so yummy! As are the the fried biscuits! Heavenly! The soup was a tasty broth. The Zucchini Tofu had great flavors i just wish the sauce wasn’t so runny.

I got the Lemongrass salad with salmon, the Lemongrass soup and Lemongrass sushi roll. I wasn't expecting the salmon on the salad to be fried, but it was a pleasant surprise! The fruit was a nice, fresh addition. The soup and sushi were delicious as well. Overall good experience.

This food was okay. We repeatedly tried to order drinks that were not sweet - specifically asking for now sweet cocktails - and all three times got very sweet ones. It was fine mostly but a tad frustrating. The food was not bad at all but also not amazing. It was a perfectly fine experience and I would go back. Just not a five star experience.

On my quest to try every pho in Columbus. This wasn't bad. It tasted good, I will say that, it was a delicious bowl of soup. But it didn't quite have that deep beefy flavor a good bowl of pho has, and while I could taste the herbs, the spices (clove, cinnamon, ginger, anise, coriander seeds, cardamom) weren't quite coming through. Also not a fan of how they put the hoisin and sriracha in the bowl itself instesd of giving it to you on the side-- hoisin is what you use to disguise a mediocre bowl of pho. The beef was tough. My partner's pad thai was pretty tasty, but they got spice level 3 and we didn't taste any spice at all 😂 My friend got the zucchini tofu, and he said it was delicious. I got a taste of the sauce, and it was a wonderful thai curry, good coconut milk flavor. We also had some veggie spring rolls. Very tiny portions ($5 for two tiny fried spring rolls???) but they smelled incredible and tasted pretty good. Service was super slow but friendly. Overall not a bad experience, but if I want good viet food, I'd head to Lieu's or Huong's.

A bunch of restaurants around here open at 4pm, but Lemongrass opens in the morning, so it is an excellent choice for a classy lunch. Their service team is incredibly kind, intuitive to a customers needs, insightful into cultural phenomena, and inspired in their presentation of a great atmosphere. An exquisite meal. The bartender, Tia, is a delight.

We were looking for lunch and it was one of the few places open in the area. It was our lucky day. Jeremy took great care of us, he was helpful with the recommendations, and got us a few nice drinks. We loved the mango rice, it is a must, though so is everything else, can’t go wrong. We actually loved the place and Jeremy so much that the following day went back for some more mango rice and drinks. That time it was during the evening, it was much more busy, but Jeremy found time to take good care of us again. Thank you, we will stop by next time we are in town.

I sat at the bar and ordered the shrimp pad Thai for lunch. It was fantastic! Lukas was very friendly and my experience was all around great. I ordered medium heat and it was exactly what I wanted!

We visited for the first time in a long time to celebrate our anniversary and were reminded of how great this place is! It was a pleasant surprise to learn 1) Happy Hour goes until 7pm and 2) Monday is 40% off wine night. We had the HH Tuna Tar Tar, Veggie Spring Rolls, and Potsticker Dumplings to start. All were impressive in both presentation and taste. We followed up with a salmon sashimi and two rolls which were fresh and perfectly sized. This may become our new regular spot!

Lemongrass is so good! Great menu, amazing service … but it’s loud. Not a deal-breaker, but it was noticeable. Everything we ordered was top-notch and we were very well taken care of by staff. Would go again!

This is my second time visiting Lemongrass despite the mediocre customer service the first time, because the food is delicious. My classmate and I were celebrating, and the young lady/greeter was so very unpleasant from the very beginnjng, and Mitchell, our server, wasn't much better with his lack of attentiveness. I arrived just as they opened, observing they were still cleaning up. Once the "greeter" opened the door, I asked if I could step in just for air, while giving them space to still clean and setup, although the opening hours and my reservations was 11:30am. I stood there for almost 6 minutes without any real greeting or courtesy check on my reservations. We stayed for our meal/celebration and had a good time for 3 hours. During that time, there were no more than a dozen customers in and out, yet our service was consistently slow and dismissive. Too bad. I love the food but would never revisit again or recommend Lemongrass to others.

Wanted to eat Asian food. It was cold night so decided to try Pho. This is my first time here. Asked for spicy broth level 5. 4 stars for the mango sticky rice. It was good mango, perfect sweetness. And the people work there are helpful. Good service

This place has fallen from grace, sadly. Years ago it was among my favorite fine dining locations in the short north, but now it has traded quality food and service for a 'trendy' casual atmosphere with embarrassing decor. The food was bad - with the exception of the lemongrass soup which was quite good. We didn't even drink our one mixed drink due to the taste.

I ordered the salmon and it was delicious! It was light with an awesome texture. The staff was always there when needed and provided an above and beyond experience. I recommend this to anyone looking for food in the area.

Ok this may be my favorite Happy Hour spot in the city!Tia is the best bartender in the city! She’s very personable and gives great suggestions on what to eat! It’s worth driving 35 minutes to have some fun! The music here is always a vibe!

Spontaneously we came up to the heart of Columbus on memorial day, Big thanks for You being open and feeding us with delicious food.

Delicious specialty drink... I'll call it "the Tia". We dined on a Saturday evening with a party of 11. The food, service, and staff were all excellent! I was the first to arrive and immediately the person at the stand greeted me with a smile and left to check on our table. The next person came up with a smile and asked if I needed help (I told them that the first person was checking on our table) ... then a third person came up to ask me if they could help! I cannot believe that so quickly the staff approached anyone in the 'waiting area' with a smile to ask if they needed help! We enjoyed the tuna tar tar, veggie dumplings, and sushi to start ... everyone enjoyed their meals (I had the salmon and my husband the Sole). Definitely recommend for a fun night out. Great service and food ... and drinks!

I love this restaurant. One of my favorites. The foods are always good whether dine in or order to go. The staff are always friendly. Great atmosphere. Must try out their happy hours, best in The short north. I strongly recommended.

We arrived within an hour of closing and we're treated as if they had just opened. We were greeted, seated and served within 20 minutes. Our waiter was attentive, engaged and friendly. He answered our dietary directed questions with care. The food was presented well and flavorful. They have lots of vegan options. We will visit again.

I like the appetizer tuna tar tar and the entree red curry but not the green curry. The green curry dish does not have rich flavor on curry. Those dishes are not cheap. Besides, we came at the happy hour so that we got decent price on Martini. If someone would like to get a drink, I will recommend to come to this place for their happy hour.

Best sushi ive had on a while, very fresh! Miso soup was decent too.

I loved everything I ate and drank here. The entrees were hefty portions and very well spiced. The martinis are also a nice size and uniquely flavored. Staff were friendly and helpful in explaining different dishes. Highly recommend.

I always love going to Lemongrass, and even tho today there computer system went down the employees did a great job. Our server was Nikki and she let us know exactly what was going on and was honest on what to expect as we sat down. My parents seemed to be a bit ruff on her and I just wanted to say, she did a great job our food came out hot, and she did a good job at getting our drinks seeing how they were writing out their own tickets. Thank you for the delicious food and service while experiencing such difficulty

Super speedy & friendly service! Server Emily was very helpful. She recommended the vegetarian dumplings and they did not disappoint. Got the 3 A's Rolls (avocado, asparagus, almond) as well. Good, but definitely recommend getting a dipping sauce with it (spicy mayo paired well).

I’ve been wanting to try this place for years and I wasn’t disappointed! Really great (a big) selection of food. Friendly waiters and a good location.

Beautiful place and my waitress Emily was outstanding. The food was a little uneven. In the bento plate I got, the sashimi was excellent but the shrimp was flavorless. And here are a couple of points which have nothing to do with the food but with the establishment 1. I was immediately handed a straw with my water even though I didn't ask for one. Many eco-conscious restaurants only give you a straw if you request for one. 2. The place is listed on Google as an LGBT friendly place but, unlike many of the stores and restaurants around town, did not display any symbol of pride during this pride month of June. It doesn't have to be a pride flag per se; one store had one of the mannequins wear a rainbow skirt.

My family and I arrived on a Friday evening and asked the host if they could work a miracle for us on cooking up dinner in a short amount of time. Well, the team delivered quickly and the food was terrific! We were in and out in no time - and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend anyone who likes Asian cuisine in the downtown area!

Service was outstanding & the food was excellent. I’m not huge on sushi but this place has changed my mind. The dumplings are also amazing crisp but still soft.

Great lunch choice. Very reasonable and great service. The base of the lemon grass soup was out of this world. This soup had a great base. You will get fresh mixed of vegetables with your choice of shrimp or chicken. As for the Devil's Breath was another delightful choice. A great mixture that was spicy dish. I will leave the ingredients as a surprise. This is a place I would recommend to a friend or family.
