It is open until late night near a bunch of bars. Their servers are always friendly. Their food is juicy and freshly made. WiFi is fast.

The pizza is great. Even just plain cheese it's good. The price is regular pizza pricing. The person at the counter was super nice. Thank you for serving our DND crew with great pizza.

First time I've ordered. Got a large 2-top and apple-pizza dessert. Pick up was really fast. Got home and pizza and dessert were burnt. The pizza dough also had a HORRIBLE sour after taste. I don't know if dough is made onsite or from a corporate farm. I only ate one piece. My dog didn't even want it- and he eats everything. The dessert didn't have cinnamon or apples to the edge. It was decent. I won't be ordering from Cottage again. $19.99 is a decent price but not the best deal on campus.

Great pizza by the slice! $3.75 for 2 slices of pepperoni. Was some of the best pizza I've had in Columbus!

On a game night, pizza was delivered faster than time quoted, was super hot and fresh, tasted amazing... this is our new "go to" pizza delivery while on campus.

I never heard this place before i thought it was local but it is franchise but local owner. Very quick, hand made, great taste and like helping local owned businesses and usually service is better than managed by the managers. This location service was great and the guy who served us was actually the owner. While ordering can see where they make the pizza as well and place was spotless very clean location. Now I go here at least once a week. I recomend at least try once and you will be hooked.

Man I found this place on a random just trying to call around and see what pizza places were open on Christmas Eve and they were man this was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had seriously it gave like really brick oven pizza it just had so much flavor throughout will definitely be back

I recommend the deep dish. It's very good. There's enough toppings to balance it out. If you like pickles, try the Cuban. Really tasty!

This was the WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!! This was my 1st and last time to have this pie. I paid 30 bucks for pizza and salad and soda. The salad was 9.00 for a salad my 5 year old would eat alone. The pizza was burnt. The only thing they didn't ruin was the Pepsi. I've had better pizza in a school lunch!

They have one of the best gluten free pizzas. I personally think that are worth the price and the cost is the same as other local pizza restaurants.

I was impressed with the quality of the items i ordered. We got a variety of pizzas, and they were all delicious. I love that they have so many sauce choices- alfredo, bbq, buffalo, and pesto, and a couple more, I think, as I'm not a fan of the usual red pizza sauce. And crust flavors are good, too - choices like sesame seeds, garlic parmesan, and cajun butter. Who else has that? My favorite was the chicken artichoke pizza. Bbq chicken comes in close second. And i appreciated the timely delivery

Terrible establishment. Ordered a turkey sub I don’t recall what it is named. Had one piece of turkey on my $11 sub. Went up front to talk to what seemed the owner. Instantly was hostile and took the whole sub out of my hands. I was returned half a sub with the same amount of goods. Will not return

Highly disappointed. First time ordering maybe last. Ordered pizza sub with pepperoni, pizza ham and light sauce. Sub was burnt, dripping with sauce, nothing but ham and tasted terrible! Also ordered the apple pizza it too was burnt. Very disappointing!! If I could give it negative stars I would.

The atmosphere I’m rating in the parking, there is none. It’s street parking so you’ll have to parallel park.

First time ordering. Aside from the fact there was on average 1 pepperoni and 2 pineapple pieces per slice... It tasted good. Not the best crust, pretty bland. It was the lack of toppings that didn't make it ”gourmet" for me 😥

I’m addicted to this pizza! I have had pizza in almost every state in the U.S., in Canada, and throughout Italy, and this is my 2nd favorite pizza!! Trieste Pizza in Rome, IT is my #1. I dreamed about that pizza for days after eating it. I still get shivers down my spine just thinking about it. Anyways, Cottage Inn has damn good pizza!

Pizza is really good, their deep dish pizza is awesome, cottage inn is my number one go to for deep dish pizza! And their golden tangy BBQ sauce is freaking amazing 👏. Definitely go for one of the specialty pizzas. See edit. Edit, from 5 to 3 & reason why: Unfortunately I've had to update this review, their pizza quality has not changed and it still remains my personal favorite, but unfortunately I will not be returning on principal simply due to the rude quality of service I recently received. I had ordered a pizza for pick-up and gotten the wrong pizza sauce. I was not sure if this was my mistake or theirs, either way, no big deal. I called back stating "I may have made a mistake, I'm not sure" and asked if I could order another at somewhat of a discount for the sake of ordering a second unnecessarily. If denied, again no big deal, I just wouldn't order another and lived with it, instead a man took the phone from the person I was speaking to mid sentence, rudely asked what I wanted, I explained again, then after looking at the order details, he adamantly stated that this was my mistake not his and that it was 'my fault, and my mistake, not his.' Which I replied, "I never said it was your mistake sir." Then he rushed me into gathering what I wanted, stating that they are very busy. Although, it only would take 10 minutes to complete my order. I strongly dislike being disrespected so the only reason I leave 3 stars rather than 1 is because he did allow me 15% off the order which is fair as I half expected nothing, but far more importantly, a much more courteous employee dealt with me on arrival and saved my opinion of the business as a whole; although I still won't be returning on principal. I honestly considered to not even bother picking the pizza up as I had not yet paid but figured it would be too inappropriate and petty to have them make it and then leave it without paying.

The young girl was friendly and decent pizza. However, the guy Manager was extremely unwelcoming.

When we called to check on an Uber eats order the employee that answered the phone was extremely rude and kept shouting “online orders only” repeatedly. Tried to just get an estimated time for the order but the employee was extremely loud and shouting. Do not recommend coming to this place due to extremely unprofessional employees. I understand it was a concert night and they were probably slammed but that is not an excuse to yell at a customer and hang up the phone.

I give this a 4, it was amazing 5 I got you on doordash! The first time I had you was amazing! Cheese bread was so fluffy! And delicious and deep dish was 😋 😋 yummy. I cleared the box! I got you last night around 10pm to 11pm and I was so disappointed my cheese pizza bread was burnt and haed I think we could only eat 5 center peices. The the deep pizza tasted like straight old mushroom, the pesto was so flat. I was truly sadness by it because bragged about how delicious it was! I would love to order again bu5 now iam nervous that I was just lucky on the first try.

This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. The lady was so nice and also put garlic parmesan on the crust as well as the pizza. She was so nice and helpful and the pizza was a 10/10
