This
was
my
first
time
here
as
I
see
Talya
and
followed
her!
Everyone
was
very
friendly
and
the
space
is
nice
and
comfortable.
Lots
of
parking
and
of
course
Talya
did
the
most
wonderful
job
per
usual!

my
review.
I
was
at
my
normal
appointment
and
I
received
an
email
from
The
Blowdry
Cafe
saying
all
of
my
future
appointments
had
been
changed
to
have
a
longer
duration
and
higher
price.
I
was
very
confused
as
no
one
said
anything
to
me
and
Talya
was
still
doing
my
hair
and
had
no
idea
what
was
going
on.
When
I
went
to
the
front
desk
to
pay
for
my
blowout,
I
was
informed
my
hair
would
require
longer
appointments
(making
it
harder
for
me
to
find
openings)
and
cost
more.
Very
very
odd
way
of
doing
business
and
very
off-putting!
I
have
a
keratin
in
my
hair
which
makes
it
faster
and
quicker
to
blowout
my
hair
however
the
client
prior
to
me
took
a
bit
of
extra
time
and
I
was
taken
a
bit
later
than
scheduled
(which
is
no
biggie,
it
happens!)
However
the
woman
at
the
front
desk
took
it
upon
herself
to
assume
and
change
all
of
my
prebooked
appointments
without
talking
to
me.
Due
to
this
I
have
stopped
coming
to
this
location
even
though
I
LOVE
Talya.
The
exchange
was
very
disheartening
and
the
woman
(not
the
kind
woman
checking
me
out)
who
made
the
change
and
aggressively
and
dismissively
told
me
that
this
is
what
my
appointment
needs
to
be
booked
as
moving
forward,
made
me
feel
unwelcomed
and
like
me
and
my
hair
are
some
kind
of
burden.
I
don't
want
to
feel
that
way.
