Walked into here with a 300 dollar gold chain and there “jewelry expert” wouldn’t even look at for more than 2 seconds without saying it’s fake. I went and sold the same chain to a different pawn shop for 200 dollars. Either ace pawn shops workers are just idiots or that don’t want to buy jewelry because they can’t sell what they have

I've been doing business ,with the owner ,of this store for year's.he's always very professional.and his staff is as well.I won't do business ,with anyone else.He',s been nothing! but very kind and respectful! to me and My fiance.and for someone, to post a bad review .about them makes me angry.If you was treated rudely it's because you behaved rudely.and as with anyone of course he told you about yourself.I know the owner.he didn't treat you any way,you didn't deserve.I love this business.

I've been here a few times over the years. The first time I came here, I had my engagement and wedding rings (a total of 3 rings) resized and soldered together, plus a missing diamond replaced. I also asked them if they knew anywhere, aside from an ER, where I could get a ring cut off my finger that I couldn't get off (I had rapid weight gain from a new medication, and that thing was STUCK! 😂), and surprisingly, they had the tool to do it themselves! So they ended up cutting my ring off for me right then and there, which was actually painless and really quick! I was super grateful for that! They also did an amazing job on my ring (I'll post pictures if I can). You couldn't even tell where I had to have one of my smaller diamonds replaced. The second time I came here, which was a few weeks ago, I had to have my wedding ring resized again (this time from weight loss), and I also wanted a couple pairs of diamond earrings, which I found easily enough. They have a nice selection of jewelery and their prices are great, for both my ring resizing and the earrings I bought, and they're also quick. My ring only took a couple of days before it was done. The guy that helped me both times (I think he may be the owner?), he's always been super nice, helpful, and really informative, which I appreciate, and is one of the main reasons why I'm a return customer. So yeah, I will definitely be returning here for any jewelery needs that I have in the future, and I definitely recommend them!

I started going here about 2 years ago and now I'll never go anywhere else! They have helped me so many times! I forgot to pay interest on a pawn and they still held it for a couple of days! They really do care about their customers. I don't care where I live, I will always travel to Ace!

Great shop! Best customer service. Out of the 3 shops I visited, they offered me the best price. If I'd known, wouldn't have wasted my time on the first 2. I highly recommend this place, the workers are really professional and honest. I won't trust anybody else in the future.

Amazing staff they go above and beyond to do everything they can to help you out very honest and to the point on what things are worth. They never try to pull anything on customers to get a deal. And best prices in town for pawns as well and selling and buying. Will never go to another shop again this is the absolute best pawn shop in Columbus hands down.

Not a bad place but they weren't interested in my laptop. Laptops become dated so quickly anymore. Mine is about 8 years old and even though it is probably still a good basic laptop it would be difficult for them to resell based on it's age.

Love going to Ace, always leave happy and I always learn something new about Gold and Guns, which they always have in stock. Some new, some used but always interesting!

I love this place. No matter who you get the beautiful, intelligent mother or the down to Eaeth quick witted straight to the point son. They treat you with respect and dignity. Not like the other Pawn Shops who just treat customers like addicts at Ace they have empathy and compassion because they understand people get in a pinch and need some extra funds to help them out in daily life situations that weren't planned. They are very knowledgeable about their products and make their customers feel comfortable and trusting. #1 Pawn Shop in Columbus. PS I would encourage everyone to stop in and check out their beautiful affordable priced jewelry selection and huge selection of any and every tool under the sun not to mention the guns for my people who get into the right to bear arm. Lastly just go in and look a lot of many many artifacts, collectibles and one of a kind treasures and finds. Really neat place my favorite is the old cash register. I would give them 10 stars if I could. So if your looking to be treated with honesty and informative about items they are the place to go. You won't be low balled or ripped off at ACE.

they are super helpful on the phone and in store. they know what they are talking about and their prices are reasonable. They have helped me on numerous occasions. if they hadn't been there i wouldn't have found a laptop for work at a decent price during covid. Thanks!
