Never been treated so bad or actually scared to be attacked by an employee, still have no idea what we couldve done to upset her Wanted to return a table that we bought day before and never picked up bc we realized dimensions too big. When we asked cashier if we could do that she chuckled (which was kinda weird but ok lol) and called for manager manager came (clearly very annoyed she had to come to register but its whatever, could be having a bad day) and said no im not going to do that, u can exchange So we said okay no problem, we didnt know about return policy, so we just found something to exchange it with Went to register and asked if it was okay if we exchanged what we found for the table, she said just take them and leave then said BYE loudly while rolling her eyes, starting to cause a scene and cause people to look over I was stunned at how she was acting because it was so blatantly mean for no reason and my boyfriend and his mom were being nothing but nice so i just said - “whatd we do why are you being rude?” to which she started hysterically screaming “I am not being rude there must be something SERIOUSLY wrong w YOU” she was stuttering and acting really frantic and started walking toward me. I walked out bc we were genuinely scared of her at that point and the other 2 people were in line just standing there and not walking up bc she was clearly acting unhinged If shes not special needs or anything she does not need to be working anywhere around people, I am not exaggerating we were 100% nice to her and the manager and not trying to cause any issues whatsoever I genuinely have no idea what warrented her reaction and only asked what we did bc i was curious what we could’ve said or done to upset her. If exchanging was such a big deal that wouldve been fine we didnt mind losing out on 20 bucks over the table Literally not going to be able to stop thinking about this bc I have never ran out of a store feeling scared of an employee or yelled at by an employee im a service worker myself and understand how badly they can be treated I would never be rude in any way so I just can’t understand what we did. Never going back out of genuine fear. 0/10 experience really hope it wasn’t racially motivated toward my boyfriend and his mom and she was just special needs or having an extremely bad day or something

A great Goodwill has various selections, like clothes, furniture, and plates and bowls. Clean place and great service.

They need improvement in cleanliness , more friendly staff and curb inappropriate behaviors from public and employees. I rarely shop here anymore . I’m hoping for better management , it could be better. I think having air condition working with working bathrooms would help as well. it’s very hot inside in summer. Recently, I stopped by 3 weeks ago it was worse every single wall in women’s restroom had gang words graffiti even on the mirror.

You can find some decent stuff here but the store has a really strong smell I haven't encountered in other thrift stores and it takes a while to wash the scent out of the clothes. It's also noticeably grimy and unorganized (especially in the electronics/gadgets area). The final nail for me though is that the lady who is always working the register when I'm in there is very unpleasant and not helpful in the least.

Rude: Go anywhere else but here. If you are looking to ask questions or use the fitting room or purchase items, don't bother. I had I staff member walk away from their register when I tried to buy something, and the other staff member appeared annoyed that I asked a question. He stepped away from his register, folded his arms, looked at me in disgust as if "how dare I interrupt his time". 1st and definitely the last time I go here.

This is the worst goodwill I’ve been to in terms of organization and cleanliness. The sizes are barely sorted. The labeling isn’t clear. And the racks are so stuffed you can’t see any of the clothing. People give it a high rating because they can find some quality items. But that really shouldn’t be part of the rating, it’s just a result of it being in an expensive area. They don’t choose what people donate.

Sometimes you can find some good stuff there but I was turned off by finding a picture I was excited about with a sticker price of only $1.99 and when I went up to pay the cashier peeled off the price & said she would only sell it for $6.99. I thought it was weird for her to change the price.

I give every place 3 strikes. I tried to them the benefit of the doubt twice. The place stinks. The fitting room and restrooms are always locked. Staff made me feel hated and unwanted. I told them I was going to the car (forgot my wallet) and returned to see they had put my 3 items back on shelf 1 of which had the Angel wings pulled off out of spite I guess? Large selection. Because of nice people donating and what for? So these people can make a free buck charging you for free stuff. Goodwill... what do you offer? Free work readiness classes? Wrong they say free until you try to enroll. Badwill is more like it to me. Buy you can find some winning items in there. But I still avoid the store. If that says anything.

Great customer service. Awesome finds. Love this place. All the employees are very helpful. I appreciate everything they do and very well organized.

Clothes were unorganized and not in the right sizes. Household items were organized and easy to view. Overall this store was okay but don't think ill be back.

Called back after my 80 year old grandma seen a table to confirm it was still at the location before I drove the 20+ mins to the store I asked the person who answered was the table still in front he said hold on let go check after 20+ mins on hold I hung up I was tryin to spend money to help keep this store that is obviously lacking something open I’m done shopping an allowing my grandma to shop here we can go the the big box stores

Today I went into the thrift store it was decent however I think some people might take advantage of this thrift store. Because of how it is run and by who works there. It is not a lot of staff members There to help the workers that might have a disability. Instead of taking advantage of the people that work there. Guide them on how to do it the right. way.

I'll remember to stop by and shop next time I will travel to the area, we love the atmosphere of all goodwill stores in Ohio.
