My friend and I have been here for 3 weeks now as we are looking for an apartment of our own. I have no complaints since I have been here nor does she. Not serious issues! The only issue I have and that she has is that in 3 weeks that we have been here. The only thing I have to complain about is no cream no sugar no potatoes there's just no variety to breakfast, if they have anything out it's usually cold biscuits the gravy is hot though and the eggs are hot but since we have been here we've been told the truck would be here every day we've been here. Also no toilet paper when you go to the front desk and ask they are out of toilet paper,they seem to be out of everything. If I were the owner here I would go to the store personally myself and take from my pocket to make sure that the guests that are here are happy other than that Sam and his family are beautiful, wonderful, kind, sweet, caring. And this goes for all staff, everyone is great here. Also I don't smell smoke in the hallways. I don't hear dogs barking as I've heard in other people's posts, you might hear the pitter patter of feet above your head but other than that it's a nice place to stay. Yes this place has been around a long time so it's not a get what you pay for kind of motel it's a very nice motel on the inside and they are working daily on improvements every single day, they're doing something new every single day again my only complaint is they shouldn't be running out of things that they need for breakfast, people would like to have cream and sugar maybe potatoes maybe get a waffle maker or pancake maker as I've seen in other hotels, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay it is very reasonable on the price for a week. One of the best hotels around here, it's very comfortable and kept very clean I highly recommend if in the area and looking for clean quiet comfortable centrally located this is the spot Sam is the gentleman owner problem of any sort he takes care of it immediately me and my wife love the place. O yeah One last thing it's fantastic for short stays or long most generally will accommodate you with no problems ☆☆☆☆☆ across the board.....

Hotel was very accommodating. Anything that we needed the staff took care of. And Lester is an amazing member of the staff. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would come here again

I understand they are doing renovations, but general cleanliness was avoided. My shower had some other dudes hair in it, the stiff bed came with 2 flat pillows and crumbs in it, the AC unit smelled, the hallways smelled of smoke. I could hear every person out for a smoke talking below my window. Uncomfortable stay.

The staff was awesome rooms fantastic. The owner is really nice. The beds are too firm, but everyone has their preference. Very quiet, nice stocked vending. I will be back many more times. Keep up the awesome job, guys!!

Clean and inexpensive. I was stuck until about 1 until my ride could get there. When I called the front desk to ask for a late checkout, the gentleman at the front desk seemed very agitated and reluctantly gave me until 1130. He would not allow me to explain my situation, so I felt very stressed concerning the situation. I did pay for a lyft, so I was able to leave on time. There was no elevator, so lots of trips up and down the stairs.

The hotel and rooms are nice and they also serve breakfast. However, I remember the front desk staff being incredibly rude. It made my experience negative overall.

This is the scariest place I've ever stayed. You book online through a booking website and they try to find 10 ways to get all they can put of you. I paid through a booking site, they took out 68.64 for my room. Get to hotel and the guy looked at the booking website and manually put in my credit card to there machine, printed the receipts and told me to sign there copy. I refused because the money was already taken out by said site. He ended up not having me sign it. Hummm.. He then proceeded to charge me a 50.00 deposit for damages. Isn't that what my c.c is for. Then I asked if we could check in since my reservation was for 8-9a.m. He then said it was 25.00 more to check in at my reserved time so I agreed. Got a notification from my bank since he ran 1 for 68.83 and now ran 1 for 30.00. Really? He got upset because I refused to pay twice for a room that has bare necessities. I booked 1 queen bed and the room got ate up by 2 beds. I have a service dog that I was charged 10.00 per night for her last weekend while I was here. I'm just now getting familiar with the laws and rights of service dogs.

I rated it 5 stars for the size of rooms. I wouldn't return because it reeks of weed throughout the building & parking lot. Great for a stoner

Most RESPECTABLE STAFF AND OWNER AS WELL AS PREVIOUS OWNER BUD. LESTER is the BOMB. SUPER CLEAN. SUPER COMFY. ALWAYS VERY WELCOMING. BEST AFFORDABLE PRICES IN TOWN!! CLEANEST ROOMS I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!! EXTRE, EXTREMELY CONVENIENT TO US FACTORY WORKERS. BEEN A GUEST ON AND OFF FOR 2 YRS. COMPLETE PERFECTION!!!!!! ENTIRE STAFF AND NEW OWNER!!!! NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER!!!! I WILL ALWAYS REFER PEOPLE TO THEM!! ALWAYS!!

Dogs barking all day/night you can't get comfortable or rest in that place,horrible experience... These hotels want to be pet friendly but they have no Rules and control of the situation,Front desk some are rude no smiles others are too friendly with husband ( Flirting)see he's walking outside for a cigarette and ask where he's going. Not professional seriously. If we come back to this town we sure won't stay in this hotel again.

We arrived early, and the hotel was able to accommodate an early check in, however the room was scorching hot, and even though I called to confirm the pools were open, they were in fact closed due to damage. Had we known this we would not have booked the hotel. It is dated, and had a pest control car waiting in the parking lot. We won’t stay here again.

Owner is very personable, and does his best to make you enjoy your visit, as well as, keeping "riff-raff" at bay.

Booked through booking.com and it gave confirmation , so we know it was paid. When I arrived Sam stated card was declined and when questioned it, he said booking.com’s card was declined? I have never heard of that and travel often. He then asked for more money and stated when goes through it would be refunded. I called bc not refunded and white , skinny male working evenings refused to give his name multiple times when I asked about it. He stated he did not have to. He then hung up on customer. I would be very careful staying here. They don’t seem honest. Very rude and unprofessional. If you don’t give a name and work in customer service for a business, there is a problem here!!!!

Have stayed here multiple times and will again. 😁 The staff is friendly🫶 & the place is clean. Just wish the pool wasn't down for renovations. 😟

Temp stop to rest up for a long drive in the morning. As I pull in noticed some shady people hanging out in the parking lot. Within 30 mins they were jiggling my lock trying to get into my trailer, likely to see what they could easily steal. Do not stop here if you have anything of value that can be stolen. They have 0 security in the parking lot. All external cameras they have point toward the entrance.
