There's
a
lot
wrong
with
this
place,
you'd
think
there
would
be
a
break
in
bad
customer
service
between
the
crews,
but
no,
they
are
both
impressively,
and
consistently
bad
no
matter
what
hour
you
try
to
get
your
food.
January
28th
I
went
to
McDonald's
to
try
and
get
me
some
breakfast,
boy
was
that
a
bad
idea,
1,
I
asked
for
two
big
breakfast
w/HOT
CAKES,
one
switch
out
the
meat
for
another
hashbrown,
I
get
home
and
I
look
in
the
bag,
and
no
pancakes
in
one
order,
no
big
deal,
I
call
up
there
to
tell
them
my
issues,
and
they
straight
up
told
ME,
the
customer,
that
I
said
no
hotcakes
in
one
breakfast,
that
was
never
said,
we
went
back
and
forth,
not
getting
loud,
but
then
the
lady
on
the
other
end
started
screaming
at
me
on
the
other
end,
saying
she
couldn't
accommodate
or
replace
anything
in
my
order;
I
politely
asked
for
a
refund,
and
she
got
louder,
eventually
hanging
Up
on
me
after
politely
asking
her
to
not
yell
at
me,
and
to
calm
down.
Needless
to
say
I
had
to
go
to
extra
steps
with
my
bank
to
get
an
issue
refunded
on
their
end
because
they
absolutely
refused
a
refund,
this
place
needs
shut
down,
and
needs
rehiring
on
management's
end,
because
I've
never
been
disrespected
this
badly
in
my
life,
avoid
this
place
completely
if
you
can
help
it,
go
to
granite;
or
hell
even
collinsville,
because
this
place
isn't
worth
the
headache,
by
far
the
worst
experience
I've
ever
had;
and
I'm
so
glad
the
bank
gave
me
the
refund
because
I
will
never
spend
a
dime
at
this
place
again!
Listen
to
the
1
star
reviews;
because
this
place
is
really
that
bad,
they
don't
even
deserve
a
half
star
let
alone
1!
