    Stopped here at 5:30pm during the week. There was only one car in the parking lot, we thought maybe it was closed but the doors were unlocked. We went inside, no customers at all. Used the bathroom, it was dirty, no toilet paper, no hand soap. Placed our order at a Kiosk, what we got was not correct. I ordered a large tea, got a medium cup, there was no tea dispenser for the public to use. No napkins out and when we asked for some the eight employees just looked at us. We didn't feel safe at all. Let while we could, once on the road we began eating our food. Fries were cold and under cooked. My fried chicken sandwich was over cooked and hard, couldn't eat it. Don't stop here!!!!

    Filthiest restaurant we have ever been in! Not one single clean table in the entire restaurant, and we were the only ones dinning in at that time. Food was cold and everything was just discussing in general. Avoid at all cost.

    This place is just a disgrace... The staff is horrible and they have a bunch of young kids in there working. They gave me cold food and an opened burrito.. they microwave them, they said. I asked for fresh food and that's how they treat you. The owner has an attitude too. They don't fill the fries up. One worker told me that her manager told her to not fill them up. So they're stealing money from us customers... I now go to taco bell everyday I work Amazon.

    It's probably about the third time I've been in between 06:00- 07:00 and McCafe machine is somehow inoperable. Almost always forget to put sauce in the bag even though it's mentioned twice during the order. The staff always has a rude, uncaring vibe. I'll drive 10 min out of my way to a different location from now on. At least they are friendly and have working equipment.

    Wish I could give this location zero stars. I've had rough service and had orders messed up and whatnot here before, but this morning was the last straw. Shows online on Google and on McDonald's website that the location is open. Get here and wait over 10 minutes. No response on the speaker so I drive around and wait at the window for a couple minutes. Someone comes up and says she was the only one who showed up today. Didn't know that means you no longer serve your customers. Slow service would have been acceptable but to completely turn away customers? I saw 5 other customers come and go while I was waiting. That's money right down the drain. I've been in the same position as her and chose to do my job and serve customers. Needless to say, yall need better workers

    Can't get sandwiches correct. A cheeseburger with just mayo and onions should be easy. Then they want to say you asked for something different than you have ordered for years. Won't fix it, would rather argue.

    Worst experience ever! I should have known when they turned off all the outside lights in the parking lot an hour before they were s upposed to close. Website said they were open so I pulled in anyway.i was surprised they were actually open as they made it look so closed. When I got back home I found all my family's food was cold stiff and had an "old" feel to it.. they had given me old food because they had shut down an hour early.. I had never had such an experience at any McDonald's anywhere in the country. d was

    Stopped here while traveling. Required to order at Kiosk (that doesn't bother me) but it seemed like a real inconvenience for them to drag our food out and drop it on our table. Food was average (we had breakfast). Several tables were dirty - someone did come out with a wet rag and fling it around on the tables. Bathrooms were in need of cleaning.

    Ordered using the app at 1005. Arrived at 1017 and checked in. Waited 20 minutes till 1037 before going in to check on our order. Waiting another 7 minutes before being given food. Got outside to make sure it was correct and they had given me somebody else's so when I went in and told them. Mine had been sitting up there and was now cold. Food was mushy and disgusting!! Staff didn't have any concern. Multiple people standing around complaining about waiting for orders for 30+ minutes. Nobody in drive through when I went in.

    The employees are very rude. Cussing yelling. It took 17 minutes for someone to take my order. And they still got it wrong. Not very difficult when all I ordered was 10 piece mcnugget meal with a sweet tea. They gave me no fries, 2 big macks and a large water. The bathrooms were dirty and nasty and I see 2 cockroaches crawling on the floor. Never go back there again.

    The breakfast crew here is amazing. They always have the food out fresh and quick, with a smile. The dinner crew is another story. I haven't had hot fries from this location in uears, they always look warm, takes them forever and half the time my order isn't right. So they get a 3, id recommend just getting breakfast.

    2nd time I've had a bad experience 1st a few months ago yesterday Sunday I ordered sat in car went bk in and ordered a 2nd order I returned bk with order double cheeseburger had soooo much ketchup an employee cook did a prank laughing sandwich I called the police and he said they sold u that and Mgr didn't want to give my $$ bk after driving all the way bk poor service and DUMB YOUNGSTERS!! SAD 😔 😟 🙁

    Just wow! We came here for lunch while on a field trip this month. We ordered 95% of our meals ahead of time. They had everything ready and correct when we arrived! We had some special orders and those were correct. I was so impressed! We even had some people orders when they got there and they got those orders out quickly as well. Great work!!

    There's a lot wrong with this place, you'd think there would be a break in bad customer service between the crews, but no, they are both impressively, and consistently bad no matter what hour you try to get your food. January 28th I went to McDonald's to try and get me some breakfast, boy was that a bad idea, 1, I asked for two big breakfast w/HOT CAKES, one switch out the meat for another hashbrown, I get home and I look in the bag, and no pancakes in one order, no big deal, I call up there to tell them my issues, and they straight up told ME, the customer, that I said no hotcakes in one breakfast, that was never said, we went back and forth, not getting loud, but then the lady on the other end started screaming at me on the other end, saying she couldn't accommodate or replace anything in my order; I politely asked for a refund, and she got louder, eventually hanging Up on me after politely asking her to not yell at me, and to calm down. Needless to say I had to go to extra steps with my bank to get an issue refunded on their end because they absolutely refused a refund, this place needs shut down, and needs rehiring on management's end, because I've never been disrespected this badly in my life, avoid this place completely if you can help it, go to granite; or hell even collinsville, because this place isn't worth the headache, by far the worst experience I've ever had; and I'm so glad the bank gave me the refund because I will never spend a dime at this place again! Listen to the 1 star reviews; because this place is really that bad, they don't even deserve a half star let alone 1!

    There is no wifi at this location. They depend on taco bell to get their internet. Because of that the McDonald's app crashes. Staff is also rude. At least the ice cream machine works.

    The employees at the McDonald’s in pontoon Beach are always friendly. The food is always great.!!! The McDonald’s on Johnson Road is not. Keep your employees happy in pontoon Beach and give them a raise because they do a hell of a job!!

    I would never suggest coming here, staff is horrible. The only reaaon we came was for the play place and they made the experience miserable. They could not even correct their mistake without calling me crazy, rolling their eyes and giving themselves the sign of the cross. There is no ice in the soda machine, mold in the soda tray and trash all over the counter.

    We go to this MCD bc of the playplace. The restaurant is okay. The employees are average, don't expect a WOW experience ... i wish there were more kid friendly employee's.. not ones who are always on their phone. We need more playplace MCD!!!

    Tacoma is the manager on 8 19 2023. He rocks. He has employees that know how to do their job and he knows how to do his. Keep up the good work Tacoma. I'll never be mad at another McDonald's order. So help me Jesus. I recommend all dishes. I've tried them All I've been eating here my whole life. You know if I'm going to write a book I should really get paid for it but I'm going to do it for Tacoma tonight. And really work on my spelling and grammar and punctuation. Bro bro. Bro just got home. Not even 5 minutes down the road and I don't want to drive back there. You had one job. I thought you was cool. I thought we was friends since preschool. Your boss will enjoy the footage there's plenty of it from the employees to the cameras inside the McDonald's all the way to the people in the drive-thru I made sure of it. If McDonald's can't contact me. I will be contacting them with a lawyer.

    Close the the interstate with fast service & no errors on my families orders. This location does have a heavy volume of customers but their 2 lane set up is convenient & minimizes the time sitting at a dead spot in frustration! Friendly window employees that don't appear to be stressing out & are highly proficient in processing the payment transaction as well as the same experience at the pick up window. Always hot food - no cold burger or fries. Shake machine is always working when I go there.

    Great service love it drove all way from the middle of Granite City just to get to Pontoon McDonald's with the great service and excellent excellent people that work there service was better than the McDonald's in Granite City near the school.

    Pretty bad when you go inside because they forgot to put something in your bag and the manager who is an older white blonde woman basically calls you a liar and says the next person that comes in saying there missing something will not be getting anything. So yeah great manager you got there.

    DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT USE CURBSIDE I watched them clear the drive thru twice and began on their third time before I got in the drive thru line and got my order. They do not take orders as they come, they will not care about your curbside order. They will make wait as they push through customer after customer in the drive thru. I was waiting over 20 minutes as cars went right through the drive thru. Twice! I thought maybe a fluke the first time, everyone deserves a second chance, but no. They're terrible with the curbside orders and will put you last in line until it's convenient for them.

    Out of town for Labor Day weekend and I thought Indiana had terrible service but I was so wrong, the lady taking the order stopped after I said two items and gave me my total, proceeds to talk and laugh in the background & finally finishes getting the order. My fiancé hands her the exact total at window one she drops most of the change, fine mistakes happen whatever. We get to window two the lady says “COKE?” No ma’am we had a sweet tea. Then it got worse once we got to our destination at this point I felt my order was messed up on purpose my daughter was devastated there’s no sweet and sour sauce but barbecue after she asked twice when ordering, on top of that my two “spicy mcchickens” are actually regular please replace your entire staff or provide some more training!

    Sorry about this review, but my hand is still numb. They handed me hot coffee and the cup was damaged. Whe they handed me the cup it spilled onto my hand and all over the car. It took way to long in this drive thru, No one asked if I was ok, just heard, get another top, I said no another cup it's damaged. Please do better please.

    Ordered a crispy chicken biscuit I got an egg, Sausage, McMuffin instead. The server even asked me if I ordered the crispy chicken and still got the wrong order. Double checking what's in the bag is something to be emphasized and not just assuming it's the correct order

    Place was pretty disgusting, my chicken sandwich was burned and looked dead old. ALL the hand sanitizers were empty and looks like it has been that way for a while. We dined at the kids play area and almost all the surface area was pretty sticky. We really needed the sanitizer. The bathroom was just as disgusting. Seriously regret coming here.

    The people who work here are pretty rude and dismissive. The speaker at the drive thru needs to be checked because it seems like they can't even hear. And everytime I order something they always manage to screw it up, even if it's just one meal. I am done doing business with this place. The employees need to get their act together.

    We had a fantastic experience. Food was well cooked and speedily delivered. We even listened as the cashier tried valiantly to explain the concept of sales tax to an irate customer. Well done!

    The girl on the speaker was rude and impatient and extremely hard to hear. Was not given a receipt when I paid. I ordered 3 drinks, only got 2, so I'm hoping I was not charged for the third. I was asked to pull around up front to wait for my food. Waited almost 10 mins for my food. I live just a couple mins away and all my food was cold. This is not my first time being to this location and have had always a bad experience. Will not be back to that location.

    We had a birthday party here my daughter in law ordered a large frappe or was only half way filled, another person in my group ordered a chicken big Mac and they couldn't figure out how to do that for one of our guests but did it for another one. Another person in our group ordered a chicken sandwich got it or was burnt took it back got another one also burnt she gave up got a burger I had a double with bacon the bacon was burnt normally I have good things to say about this location, not today

    At 8:30 in the morning my Husband goes and gets Mcdonalds from the one on pontoon road. He comes home and tells me that he took a bite of ONE of my hash browns. He pulls the one out of the bag and the one already in my hand and a big bite taken off of it. One of these mcdonalds workers ate my hash brown. That’s disgusting and unprofessional.

    Ordered food & it took so long in the drive-through line to get it. We finally did, and everything was wrong. I went back through the line, and they still messed it up. Finally, they had me pull up, and they corrected the burgers. That was 2x wrong if you're counting. All I asked for was no condiments on the burgers. Nothing crazy! Had to wait 40 minutes for drive-through food 😩 at McDonald's Ridiculousness, people!

    This place was filthy with trash and trays of food left on tables, coffee cups littered the entryway. When we ordered our food via the kiosk we ordered breakfast, after paying and finding a semi clean table, the manager came out and said we couldn't get anything we ordered because breakfast was over. Didn't apologize for anything just said no breakfast and then proceeded to give us a refund but the kiosk let us order it and even another employee came over and asked us what we had to drink and said nothing about the fact that breakfast was over, however that employee did apologize since the manager couldn't be bothered. Will never come back to this Mcdonalds.

    This place is horrible. The service is bad and it took 30 minutes to get our food. They mixed up people’s orders too. The drive thru sucks as well, takes 15 min to get an ice tea. There nobody even in-line except me! Please don’t come here!

    Attendants were so rude and not willing to attend. I understand it was the last people in the store, but, it they don't want mo1re people inside due to the closing time, they must lock the doors before and you will know there is not more dine in.

    They are always acting like they are closed and the lady girl that is there in the mornings with short hair is hateful and rude. She screams at people every morning. Must not be a big morning person lol. But about 1day a week they act like they are closed and peek around the corners at people and giggle. 2 girls in there today (including the mean one w the short hair) was peeking around the corner laughing and staring at me like I couldn’t see her. But never once come over to take my order there was a line of people behind me prolly waiting to get food before work just like me at 5:30-6:00 in the morning but they never wanted to serve anyone
