Reserved
a
deluxe
king
room,
arrived
and
they
could
not
find
my
reservation.
Clerk
helped
two
young
girls
and
left
me
waiting
30
minutes,
then
told
me
he
did
locate
my
reservation.
He
then
informs
me
he
has
no
king
room
available,
that
it
had
not
been
cleaned
a
couple
days
ago.
He
put
me
in
a
standard
queen
for
the
same
price,
downgrade
in
room,
but
not
price.
I’m
in
a
brace
and
recovering
from
knee
surgery,
we
were
placed
on
the
2nd
floor,
no
elevator.
There
was
no
vending/pop
machine
and
the
ice
maker
was
out
of
order.
My
husband
wanted
to
get
in
the
hot
tub
so
we
walked
to
the
pool
to
find
an
above
ground
residential
hot
tub
with
about
a
foot
of
rancid
water
in
it.
Returned
to
the
room
to
try
to
sleep
only
to
have
a
blaring
light
from
a
sign
coming
through
our
single
curtain.
I
went
to
sleep,
just
wanting
this
to
all
be
over,
it
was
nearly
10pm
by
the
time
he
got
us
in
our
room.
The
next
morning
I
find
part
of
a
soap
wrapper
on
the
floor,
we
had
not
opened
their
soap.
There
were
also
droplets
near
the
toilet,
when
I
wiped
them
up
the
cloth
was
filthy
from
the
dirt
on
the
floor.
There
was
also
dirt
and
debris
in
the
room.
This
is
during
covid
when
they
claim
to
be
taking
extra
cleaning
precautions.
This
place
desperately
needs
new
management
and
cleaning
staff.
This
is
the
first
negative
review
I’ve
ever
written.
