Was sent there by my doctors office since my doctor was not in the office and I couldn't get in for almost a week. When I got there the staff was not very friendly and I had to wait over an hour to see a doctor and they weren't busy. They didn't even look at my problem with my thumb. Just gave me an antibiotic and sent me home. Ended up going to the emergency room on Tuesday because I couldn't get a hold of my doctor because I was hold for over an hour getting the message all associates are busy and someone will be with you shortly. Needless to say the emergency doctor wasn't happy with the way the clinic didn't attempt to do anything as problem was serious and was turning green. I will never go back and will go to the emergency room first if I don't get to see my doctor. I will also be looking for a new primary care provider.

Wife and I went to the Health First Building just east of the Palm Bay Hospital as we always have to get Doctor ordered blood drawn for our upcoming doctor appointments. We arrived at 7:30 AM on Wednesday and found a long line to check in. What a poor showing of management as there was only one clerk working the line of 15-20 folks standing in line (we were 15 & 16) for check in. Want to cite, this was not the clerk’s fault but instead directly on the shoulders of management. When asked about this, the standard response is to register for an appointment in the future. And yup, a few folks did come in with appointments and were shuttled to the head of the line. We will be making appointments for next time and will write up a part 2 to this review to see if the management, who seemed to be arriving after 8:00 AM using their badges to enter the secret side of this clinic. Very High Service to the lone person working the check in as she was very courteous and helpful while checking in folks.

This urgent care is anything but that. I made an appointment, they were set up for every 15min. I showed up before my appointment like they asked. I have been here for over 2.5 hours and still have not seen a doctor. Do not go here. To be clear I have seen who goes in and out. There are no walkins and they are just don't take people but once every 45 min.

I took my wife to this urgent care when she rolled her ankle. We made an appointment at 9:30 am and left at 12:30 pm (expect to wait) Staff was nice but very much left in the dark about what she needed to do to protect her hurt ankle. Got more details from the medical supplies vendor than there staff.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Scheduled a Noon appt for a probable kidney infection NOT COVID! Showed up 10 minutes early to my SCHEDULED appt time only to be told that I’d have a 3 hour wait due to walk-ins. Well then DON’T schedule appt’s!! I’m not trying sit in a lobby for 3 hours and catch Covid. Gee, wonder why this virus is spreading so quickly. Health First will have you sitting in a cesspool and get you sicker than you were walking in. In pain, aggravated and can’t get help unless I have Covid. Hey, HF Covid isn’t the only virus, ailment, disease or medical issue that people have. And these ppl should be quarantined; not one person in the lobby w/ Covid was separated from anyone else! Great way to spread the virus to those that don’t have it and weren’t going to be exposed until walking into your facility. Health First should be ashamed and fingers crossed an audit will hit your organization soon.

Came in for a covid test. They said no because I had one 2 weeks prior when I was sick from strep. Then they wanted to charge me $179 for the test. I needed one to return to work showing I was clean. They said no to a return to work doctors note as well. I ended up going to a different clinic on beach side and got the test for $60 and was able to give my HR something so I could return to work.
