I’ve never been to Texas Roadhouse before; my reviews based on my two visits. I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t overstated my point, so I came to eat twice. On the first visit; my steak was over salted but the shrimp was perfectly seasoned with a pinch of lime juice was so delicious, the fried onion appetizer a bit too greasy and salty. The second visit my steak was well seasoned and perfectly cooked as requested but too bad on my appetizer; the fried jack cheese with jalapeños, it was way too salty I couldn’t eat. Anyway I loved the bread on the second visit more; dipping sauces weren’t my favorite tried both butter and cinnamon dip. So do yourself a favor and make the request of no salt and season it yourself. The service were great on both visits; my servers, the front and the host were very attentive and very friendly.

I really hate to do this but my experience wasn't great tonight. I live in palm bay and order from here at least once a month and it's always been good. Unfortunately it wasn't tonight. The steak and potatoes were great! But the broccoli was bad and when I say bad, I mean it wasn't even close to fresh. It looked brown and old and tasted sour. Super disappointed but that won't stop me from eating there again. I'm just hoping by posting this that Texas Roadhouse will be more cognizant of what type of food they let leave their kitchen. Still a fan but not tonight :(

I have enjoyed free or reduced price food on Veteran's Day at quite a few restaurants over the years and have greatly appreciated every one of them. This was my first special meal at Texas Roadhouse although I have eaten regular meals there many times. I have to say, it was the most generous and varied Veteran's Day meal I have ever had. The food was excellent and the staff were outstanding. Thank you for honoring veterans in such a great way. 🇺🇸🥰

I was already just having a rough and tired day from a road trip I went on with my husband. We wanted to eat somewhere nice with a good atmosphere. We recently didn't have good service at another place we went to, and wanted to eat somewhere else. Immediately, walked in and got an instantly good vibe. We got sat and our waitress was super sweet from the start. Her name Michaela. She came to check on us, got us refills and even asked if we wanted dessert or any boxes. All the food was hot, and super fresh! Her energy was great and I had a great time! They even had the employees dance every like hour or so in front of everyone that worked at the place, which was cute and goofy. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely go there again when I'm in the area again. 10/10, I recommend!

Always excellent. They have a fun family atmosphere and their steaks are cooked to order. If they are not right they will do everything to make it right. The service is "down home" friendly. The only place they are not accessible is at the bar. The booths are a little close together as well but part of the dining room in the back has tables for larger groups and persons with mobility needs. My family loves coming here for a quick meal and for special occasions alike. My boys will eat a steak any day of the week. The rolls are fresh made yeast rolls with cinnamon butter and their home made ranch dressing is the best!! Many people think because this is a chain you cannot get good food or service but at this location we have never had a bad meal! I highly recommend trying it out if you are in town!

Love Texas Roadhouse… just not this location. Tonight was the third time I have eaten here and every time send back food overcooked to the point I would not even try a bite. The blooming onion I ordered first should have never left the kitchen looking like it did! It was brought out by a runner. I sent it back for a replacement but my next appetizer was so overcooked and dried out again not edible. See picture below. I will continue to go to Texas Roadhouse because every other location I have tried has always been consistent. Palm Bay location needs to pay better attention to the food coming out of the kitchen especially the fried food. My table server was excellent! She was friendly, fast and attentive. The food is not her fault.

I must say I was very disappointed with our service today. The server made an error with my order. Never apologized. Resulted in having to ask for a manager which I didn't appreciate. Being a waitstaff trainer for several corporations I understand and know proper procedures. None were followed. I have been a loyal customer for well over 20 years. This was the first time I felt this way. I always give extra patience because I have been in their shoes. Attitude is everything. Mistakes happen. It is the way in which you respond to the situation that makes the difference. Proper training is the key.

One of the best steakhouses in Palm Bay !! The food is always fresh and well seasoned. The restaurant is very busy and full of life. We had the loaded fries with ranch dressing as an appetizer. I really loved the mango margarita 💜💜💜💜💜We enjoyed the herb crusted chicken breast with loaded mashed potatoes and steam veggies also, the smothered chicken breast with apple sauce and mac and cheese. A family friendly atmosphere with the sweetest servers. Texas Roadhouse is a lovely place to spend an evening out or celebrate a special occasion.

Mac N cheese was giving craft, did not even bother tasting it. Steak was not steaking lol. The only thing I I actually enjoyed was what I DID NOT even pay for which was the bread so good!! The soft drinks are also bad I didn’t even drink half of my tea waiter still came and put another on the table so at the end there was just 2 sweet teas sitting there. Tried to explain to the waiter that the steak wasn’t good because it was sitting there you can tell by the temperature I was going to ask for a new one and she was giving attitude told me I wasn’t making sense so at the end she asked if I wanted to remove it so ended up just doing that did not want to be there no more!! SO I payed $4 for just the drink I did not drink😂Got to hear lots of birthday songs lol. Now I only order bread to go from them!!

We went for dinner on a Monday night and had a wait of 10 minutes for our table. This was not an issue. Our server was nice enough when he took our drink, appetizer, and food order. However, we only saw him none more time. Our appetizer did not get entered, so it never came. A different server brought our salads, and our food and I flagged one down for our refills. We paid through the kiosk on our table because no one asked if we wanted dessert. Service was way below what it should be.
