We arrived 20 minutes early for my child’s appointment. After still not being called back 30 minutes AFTER his scheduled time, I went and asked how long it would be. No one sitting at the front desk acknowledged us or updated us on why there was such a delay. It was only when I asked that they said there was a flood at another one of their facilities and “other people were late to their appointments”. You guys should have a policy to turn people away if they are late. My child was over it (rightfully so) as we waited an hour to finally have his very short appointment. I understand that things happen but the two front desk workers could have been way more respectful and communicated why there was a delay.

We came here yesterday to follow up for my father's right hip arthritis. As always, the team members are very professional and respectful. Dr. Alex was the one who checked my father. He was very helpful and informative. He also helped us to get the placards for his car. They also contacted the MRI center to email the results sooner. We didn't know that we should tell the MRI center to send the results faster since they take 24 to 48 hours to be sent upon on the order. Then, Dr. Alex called me and discussed the results of the MRI and the next steps for the therapy. He also gave my father a medication to take. We will make our next appointment with them to see how to move on with our procedures. We will definitely follow up with you. Came in with a calf injury last week. My problem is before you put a boot on a customer please disclose how much the boot cost to guest. Very shocked getting to front desk and being charged almost $200 on a boot that didn’t work for me. My calf injury was right where the boot ends at the top which rubbed and caused more pain. My other complaint is I received a note for work which had mistakes which were marked out looking doctored. Had to come back across town to pick another up because front deck didn’t email it to me like she said. The last note was marked up with white out. Not hard to grab another form a fill out correctly. Don’t get me wrong everyone was nice.

It was quick and easy to get in and out so that’s the plus side. My concern is that they require you to agree to them being able to keep your credit card on file in their system even if you self-pay. I wanted to self-pay, but there was no way to get around the credit card agreement in their system. When I left they gave me a receipt with absolutely no information on it. No business address, no description of services, no Doctor’s name, no location address, no diagnosis, no follow up care instructions. Nothing. It’s literally a piece of paper with my name and an amount. It doesn’t even say it’s a receipt.

This was my first visit to DOC post surgery. Nice office. Staff was great, with the exception of the front reception. Not very friendly/welcoming. No one was available when we went to leave, so setting the next appt. Did not happen, will have to call. Dr. Grantham is the BEST!!! So kind. Took the time to explain everything and answer ALL our questions. X-ray was very gentle and took great care in handling the positions she needed for best Pic results.

This place is great. Was injured on a Friday afternoon and was able to come in and see the doctor same day. That same doctor was the one to do my surgery and all my follow ups. The staff are always so nice and professional. And now that I’m in recovery - I continue to come here for physical therapy which has been integral in my healing process. If you need orthopedic help come here. If you need physical therapy come here. See Dr. Grantham and Mary West, and they will get you back to normal or even better.

The staff was very nice doctor seem not very interested, i got the feeling like he didn't really want to have to deal with an other patient, I got a steroid shot for pain and he said how's it feeling um still hurts he seemed very un interested. Wanted to see me back in a week, why don't seemed like he cared this time why would next time be different. Gonna be different doctor, ultra sound the top of my knee but bottom hurts can ultrasound see to bottom of knee. Hell for a shot my regular doctor could have done that and not have to take X-rays of my hip, my hips were not hurting. It's like no one heard what I said. Oh well live and learn. Canceling appointment.

I love this place!!! I was very nervous in the beginning and was VERY against surgery but Dr. Grantham has been soooo awesome and gave me all the facts immediately!! Even though some was hard to hear!! But like she said, if I’m willing to work at it we can do this! The ladies at the front desk are awesome!! Everyone is very helpful when it comes to questions and reassurance 100% helpful and awesome!!! Thank you so much for everything!! I’m on my way to walking again!!!

What a fantastic experience! After a fall at home I was able to get in very promptly to assess the severity of my injury. The facilities were top-notch and staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

I went in for extreme pain in my shoulder blade, neck, arm and hand. I was able to find this amazing group of people open on a Saturday! I scheduled an appointment online so easy! Great driving instructions. I arrived early, greeted by a smiling face. The health forms so easy on iPad. I was even invited back early. I met the assistant who took my xrays, she is very professional, caring and understanding. I was seen by Dr Cori Grantham. She was extremely patient, kind, professional and caring. I was nervous meeting someone new but quickly felt at ease. She was able to diagnose, give me a treatment plan and hope for better days ahead. I want to reccomend this team for anyone who may be looking, Great Experience from beginning to end!! Thank you all!

I was actually 5 minutes late, but was called back after only a 5 minute wait and another 5 minutes in the treatment room. Both the front desk and doctor’s assistants were courteous. Dr Grantham did a fabulous job with my rotator cuff repair and reverse shoulder replacement. She answered all my questions at my one month checkup today and has cleared me to resume life as usual with PT. Very pleased!

Dr. Grantham was wonderful! Caring, thorough, personable, professional. She is going to see me again in a week, on a scedule to avoid surgery. I was early, and was seen before my appointment time. 5 minutes total waiting after that. I recommend DOC to everyone.

I have been visiting DOC for few weeks now. I must say Katya is an excellent PT. She takes time to understand your issue and works with you with full attention and commitment. She ensures that you are improving every time you visits. She pushes you when necessary. I have been to multiple PTs before, this is first time I am seeing someone who loves what they do and does it with love and passion. I highly recommend Katya for anyone who needs a PT. Hands down the best!!

Excellent care. The check in process was smooth and quick, and since we had an appointment ahead of time we didn’t have to wait long at all. The person who helped my mom with her x-rays was patient and understanding since she was uncomfortable during the process. And the PA who saw her afterwards was straight to the point and clear about explaining what the issues we were dealing with were. He could’ve been a little more patient with my mom since she was so nervous, but he definitely wasn’t rude or anything and it’s understandable since they were so crazy busy. We got in, treated, and out in record time. If we ever need orthopedic help again, this is definitely going to be our new go to place.

Got in and out quickly. Everyone was very friendly. The ladies at the front desk explained my insurance benefits and the cost of everything BEFORE the appointment started. X-rays were quick and easy, and the doctor diagnosed me super quickly.

Visited for my husband care. Husband said the doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. However the front desk lady was so unprofessional. It looked like I visited a motel not hospital. She was chewing gum all the time while we were talking. Not listening .. looked careless

Everyone at DOC has been very polite. The place is nice and clean. Those that do the therapy know what they're doing. It's a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend DOC to others.

Is DOC perfect… far from it! We’ve had highs/lows experiences, still, it’s infinitely better than going to an ED/ER!!! Ex: prices are reasonable in comparison, X-rays are available, & Most Importantly if needed- casts (unlike an ED/ER). Yet, I highly highly recommend seeing a SPECIALIST (2nd opinion!) for unusual cases (my oldest needed urgent surgery recently). Still… very thankful to DOC bc it’s hard seeing any specialist the day of injury or on the weekends (after games, etc).

Friendly, kind, punctual and very good. I had to have a small procedure that couldn't help but be painful. Staff went above and beyond to insure that it was as easy as possible. I can't say enough for the staff who provided my care. Booked a follow up for next week. Thank you to everyone at DOC in Carrollton.

Front staff courteous, professional. Physicians and techs did their respective jobs well. Answered any questions I had with clarity. Great job explaining the issues I was facing, and had a treatment plan to remedy them. I’ve interacted with Dr. Grantham prior for shoulder surgery and follow up appointments even years later with other concerns. Great attitude, very patient, upbeat, everything you’d expect from a doctor. I feel comfortable placing my care in their/her hands.

Timothy is great! Very knowledgeable and has helped me avoid surgery. He challenges you to the point of what he knows you are capable of but also listens to any concerns you have. He also varies the exercises from visit to visit to keep things interesting and to keep you motivated. Great experience!

All the staff at Direct Orthopedic Care at Plano have been very professional, friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to Jordan, DOC scheduler who took much time to answer all my questions as well as Naomi who helped me with my paperwork and questions as well and as well as the schedulers Toya and Shelley. And Dr. Cori Grantham has been very kind and patient to answer my questions before and after my surgery explaining everything that will happen before and after. She did an excellent job! Thank you to all of you! I look forward to continue my healing and to start physical therapy.

All the DOC facilities are excellent, but my favorite one is this office. The PA answered all my questions and came up with a treatment plan for my neck injury that I feel comfortable with. They have physical therapy on-site and have access to each others' notes, which is so convenient for me not having to worry about requesting records all the time. The front office staff are always really helpful and friendly too. Thanks DOC!

Very friendly staff. I feel well taken care of. They have done a thorough job now for the second time. I will be going back for anything they take care of.

We have had excellent care from the nurses and doctors at this location, however, the front desk staff has been really bad. We’ve waited over 2.5 hours past when our appointment was, with no call to let us know how far they were behind. When asked, the receptionist was very rude and not helpful. She said there were lots of walk-ins that day, which doesn’t make sense they would be prioritized as they had no appointment.

I am thoroughly impressed with the care that I have received at DOC. Mark Mishak listened to my concerns and put together a treatment plan for my left knee to help me continue to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I highly recommend Mark as a knowledgeable and caring provider for all of your orthopedic needs! The entire staff is incredibly kind and enjoyable.
