Thank goodness this place exists! I was visiting from out of state and I suffered a severe migraine. I was quickly attended to by the friendly staff and the sweetest nurse. The doctor came in soon after and took great care of me. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing care and don’t want to go to the ER. This place was wonderful.

The staff, doctor, nurses, and radiology tech were all super nice, knowledgeable, and caring. Other than spending an hour waiting for the radiology tech to arrive, I was very pleased with the overall experience. I would use them again.

Went in when fever reached 105. Was seen quickly; tested for flu & covid & received very thorough treatment. Was very happy with the care provided. Friendly staff.

Maybe the best medical care I have had. Quick. Convenient hours (24 hrs). Prices were fair. The Dr took his time and gave us a very generous amount of follow up care over text. We had to go to Cooks the next day, and the Dr made sure we were well taken care of. I can't believe it! Will def be going back. I have been spreading the word.

Excellent care and compassion in a very quick waiting time. Professional, clean and really helpful staff. The nurse and doctor were both absolutely fantastic. Time was spent, all my questions were answered and I left with a very clear plan.

Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients. I will continue to come here when my family doctor isn’t available. I was very well taken care of.

I went to complete care with gut issues and they quickly assessed me and got me transferred to the hospital for emergency surgery. There was no wait, they were cautious and knowledgeable and took immediate action. Dr Pebbles called to check on me a couple days later which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this urgent care!

So I had 3 experiences here, I went in and got treated. The 2nd wasn't so great, and the 3rd was Dr Pebbles calling and following up about the miscommunication and the negative experience. There's not many people who look at a bad review and take it to heart. I felt compelled to come in here and make it right. One persons mistakes are not a reflection of the whole operation. I'll spare readers the details. It means a lot when someone truly cares about the patients. Thank you, Dr. Pebbles.

Last week I went in not feeling well and was back later that evening with my daughter. On both visits the team was great. We have been to Complete Care more frequently this past year when our doctor’s office is closed and we can’t wait to be seen. Our experience has always been positive. The staff is very attentive and easy to work with. We haven’t ever really had to wait long either which is always nice (especially when not feeling well).

This was my first ER visit and it was for my dad who suffered from a concussion after slipping on solid thick sheet of ice. All the staff was incredibly kind and service was quick too. No wait. They performed a CT scan on my dad. Overall I’m very impressed with their facility. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Peebles who made our visit smooth

The whole practice is well run! The nurses I had were great as was the doctor. It took awhile but they said it was a busy day and they continued to check in on me while waiting for labs & scans. I’’m glad we have this in Southlake n

I couldn’t rant and rave enough about this place. The kindest and most caring staff I have ever met. They immediately brought me in, and gave the most amazing care to me. When I came back a couple of days later to help get my toe rewrapped, the gladly did it for me for free. Then as I was leaving a nurse on her way out wished me well. They even sent me the sweetest card wishing me well after my visit. They all signed it, and it was personal to the care I had received from them. It is well worth the extra drive to go to them. You will not receive better care anywhere else.

Complete Care in Southlake is so convenient and the staff is amazing. I used them recently again. The front desk, to nurse, to doctor have been helpful from my first visit to this current visit. I would highly encourage you to use them.

I highly recommend this emergency care. I received and excellent care from Dr.Lepak and his staff. I had a severe pain, I was passing a kidney stone. He give me fast attention and manage my pain. They address my condition and give me medication and several options of urologist for follow up my condition. I received outstanding service from this emergency care. In the future I will use them again.

Highly recommend! Everyone was so nice. Front desk was awesome & the nurse Debbie was so sweet to my daughter. She gave her a bear and made my daughter smile when she was in pain. We got a follow up call to see how she was going and a card in the mail.

Complete Care was so fantastic. I came in with a serious health concern. They were able to do the needed CT scan in house, start aggressive treatment to hold me over until I can see a surgeon. From Mary at the front desk, the nurse, radiology tech, to the MD, the entire staff was friendly, efficient, and supportive. The doctor explained everything throughly, eased my fears and pain, and provided a plan for after I left. I will definitely use them again.

I cannot song high enough praises of Complete Care! They’re professional, fast, and considerate. My son had a small scratch on his eye and they were absolutely amazing. They made him comfortable and we were on our way with a plane in under an hour. Reception was awesome, Nurses are stellar, and the doc was amazing!

Everyone is so nice and helpful! They have everything needed to provide emergency care! No need to go to a hospital and wait hours to be seen. I was having some chest pain/discomfort and wasn’t sure if I was having a heart attack? They immediately took me back for an ekg!! Thank God I wasn’t having an attack, that was my main concern!! They ran several test to narrow down my discomfort. I will definitely go back if I’m ever in need of emergency medical help. The doctor was very pleasant, outstanding bedside manner! He explained all my test and went over the test with me. The stuff was just as nice! Thank you all for your assistance!!

Dr. Hart has a heart of gold! The rest of the staff is nice and fast! Love that there is a therapy doggie there who is sweet and a cuddle bug. My toddler was happy to be at a doctors office for once. I started feeling better almost immediately after Dr. Hart provided treatment! Thank you & stay as wonderful as you all are!

I highly recommend Complete Care. I was in so much pain and truly dreading going to any kind of emergency care but I was out of options without insurance. Not only did they treat me without insurance, but they told me they would do a full exam and if I didn’t want to accept treatment, they wouldn’t charge me anything after the exam. They also gave me a ball park of what I could expect financially if I chose to accept treatment. I can’t tell you what a relief this was during my physical crisis. Over 20 regular MDs in the area would not help me, and they did for the low price of $160. No hidden fees. No extra bills that keep coming in the mail. I am SO grateful for Complete Care. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave the entire staff is sincere, kind, helpful, and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Hart actually had me laughing with his warm and funny personality. I had been in tears just moments before because of the pain I was in and the fear I had surrounding my situation. I wish he could be my permanent doctor. Nurse Johnathan was just as helpful, comforting, and kind. After my treatment, not only did they follow up with a phone call, they sent a card in the mail with a handwritten note inside and handwritten signatures. They go above and beyond at Complete Care!

UPDATE: I do appreciate the great care my husband received; however, this one visit and the follow-up visit to remove the stitches has cost me a small fortune. As with a hospital emergency room, they have charged me for every little thing. I do have insurance but when you are on a deductible plan you pay out of pocket. It’s really unbelievable the amount this visit cost for less than 2 hours and 5 stitches. I will definitely think twice about going here again. My husband cut his hands in multiple places when he broke the crock pot doing dishes. He’s on blood thinners and I was worried when his cuts would not stop bleeding. All of our area urgent cares were about to close except Complete Care. I called them to find out if they took my insurance. The young lady was very helpful and told me what I needed to know. When we arrived, they took us right back and both the doctor and the nurse were super efficient and helpful. They took care of my husband and gave us all the information for home care. This is the first I’ve heard of Complete Care but for any future emergencies, this will be our go to. Thank you all.

I cannot say enough about our experience here. The front desk, nurses and doctors were amazing with our 13-month old. They were caring and gentle while taking vitals and swabs, Mary (front desk) even brought him a little teddy bear after hearing him cry. The doctor spent more than enough time with us and I felt confident in the care we received. Thank you, Complete Care Southlake!
