Finaly a wonderful clinic opened 24/24 in Cannes! We were here on holidays with our dog in november and we needed a vet in emergency. After a first closed clinic we found you. The all team is great, helped us. Most of the personal speaks english. Our little Ludde is now very fine and you saved his life! Tack så mycket, thanks from Sweden

Top notch ophthalmologist. Friendly and professional staff. One star withheld because there's one veterinarian working here that I don't trust at all.

My pet had a good experience at the clinic, good and attentive care. I was ok too, little waiting time and fair prices.

My experience of my dog having a Total Ear Canal Ablation (TECA) at UniVet. After trying every treatment available, for a year, Sally finally had a video otoscope performed at Uni Vet, Cannes, which revealed tumours in her ear canal. I was informed that my only option was for her to have a very invasive procedure, called Total Ear Canal Ablation. (TECA) This came with risk of possible facial nerve paralysis and total hearing loss in the operated ear. A daunting prospect for any dog owner and probably one of the most challenging decisions, that I have had to make. Sally is a rescue shih-poo, a street dog from Thailand who has had a hard life, living outdoors. Vets estimated her age at over ten years, so the surgery could take a greater toll on her. However, without the operation, the tumours could easily spread into her brain, making it too late for surgery. I have only had Sally for just over a year and I wanted her new happy life to continue as long as possible, so I made the difficult decision to go ahead. Vet, Dr Anne Roussel an excellent vet based at Nice Le Port Univet, who had treated Sally throughout the months of treatments and investigations, introduced me to Dr Michael Rabillard, an experienced surgeon in Total ear canal ablation, who answered honestly, all my questions regarding the operation so that I could make an informed decision. After the operation, Sally's recovery was quicker than I expected. Since being adopted, she has become a very happy dog and lives for her humans and her food! However, she seems to be even happier now that she is free of the persistant pain and discomfort she must have been in before. I am very happy with the outcome of Sally's surgery and very grateful to the excellent veterinary surgeons. Thanks Univet Team!

We first came to this clinic with our 2 seniour dogs last year, while on holiday on Cote dAzur. The dogs are on a lot of medications and we have to regularly do abdominal scans & check ups. The service & expertise was excellent so we decided that this clinic will be our 1st choice in case of an emergency (we are expecting heart complications or stroke). This is why, last week, on Sunday, when we had an emergency we went straight there. The emergency was diareea with blood (3 times that morming). I called to say I want to come with an emergency & they asked us to come right in. The doctor was great, she gave him an injection to stop the vomit & a subcutaneous fluid. She then gave us a treatment & explained what to do. She also told us that he might have a few more episodes of dihareea until the medication works, but to call her if anything worries us. We went home & he did 9 more water stools with blood, so we we were worried. We called a few times & spoke to her, she said that if anything worries us to call on Monday at 8am and to ask to be seen as an emergency. We were still worried so we managed to find a dog ambulance that came that evening. The ambulance doctor did blood tests, left us a kit to collect stool test & gave him another subcutaneous fluid. We called Univet at 9am on Monday because we were still worried and were told that they cannot see us during the day, to come in the evening. We could not wait, so we went to Dr Saunnier in Grasse, where we got taken straight in, they did ultrasound, RX & blood tests. He had liquid in the abdomen and was in a bad shape. The administered emergency heart patch, slow IV & oxygen and he made it through so far, but is not out of the woods yet, because his age & previous complications. I am therefore unpleasantly surprized with the “emergency” services at Univet Cannes & I will go to the emergency clinic in Valbonne next time. I will, however use the Univet clinic for regular medical services because that part was OK so far..

Under the most exceptionally sad circumstances we had to deal with an unexpected situation with our dearly beloved dog Archie. The staff here at univet were incredible, they were sensitive and kind. We can’t thank them enough even though we returned to the UK with his ashes. We thank them all at univet and want to express our gratitude during this time of grief and sadness to us. Thank you all

Very ineffective and slow. We called them in advance to ask about the posibility to make a canner and maybe a surgery for our little dachshund. Explain everything over the phone and they confirm that they have all necessary equipment and specialists. So we came to the clinic 5 minute before our time, were waiting another 25 minute for no reason( the doctor was just sitting in her room with no patients) when the doctor showed up she told us that..... they don't have possibility to make what we need and we have to go to another clinic! Plus the way she gave our dog medicine was also not very professional according to his condition.
