Everything was superb! I loved staying in this amazing hotel! One of the best and cleanest hotel in all time! Room service was super! The hotel amenities and the breakfast spot were something definitely to remember. I would definitely come back again! The doorman and valet service were super super nice and very helpful. Shoutout for Quentin and Olivier for going even beyond regular expectation and helping with any questions The only thing i would say about the private beach that should be included as complementary! Without need for extra charge.

The staff obviously does not enjoy working for guests or in this hotel at all. 25.7.2022 Today the second time here. At the bar. And I really have to correct my first opinion: very friendly and charming waiter, perfect cocktails, super dessert. We will be here more often.

The hotel and it’s restaurants are nice but the beach is really bad. Slow service, not so good food, super expensive, crowded, plenty of boats around... just avoid it.

First I want to start with the cons: If you’re unlucky enough, there is going to be a party by the pool at night with the extremely loud music so you don’t be able to sleep (it’s almost 1 AM now), and it’s not even summer, so I can only imagine what happens during higher season. Second con, which is quite big, is that this hotel doesn’t feel like 5 stars, more like 4+ stars, especially if you compare it to the other hotels at Côte d’Azur or Monaco it’s very different level. A little run down, doesn’t feel luxurious at all, even though I like the room. Perhaps the Lobby and the hotel’s common areas give me such an impression. Pros: I love the service, we’re taken care of by the stuff. The beds are big and comfortable Nice view (if you book the rooms with the sea view) Good breakfast Amenities inside the room (like kettle and coffee machine).

This was truly a beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a nicer room, which was spacious and luxurious with every detail thought out. Hotel concierge and front desk staff were great. We would give this 5/5 if it were not for some unfortunate incidents at check in that in the end the hotel compensated us for but moreover, it was the awful and disorganized service at the pool that aggravated us and ruined our afternoon while there that kept us from giving a perfect score. Having said that, you should definitely stay here while in Cannes.

Beautiful hotel in the best part of Cannes. Across the street from the beach and surrounded by the most famous fashion houses. The amenities are nice and the service is excellent. The staff are always friendly and ready to help.

room good. service good. location good. However, the stay was a nightmare. Jewelry and a watch were stolen from the room. With high security from the house staff. Unbelievable. Nobody felt responsible for the theft. You let time pass unnecessarily. The security service in the hotel could do nothing. the staff were questioned only sporadically and slowly. and with the hotel prices. there wasn't even a commendation from the hotel and certainly not from the hotel management. absolute boldness. jewelry was stolen in the amount of 10,000 euros and no one has tried to clarify the facts. that was the last visit to this hotel. can only advise everyone against it. It is a cheek that the hotel staff robs you.

Excellent consierge, room was very comfortable and well air conditioned. Bathroom was small. Generally the other service was poor; one of the private beaches was closed while we were there and the other charged €40 per bed so I don't think should be advertised as included. One of the hotel restaurants was very expensive for very average food. The pool had few sunbeds and some even get removed at 5pm to make space for evening activities. Service here was very slow even though there were lots of staff. Lots of potential but not focussed on customer service.

I have been in this structure in August. All very beautiful and cleaned. High level. I remember ther's one very good waitress for coffee breakfast. She was so gentle, Tatiana. Cannes is very beautiful.

Beautiful hotel and perfectly located. Excellent breakfast choices and sister beaches for lunch. Huge thanks to the wonderful concierge Thierry who sorted us for lunch and dinner recommendations.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The views are incredible and the rooms are top notch. The finishes in the hotel rooms are gorgeous and feel extremely luxurious. They had every option of toiletries in the bathroom and I didn't need to bring anything on my own or request anything. The pool is very nice and the restaurant was fantastic as well. The staff and concierge were great and well mannered.

Spent a nice afternoon having lunch and drinks with the family. Good wifi, so the boys were happy. We had a nice view of the water, but it didn't look especially clean or clear, so we didn't swim. Our server, Jennifer, was wonderful, friendly and helpful.

The Service at Barriere Le Majestic is on a different level. Everyone is very attentive, very friendly and very willing to help. Charlotte, Alexandra and Julie from the front desk all went out of their way to help me feel more welcome and at home. The rooms are black out dark when the shutters are down and the beds are very comfortable, even though the mattress was on the softer side. All in all great prerequisites to get a good night's rest. If you look closely there are some flaws in the rooms such as tile fittings being wrong in the bathrooms but overall nothing that would make the stay at le Majestic worse. The Concierge Service was quick, friendly and thought along without me having to follow up about adding my room number to my name. There are a lot of people staying at the hotel, as is evident by the amount of people in the lobby at times but staff handled that very well too. The one other benefit is the location, you cannot get more central in Cannes.

Very dissapointed! Rooms are small, I mean the 300-400 euro/night rooms. Maybe the 1000-1500 euro/night are better. Rooms with sea view noise ( hotel party untill 24.00. The back yard rooms are very very small and updated. Veryyyyyy!!! My advice..avoid this hotel. Go there only if you can pay the extra rooms. For us..the rest..do not worth it .

Fabulous service and location! I hosted an event there last week and it couldn't have gone better! A big shout out to Lionel at the outdoor bar and Sabine and her event crew for keeping my guests happy and making me look so good. Thank you again!! 🥂

Spectacular ocean-front historic hotel located in the heart of the shopping district with all amenities and a great on-site restaurant and bar. Superior service, absolutely gorgeous interior design and decorating, perfect location. What's not to love?

Fabulous Location | Beautiful Rooms | Excellent Restaurants | Recommended —— Detailed Review Below —— A luxury hotel in a city that epitomizes opulence, luxury, and style. Fabulous location within a short walk of Palais De Festivals. The central location also means that quick tours of the city are possible (and highly recommended). The multilingual staff is nice and eager to help you get the most out of your visit. The rooms are tastefully decorated and perfectly sized. Verdict: Recommended Rooms: 5/5 Location: 5/5 Facilities: 4/5 Dining and Room Service: 4/5 Service/Staff: 4/5

One of the most popular hotels in Cannes. It has a stunning entrance and many special restaurants. The atmosphere is even better during christmas. Their service is also amazing.

This is not a five star hotel. We booked here for our honeymoon, and on arrival were shown to a "city view" room. The room was appalling - very small and dark, which had shaded windows looking onto a messy litter filled outside corridor. When we opened the window there were cigarettes and rubbish outside. We did complain and were moved to a better room but the fact this room was offered for a price and a five star hotel was shocking. It was also disappointing that the reception team did not congratulate us. The pool also has a Perspex wall around it which was odd and ruined the aesthetic.

Expectations was much bigger. Old hotel, saw 4 different rooms from different category. Rooms need renovation - old and tired. The mattrasses are so bad that i don’t have words. It is non sense. I do not have problems with my back but even my back hearted even after this hotel. Bed linen are not from cotton materials but some not organic materials - it is not breathing at all and it is 5 star hotel… Staff is not very helpful.

In front of the Palace of Festivals and Congress of Cannes this magnificent hotel make you feel a superstar. The architecture of the building in addition to the glamour of the Cannes Festival and the well prepared and qualified staff make a huge difference in my stay. However as expected from a hotel of this level the cost of a simple bottle of water could reach 12 Euros and a hambúrguer in the room service 60Euros.

Best hotel in Cannes. The service is not the best though. SoMo rooms are away from the elevators.

Worst hotel stay ever. So many sleepless nights as rooms are not sound proof, everything can be heard from both the outside (loud music & cars + motorbikes noise) & neighboring rooms (babies crying & loud laughter). Also, this hotel is an absolute zero value for money. Very poor customer service, you have to wait for too long for someone to pick up the phone & also wait too long for your room service orders to arrive. The breakfast & the food are also not up to the expected standards; we had once ordered a pancake and it was sent to the room “burnt” and the hotel staff were informed and didn’t even bother to at least apologize for the bad food quality. Some of the hotel guests were also not respectful to other guests; there was a family who were fighting and speaking bad language loudly at the breakfast area. After this incident, we never wanted to have our breakfast by the pool and preferred ordering it in the room. In addition, one day we came back to our room and found a breakfast that we didn’t order and when we checked we were informed that it belongs to another room and that it was sent to our room by mistake.

I was charged over 200 euros of drinks and food consumption I did not make. I asked to see the vouchers and one had my last name written by somebody else (not my signature) and the other was not even signed. This IS clearly something done by the hotel to steal from the guests and it is ILEGAL, DISSAPOINTING AND UNACCEPTABLE. Three other guests were in the same situation as I when doing check out.

The entrés and main dishes were really good. The service was also was really good. We ate on the docks. Giving it 4 star instead of 5 because I found the music too loud and the cocktails and desserts weren't very good.

It looked like a really nice beach club (thats why I give one star at least) but after we got seated we waited and nobody served us. We were just completely ignored. The club was not full at all so we left.

Food and service is good with good dj music and nice bar and misting from above to cool the space down. Lots of international food choices. Well done.

Pay for luxury at one of the best private beaches in Cannes! We came here for afternoon drinks and a swim and not only had some tasty smoothies and spritz, but also had great, friendly service.

One of the more upscale private beaches on the croisette in Cannes. You pay for the privilege though so check the prices before committing.

It's the Barriere Majestic lounge and restaurant on the beach. It is simply the best place you can find in Cannes during the day

I’ve stayed here in August with my friend and we will not be staying here again. I’m rating this hotel 3 stars but mainly because of the excellent location. The hotel itself is overpriced and overrated. The service is not better than in 4 or even 3 star hotels. The staff that I encountered was worse than 4 star hotels. To name an example: I got laughed out in my face by the employee at the reception when I tried to make a reservation for dinner for that evening? Not only was the staff’s behaviour shocking, I was also not satisfied at all with the cleaning of the room. It was obvious that this wasn’t done thoroughly, as the hairs from the days before were still on the carpet, see pictures. If I’m paying €750 a night then I should expect a better (cleaning) service. In my opinion there are much better hotels for the same price.

A lovely dinner in Fouquet's sat overlooking the pool. Food delightful but feel that the toilets could do with an update.

🫤 I don’t understand what the fuss is about. Everything is drowned in cheese. I went for the aubergine gratin and it has no taste and the eggplant is burnt. Missing salt and seasoning. It’s one of the few times I couldn’t eat my meal despite being hungry. No salt and pepper on the table but a great d...
