Best quality products but little bit expensive

This is a review for their Home (coin casa) Department on the 4th floor. Their products are generally excellent if a little expensive. However, the layout of products is disappointing - there is no real sense or rational in how scattered they were - bath mats had to be found in 4-5 different areas of the floor, similarly with dinner napkins. No staff were available to help - and what's worse - they actively dissuaded me from checking out to pay when there was 5 mins to closing. On another occasion (I went back.. why?!) I asked them about a product I wanted to buy more of, and they simply shook their head and said sorry it's all gone. No offer to re-order or even redirect me to the website. I suggested to them that maybe I should check online! Hah. Honestly, I would love to shop here for their products, but their service team on this floor need training on sales and customer service.

I was expecting the department store to be bigger and more modern. The jewellery selection was very very small, only a few brands were available. Generally, the products seemed quite pricey. It is easy to navigate, there's also escalators. On the fourth floor I found the toilet, which is big and in quite good order (although, mind the closure of the door, which is antiquated and kept opening!).

Rather dated exterior of industrial grey which adds to the gloomy appareance of the immediate area. Nice for browsing. Good selection of skin products and perfume. Buy espresso pods and gift items. Whilst spacious there is one bathroom only and seemingly not staffed so bring your own paper.

Coin is a convenient department store-like shop at the center of Bergamo Città Bassa. Across five floors, you can find anything from household items and furniture, to women’s, men’s and children clothing, beauty, shoes and accessories. There’s a Nespresso boutique on the ground floor. A big ski/skate/board offering on the last floor too.

Typical nowadays Coin department store. But from years to years it loses a typical Italian taste.

It's a pretty good "wholesale" supermarket. In there, especially on the clothes and beauty levels, you will not find cheap things cause most of the things that they sell are branded and expensive. The house level, the 4th one, is the opposite. They sell affordable things especially during sales cause for some items you have more than one discount! Plus they sell yankee candles so my little heart is happy.
