Says it closes at 8, but it's 7:45 and there's a lot of us out here si ce they're closed already. AWFUL! No milk available, you have to ask for it. You ask for almond milk, this is what they give you: just a tiny little bit. Might as well not give me any. CHEAP franchise! You order "rapid" pick up, they only put the cup there for you to prepare it. Why then do you make me select coffee and creamer type on the app if I will make it myself anyway?

We love Paneras Mac and cheese. The drive through is quick and the staff is friendly. If you are hungry definitely swing by, you can't go wrong with any of their menu items! I highly recommend the strawberry poppyseed salad!!

If takeout is my only option, I would prefer something like Panera. Easy order online, get the text, order is ready and when you arrive, it’s patiently waiting on a shelf - ready to pick up. Great concept but the food, not so great. We ordered the tomato soup, the Asian sesame salad with chicken and the strawberry poppyseed salad. The soup was rich and flavorful but the salads were entirely tasteless.

Chicken chipotle sandwich was yummy and I'd order that again. Service good. Onion soup okay, but barely warmed. Why is Iced tea which is mostly water, so expensive? Staff all very nice and friendly.

I love the rapid pick up. They always get the order correct and it is very fast even during dinner hours.

I actually really do love Panera bread, but their steak and cheese sandwich is misleading. It doesn't say it has onions on it and it's AN OVERLOAD OF ONIONS. I spent literally 20 and had to throw the main part of my order away bc I just couldn't eat it. It almost made me sick. I'm sure it would've loved it, if it was just the steak and cheese like it says. Besides that everyone was awesome, service was great. I'm just so disappointed....

Thanks to Joey n Max at the Rudy Lane Panera They have been so awesome even calling me back to tell me my order was in the oven! You don't get to talk to ppl much less they were both so nice! Thanks again y'all! Good stuff
