I am absolutely appaled by the customer service of this establishment as well as the portion sizes if i could leave 0 stars i absolutely would. I ordered 3 meals and a side dish, when they arrived they were cold and dry and the mixed shish combination portion was horrendous... £16 for 4 pieces of meat... i contacted the establishment to query on the size and temperature and was laughed at and informed that no one else has ever complained. I asked if there was anything that we could do as the portion etc was inadequate, again I was laughed at and informed that they would do nothing as they were the cheapest establishment for the portion sizes in the area - a statement that could no be more falsified and they were going to hang up. I explained that was unprofessional and I will be complaining and they then proceeded to hang up. I would not recommend this establishment and will be promoting other establishments in its place. Disappointing experience to say the least. *Response to owner* I find your response disappointing you have completely ignored the conduct of your staff members and instead of resolving any of the complaints you have blamed others and made childish accusations. I highly doubt my deliveroo driver opened up my meal to remove one piece of meat. Also even with one extra piece of meat was there that was not 300+ grams and definitely not the cheapest in the areas. The meat from all three dishes was dry which could not be blamed on the driver as I have seen at least five other reviewers claim the same without even searching. Instead of addressing the situation you have become defensive and immature. I have been reviewing establishments for years and will continue to inform people of experiences so that they don't make the same mistakes.

This is a new restaurant to the area but it is superb. We've been twice and both times it has delivered great food and lovely friendly service. It's all freshly prepared (even the bread) and we loved everything that we tried. We had calamari (the best in Essex), octopus tender not chewy (pic ), an aubergine smoked garlic dip (pic) and the mixed grill. Would highly recommend.

142 5* reviews is impressive but taken from the old owners Ziyaret. I would be interested to see if it is as good as the old restaurant which would take some beating. Why did they need to take the kudos built up by Husseyin and Gizem?

Went to this restaurant this evening. We were early and made very welcome,With my wife.We ordered pink fish eggs which was tasty and creamy which I can’t pronounce and Calamari with olives. It was great. The Turkish beer was great, we then had two types of lamb which I enjoyed but my wife thought it was a bit spicy,my fault I should have ordered something else. But it was very nice and would go again and would recommend it.A very nice restaurant.. I wish this place a happy future.

Absolutely beautiful food . So nicely presented, Tastes amazing. 5*. Couldn’t have gone any better. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was fantastic. Food is not very expensive, rightly priced. Very cosy. Would 100% go back.

DONT ORDER THE BAKLAVA I recieved 3 boxes of raw pastry, oats?!?! And walnuts! I took a bite initially and it was just like congealed soggy porridge pastry! I call and speak to the manager - he says the dough is meant to be raw! And then proceeded to tell me if I didnt like their food I didn't have to eat it! Don't get me wrong they can grill a bit of chicken! But this was shameful honestly!

Delicious food! Perfectly cooked meat. Chilli sauce was absolutely wonderful. Generous portions.

Most amazing food, very very good service, lovely music, and really good value for money. (Food is made completely fresh)
