This Chili's rocks!... and here's why,: I placed an order on Friday to be picked up by 10:30pm the same night... well when I realized that I wasn't going to be back at 1045pm; I called and was told to come on. I wasn't aware that they closed at 11pm thought it was 12am for friday and Saturdays unable to get back before 1045pm . Showed up at 11:05pm they were closed however the manager Sergio and employee deante was able to give me chips and salsa.... long story short. Ordered again next day through the chili app and door dash, received my food was missing one thing which I called back and Sergio resolved the issue and made it right for me ! I will go back and enjoy a meal there in person real soon !!! ..

Last week I went for lunch and unfortunately left my Gucci sunglasses on the table. I called them later to ask if they had found my sunglasses and the person that answered stated that they hadn't found anything and then mentioned that our waiter had clocked out due to a family matter. I asked her to please contact him in case he put them somewhere. A few minutes later I get a call and the same lady stated that they found my sunglasses, I get another call from the manager and he states that he found them as well and that they would put them in the front until I arrived. I was already heading home but turned around to go back to Chili's. Upon arrival my sunglasses were nowhere to be found, the manager Matthew Miller made a comment stating "Maybe the waiter got confused". The waiter Howard had already returned and stated to me and the manager Matthew that he grabbed my sunglasses that I had left on the table and placed them on the Hostess stand. He clearly stated "It was her sunglasses, I saw the logo." But no one had an answer for where they went, they just disappeared. The manager didn't even say "I'm sorry this happened", he just said "I'll call if we find anything". Very untrustworthy location, no cameras, and now they steal your stuff if you leave anything behind. I would be careful going to this place.

Great place to dine in, great Mexican food specially the tortillas, the rib eye wasn't the best thou. Still the service was great as well of the rest of the food, definitely would recommend

I've been to a couple of different Chili's in the past, and I have to say that this one, in particular exceeded my expectations in service and quality of food. The waitress was new, therefore somethings were not up to par (e.g. full knowledge of the menu) but everything else was great. The food was delicious and arrived at our table at a reasonable time (not too quickly that makes you question whether it was microwaved, but not too late, either!) My family and I had a great time and it definitely was the cheery on top of fantastic day out. Honestly, that all we wanted, fast, efficient service along with delicious food that didn't break the bank!

I want to the restaurant with my family and one thing I will remember is the bad service. The worker who served us forget some of the food from my plate, then we have to wait ten minutes for the straws and as if this wasn’t enough the most important thing on any table was brought after thirty minutes and millions times of reminders from my family and I, I am literally talking about utensils, respectfully they should bring it the first thing but we have to wait and wait. I am not trying to be rude, I am genuinely disappointed because this isn’t even the end of it because later one when my mom and my little brother commented about how chicken was so salted, the waiter acted like it’s normal thing. Never going back.

The Big Mouth Burgers are deliciouse so is the pasta. Had some problems with the pasta still being uncooked well but the manager was able to resolve the problem. The French fries are Good and crispy.

Probably some of the worst service and food at a restaurant ever. Waitress kept coming by to refill the drinks and kept Saying oh let me go check on the food then disappeared to never be found and once our food finally came out an hour later we tell her our food was cold and she proceeded to tell us well it just came out so it can’t be cold like we’re not touching our own food. The manager had the same thing with us. They remade our food And the second time it was wrong and still cold the manager comped the bill in the end. We know restaurants are short staffed things we busy for a Saturday night but the way the situation was handled was definitely not something I’ve ever experienced before especially with being in the restaurant industry.

My god sister and I went to chili’s today with our two four year old grandsons. To have dinner, we got there at 5:40. We made our order at 5:50, our grandsons got their order at 6:50. My god sister and I order the sizzling fajitas, we got the tortillas and toppings at 7pm. My god sister got her sizzling fajitas at 7:06 and I got my sizzling fajitas at 7:10pm. While we were waiting the people sitting behind us got their food before us and we were there 45 minutes before them. On top of that our steak was medium rare, no one asked us how we wanted our steak. When we asked for the manager because at this point was very upset. She had an attitude. She gave excuses why the people behind us got their food first and that our food was a mixed up and was put in late. She didn’t apologize for the long wait and that about time we got our food the boys were almost done. She seemed annoyed and had an attitude with us, so we told her she can take our food back and we left. We should have just went to red lobster.

Typical Chili's. Reliable flavors and reasonably priced. Unfortunately low on staff.

Went to Chili's for dinner recommended by my brother. The thin, crispy chips and salsa were terrific! He gets 3 for Me special (Shrimp Pasta). I got the Steak Frajita. I tasted a noodle from his pasta... a bit mushy, definetly, not al dente, but then why order pasta at a Mexican style restaurant. My Steak Frajita was over cooked and sliced in 3/8's plus thick slices. It was tough and chewey. Could only eat about less than half of it, my jaw was getting sore. Highlight was the top shelf Margaita's on the rocks with salt. Hats off to Savannah, bartender, for delectable cocktails!

We were able to get seated right away and they were not busy... We (my wife and I) sat for 20 minutes without even an acknowledgment a server despite being right next to the waiter station. When he finally did acknowledge us he's said he'd be right with us. After another 10 minutes in we decided stopping at this restaurant was a bad idea and left.

Liked the small shakers they brought my margarita in. Lasted the full meal which was great, and tasted good. My friends drink also came the same way. The food for myself was good as l got the lunch special. Tho the others l was with. Their rib plate was pretty big. Be hungry if you wanting that. Didn't have any dessert tho. Our large group was well taken care of.

Great service! Fantastic food! Overall definitely the best service I have received eating dinner with my family in a while. My only complaint is the server gave my kids their drinks in plastic cups with no ice. The drinks were very warm. Other than that we were very satisfied with everything else.

Waitress was good and food was good. Food came out fast and fresh. I’m giving them 4 stars because my kids ordered apple juice and lemonade and both times they brought out warm drinks with no ice. Also towards the end no one took our plates or cleared our table. We would recommend.

Me and my kids went here for Mother's Day, and it was amazing, we had a fantastic time, and we had such a great meal. One of the meals we ordered is attached .

My chicken bacon avocado burger was great... But the group I was with, some special (specific) dietary concerns of how something should be made was thrown out the window... Like the waitress or chef didn't take it into consideration. Well that drink... Blueberry tea... It was watery and diluted like not enough flavor. Then the waitress comes back and brings a cup of the syrup and it was still watery. I recommend this place on a scale to 1-10 a 8.5 because the food is great but workers aren't always their best although they work hard but needs to pay attention. Like restaurants food service workers knows what expected of them but ahey never take food for granted I won't either. But ahey everything isn't perfect.

This Chili's was the best Chili's that I have ever been to. The service started at the door with the greeters actually being happy to see us walk in! We were seated promptly, and our server immediately introduced herself and gave us the specials and her personal picks! Food was out within 15 mins of ordering, and everything was super tasty and fresh. Other Chili's need to take note because they are Rockstars at this location! 20 out of 10 in my books!

Great service and attention from our waitress, but we felt kind of pushed into placing our order and at the end to pay the bill. They supply an 'i-pad like' device per table but only tell you at the end that they charge you to use it! Of course our kids wanted one each so we were charged double! Food was good, pretty spicy for kids and big servings. Take a sweater... It's pretty chilly in Chilli's

You can't go wrong with chilis . It's the restaurant version of fast food, but better quality . Service is quick, and food is decent. Appetizers came out super fast & drinks as well . Waitress was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and more . The only downside was our location didn't do happy hour due to town restrictions. It's always nice to have a deal on appetizers or drinks . Food overall was what you expected for the price . Fajitas were way overseasoned, but they kindly took it back but was still charged for the meal, so that was kinda disappointing, but due to covid, i guess every dollar counts . Cheers!

The food was great and came out relatively fast! I like that the menu was expansive and had a good number of vegetarian options. I got the punch, which was fruity and sweet. The restaurant was busy so the place was somewhat noisy with other diners, but our server was nice enough to reseat us to a quieter section. The service could’ve been better in terms of basics like refilling water, but I can understand given the shortage of staff.

Chlli's menu is awesome. Food was seasoned perfectly and the cocktails made for a nice outing.

Nobody's food came out hot. The server did not stop by very often. The food was just ok. Not a great experience overall.

Beer was flat both times. No refills offered on other beverages. Appetizers were good, main course was not very good. Avocados in two of the dishes very brown. Fries not served until later, but were fresh. Very disappointing compared to their Kenosha cousins. Won't be returning anytime soon.

I may be rating them higher than what they deserve but I’m feeling hopeful about this particular Chili’s location. I have not gotten food from them for a month or two because they seemed to be consistently getting my order completely wrong or over cooking my food. But I visit there several times a week as a delivery driver and could tell you some stories about their service! However, in the last few weeks I have seen drastic improvement in They were ability to complete orders in a reasonable amount of time, and in the attentiveness of their staff, as well as the friendliness of the staff. I’m not sure what has changed there but they seem to be on the right track and that’s why I decided to give them four stars. If you’ve had bad experiences with this location in the past, consider giving them another try! As far as their food goes, I am absolutely in love with their big mouth bites burgers (when they get them right). I Get cravings for those, and they are always the reason I choose to get dinner from Chili’s!

Service was ok. Food was good not great. Carne asada with rice n beens

Food was terrible. Chunks of burnt chicken, soggy salad, shrimps maruchan size and cold. Food had no flavor. Go somewhere else.
