WOW! Are these receptionists for real? If I treated any of my shipping companies like they treat the people who are trying to meet/searching for a new Doctor, wow! Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I talked to two women, both were so rude. I'll pass on this clinic. Not even 1 star. How do they stay in business with these people? Still looking, but this clinic is NOT it! Do the Doctors know about this? Awful, awful, awful. Shame.

I really like my Dr, but schedule is always out months and I always wait an hour or more past my appointment time to have reception just give you a tough luck stare down. Why is it ok to waste my time? And ALWAYS waste my time each and every time.

I've been seeing Dr. Rogers since 2018 she has gone above and beyond for my health care needs. She listens, takes her time with you and explains everything. I'm so lucky to have her as my doctor.

This clinic has no idea how to schedule. My last two appointments were scheduled well in advance. I left the first one after waiting in the exam room for over an hour and a half, without seeing anyone. The second one, rescheduled because I left the first time, I left after waiting in the waiting room for an hour and 45 minutes. I found another doctor elsewhere. My wife uses the same clinic. We are currently waiting to be seen. Its been 30 minutes so far... Everytime is something different at this clinic. People are nice here though, thats got to count for at least a Google star.

Love the Dr. I have, but the hold time to speak to someone is HORRIBLE. Some of the receptionist are rude, especially ANDY she hung up in my face several times after I asked to speak to her manager for hanging up in my face!

This has been by FAR the worst OBGYN care I've had with any pregnancy. The staff here is terrible, the Doctor is awful. I am worried about delivery and actually having the Doctor I have now, that's how bad it is. I seriously suggest going to the main campus or elsewhere. You won't receive the care you need here.

Much better experience than the ones I was having since March for ear pain. Finally getting somewhere. Dr Rogers and NP Melanie are great.

I am very pleased with this facility and especially with Dr. Pryba. I and my family have been long time patients. I am very fortunate to have a PCP that listens to my concerns and is willing to communicate via "My Chart ' when I have had appointment follow-up concerns or questions. I feel as though I am treated as a real team member in my current and future health needs.

I have been coming to this location for ten years and counting. Nurse Practitioner Megan Hintz is incredible. She is a credit to her profession. Megan goes out of her way to ensure patient care. She is competent, empathetic, truly listens and is passionate about providing the very best medical care possible to her patients. I never fail to leave an appointment with Megan feeling that I have been SEEN and HEARD and any action needed. has been addressed and pursued. Megan makes sure I have a full understanding of the what and why. Patricia is an excellent Medical Assistant as well, Patricia is also a credit to her profession. She is knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and good at her job. Lincoln Avenue Health Center Is most fortunate to have these two excellent employees dedicated to their professions.

Very nice receptionists who were willing to help. Alot better than the way Aurora treats you!!!!!
