This was literally the best Vegan food we've had in a while! Hanna is the owner and chef. Her spirit is amazing, her energy is beautiful and she's a wonderful chef! We also ate and truly enjoyed Tofu for the first time!! They have an extensive vegan menu and non vegan options as well! The ambience here is unmatched! Stop in and try some amazing vegan food! I suggest the loaded BBQ fries, Mac & cheese and the Mac burger!

The food was phenomenal. Very chill hole in the wall vibe. Very friendly owners. Interested fusion Indian/Palestinian concept with many vegan options. I loved supporting them and I hope they do very well. The Chana chaat, Mexican po boy were my favorites. They have very delicious hummus as well.

Ordered the salad with hot Cheetos because it sounded so cool; cheese curds, and coconut shrimp. All was so delicious. Customer service was great. I even came back a second time to try the fried Mac and cheese but they haven’t had any for 6 months. I ordered the falafel bowl instead. Tons of vegan options. Reasonable portions and prices.

Definitely a hidden gem. A friend of mine comes here a lot, posts pictures and it always looks so fire! Came here for the 1st time today and omg it was so good. So flavorful. I got the Dunkt chicken & frybar loaded fries (carne asada). If you like GOOD food & like to be slapped with flavor, this is the place. Oh & loads of vegan options too if you’re about that.

It's fast food like any other place... but the vegan menu has SO many options! My son has a dairy allergy, and being able to order him Mac n cheese from a restaurant was really special. The staff is knowledgeable about the ingredients, too. I called to make sure the cheese was nut free (my son is also allergic to nuts, and sometimes, plant based cheeses can be made with nut milks), and the staff knew that the dairy free cheese is oatmilk based which was awesome. They have this thing all figured out. Enjoy! P.s. don't Doordash things containing cheetos. They WILL get soggy, as expected.

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I am vegan, and this restaurant had various vegan options. I enjoyed my meal. The vegan mac and cheese and the clucker were delicious. The ice cream was not very fresh, and it tasted refrigerated for too long. It was a bit pricey. Overall, I liked it, and I will be returning.

The customer service was terrific!! The owner was so sweet and very patient as she answered our questions about the food on the menu. We were a group of 3 either vegan or gluten free customers! The food was good and I would come back when I visit Chicago again.

These guys were so sweet and welcoming when we came in. The food - WOW! Flavors were fantastic... wonderful vegan choices. The falafel one of the best I've tasted.

Found this hidden treasure last night and have eaten from here twice within 24 hours. Everything was delicious! Whole chicken with fries (& we did the sweet chili sauce), vegetable rolls, hummus, cauliflower, and wings (not all pictured) - and we were not disappointed. This place will become our go to when we want a yummy meal out.

Such delicious food! Creative and inventive flavors. So many options so everyone can find what they like. We enjoyed the large vegan menu. The owner is so passionate about her creations and makes you feel so welcome. Definitely will be back!

The VEGAN BBQ BURGERS!! It's so hard to find good quality vegan food nearby and Boon Cafe has the best selection and quality. The owners put so much love into the food and you can tell. When I'm feeling done or having a stressful day I know I can come to Boon Cafe for the delightful atmosphere, the owners are always cheerful and put you in a good mood and the food warms your heart with the TLC the owners give it. My boyfriend and I try to order different vegan items each time and it's always amazing and fun. Hands down one of our favorite places to eat. Thank you for everything that you do!

Such great service from Hanna. Food was amazing too thanks to Hanna’s recommendations. I will be back soon! I wished I could remember the name of the dish, but I ate it so quickly because it was truly delicious (I ate it in one go). I cannot wait to come back and try many more dishes ❤️
