Everyone is always professional and friendly . I order cookies warm and they always have me pull up to wait while they bake me fresh ones warm .

This McDonald's offers the standard franchise fare. Very busy at times, especially around noon time. Regardless, the service is VERY fast AND accurate. Conveniently located near the corner of Rt. 83 and Rt.132 in Lake Villa, it offers exits onto both roads; however, a left ( south ) turn onto Rt. 83 can be trick and a bit dangerous.

Great service. The staff was friendly and had a good sense of humor. Came in from Minnesota and found out they have the steak egg and cheese bagel. It was also cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Paired with a couple apple pies which also seemed to taste better than the ones in Minnesota so it was delicious.

The worst sandwich I have ever received. No mayo, no lettuce, no tomato. Burned bacon. Inedible 🤮

Went through the drive-thru 6-24-23 around 8am. The young man taking my order was super polite and professional. I really appreciate the professionalism and respect I was given.

Absolute busy place, even inside seating was packed as was drive-thru. Great food here and the customer service was kind, friendly & pleasant. Hope to be back soon

Let's start with missing half my order and being rushed in the drive thru line when there was ZERO cars behind us. Then REYNA decided to get attitudes and yell back and me telling me to work back there and see if I could handle it. They literally disrespected me and had a conversation in Spanish not realizing I spoke Spanish. Reyna was the rudest then tried blaming the wrong order on some innocent older lady who didn't mess up. Reyna did.

Out of all the local McDonald's, this one rarely screws up the order. I can't think of a time they did. Always super friendly.

This is like the 3rd time they don’t give me complete meals. Something is always missing. Iced coffee was disgusting not enough cream like other times and damn a least fill it up.

Love this McDonald's! they know me by name. Any time there's an issue they are more than happy to fix the problem.

Nice holiday decoration, really fast service. Layout and markings in parking lot poor...be careful!
