My whole life is falling apart and I went here for an issue on top of a thousand others. The staff was so kind to me and my two children. Not only the male at the check-in, who was answering the phone, amazing!!!! Also, the girl who did my vitals and it got even better once we saw the doctor. The staff here is AMAZING!!!! I felt listened to, respected, and cared about from the doctor and am so happy that I chose this place. 10/10

I have definitely seen a decline in customer service. I ran across this establishment maybe 6-7 years ago. When I first started coming here, they seemed to care about customer service, bedside manners, you name it. Here it is now, you check-in on the tablet, staff do not even give a hello. There's no sense of urgency here. I'm in the medical field and I've watched how their staff move. Medical assistants and nurses make ppl wait an hour and a half before taking vitals. Doesn't seem like they are much help to the doctors. You take the vitals, perform testing, update the charts. Seems like the doctors never send prescriptions on time. The last time I was there I almost asked if they needed help. It's gotten that bad over the years. I don't know much about how the insurance works, but I get the feeling they have the long wait times because of how the insurance charges people. The longer you're there, they're able to charge for certain things. Idk, could be wrong. But something isn't right with this place. There's no professional pride in staff. Everyone is just hanging out. Doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not, wait time is still long. I will definitely be looking elsewhere when I need to go to an immediate care. The last visit, the nurse was acting like she was afraid to swab my nose, she didn't place the swabs back in the package properly so my results probably weren't accurate. The doctor wanted to prescribe me nasal spray when my nose is just fine, there's no congestion. I have a cough that's causing chest pains and my throat is sore. Maybe one day they'll feel the need to do better with service.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. And the Doctor was very thorough, helpful, and he answered all of my questions and concerns in a respectful manner. He identified the issue immediately, and took such good care of me, which I greatly appreciated. My first visit was amazing and I would highly recommend this urgent Care facility. Great job and excellent service!😊

Always long wait times, nurses are rude. Jefferson is unprofessional, she shamed me for having sex not knowing i was SA.. and recently, I put in an order to have 2 type blood test done Dr. She never ordered 2, so i had to get my blood drawn again. They dont let you fax over documents according to their “policy” what about people that dont have transportation and have moved away?? Ill say it again the nurses are RUDE. I really dont recommend this place i only go there because it was close to my home. I dont understand why they have a 4.3 they deserve a 2.5.

I received treatment and a prescription from here that reduced my persistent, excruciating arm pain immensely within a couple of days. All of the staff is compassionate and accommodating, especially the practitioner who really listened to me. It’s a very convenient benefit to be able to get multiple tests done in one place.

Found ourselves in need of Urgent care right at the time most were closing for the night. We were the second to last patient at Fox Valley Immediate care and wow, was I impressed! The staff were kind, efficient and very thorough. They evaluated and treated thoughtfully despite the time of day. Had we gone to the Emergency room, we would probably have waited most of the night. Here we were home with medication in record time! Highly recommend!

Though I was not able to see the doctor as they weren’t my primary care physician without paying, they were exceptionally nice and helpful in letting me know my next steps in getting a wellness check. The staff was also very nice. The wait times were long, but it was a busy day.

I work for a doctor's office but yet I will only go to Dr Harding. She is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. they don't get five stars because they need to hire more front desk receptionists. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! THEY NEVER CALLED BACK!

The worst urgent care/doctors office I have ever been to. Came here two times, the first time was when I had Covid and needed a doctors note excusing me from work, they “forgot” to send the swab in even though this was the sole reason for my visit somehow the ball was dropped on this. Came here again recently for a scheduled appointment this time, front desk staff had advised me upon scheduling the appointment weeks prior that this would be billed as a regular PCP appointment. Upon arriving to my appointment, front desk staff were trying to charge me for an urgent care copay and visit..after explaining to them this is a regular PCP appointment that I scheduled weeks ago, I was prompted to take a seat and wait for about 45 min for the front desk staff to sort out and waive the urgent care visit copay and to bill it as a PCP appointment even though this is how I originally scheduled the appointment to begin with. The front desk staff said they have “no record” of who I spoke to when I scheduled the appointment, even though they were the ones who had called me.. While waiting to be called back to see the Dr., the two front desk woman at one point started laughing obnoxiously after hanging up the phone with another patient who apparently had called because she just had a miscarriage and was “bleeding out”. The fact that patients sitting in the waiting area could hear them speak so horribly of another patient and laughing about such a horrible situation really just baffles me. Upon finally being taken back to the doctors room 45 min late, the nurse who came in first kept me waiting for 10+ more minutes while he searched the building for batteries for the thermometer. Finally, when the doctor came into the room, he spent about 3-5 minutes in the room with me max, before saying “your prescriptions will be sent over to your pharmacy in about an hour” and leaving the room, without even telling me what prescriptions he was prescribing, or anything at all relating to my presenting symptoms, as well as not giving me an opportunity to speak or even ask questions. A colossal waste of time.

I was there earlier today and they didn’t take my daughter in. I was there at 8:30, they close at 9pm. She was in lots of pain due to an ear infection, and the doctor was still there…but apparently she was behind on her notes and that’s why she couldn’t take more patients. Mind you, the place closes at 9pm. I just thought that was very unprofessional. Not going back there, ever again. I ended up going to PM Pediatrics urgent care in naperville. They took my daughter in right away and told me they take people in even a minute before they close. Also, the place was very clean and smelled like clean, the staff was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend going there next time!!

My visit was very thorough. The staff is always very attentive and they remember who you are when you come in the door. Dr. Jefferson makes my family feel very comfortable no matter what's going on and she takes the time to listen to us. We are very grateful to have her and the team to care for us. Thank you so much!

I originally left a better review but that’s just not what they deserve. I went in with extreme pain and for how many people where there it wasn’t too busy. However… typical doctor move, gave me a whole minute and a half of his time. Didn’t touch me once. Sent a nurse in with pain meds but he didn’t even tell me what it was. I had to ask the nurse what it was before she put a mystery liquid inside my body. Had some X-rays and saw the doctor for another minute as he told me that he would call with my results in a few short hours. It’s been over a week and he has not called back at all! I waited a few days after going and called back in to find out what’s going on because I needed to know what the results in the email meant and what I needed to do next. It’s part of my spine so you would think it’s important…. The lady at the front said she would call me back but that he was off that day. Never. Called. Back. How can a doctors office give such little attention to a patient in need. I think it’s disgusting how most doctors are like this now a days. You make a lot of money from co pays and from insurance and the least you could do it take an extra few minutes and make people feel better. It’s literally your job. DO BETTER!

I received excellent and thorough care at Fox Valley. I stumbled down stairs right before Christmas and they took great care of my foot. I am very happy with the experience and the cost of my services. Thank you!
