USPS employees steal my package. The tracking number sent me Notifications that saying “ the package has been delivered to a person on the delivery location” while I was outside and the mail truck is just passes my house. Then I run to The mail truck and asked how Come my package market as delivered while I’m Watching the mail Truck just passing by. The mail lady just struggled to answer to My questions. Then I went to this location to ask What happened? Then the cashier lady checked the computer and came To Me while laughing with another worker and just said “ hehe I don’t know how to explain” then 2nd lady started to explain and said that “ the delivery person just scanned the package to stop the clock but actually the package is still with the main truck, give us a couple of days to deliver the package” that is the exact answer those 2 women gave me. Now almost 20 Days passed and still my package is not found while the tracking showing “delivered to the person at the location”. looks like as per all Other comment, this location has workers who are organized thief. All involved to Steal packages. I have filed a complain. If nobody help, I will call Police and my lawyer as this issue is common For Many people and we shouldn’t leave these thieves freely to work and steal our packages

This establishment needs to be audited and restructured. It is the absolute bottom feeder of the USPS system. They cannot for the life of themselves get a package to the correct address if at all! I have a package currently just sitting there and one that went on a world tour then they had the freaking audacity after a month of not knowing where it was to have my mail person collect $6.20 for their damn mistakes! This location is not only beyond subpar but the employees are worse. It took a supervisor in Minnesota to actually look at the actual scans of my package and there was nothing wring with it besides the challenged employees in Carol Stream!

I’ve been to this post office many years ago and had a horrible experience then too. Just very rude staff. Well, fast forward to 2023 and it’s still the same nonsense. I just needed to ship a package and the clerk was snippy and had an attitude because the address I was sending it too was “too many to look up” on her end. Not even sure what that means. Then she questions the address I’m sending it to but when I try to show her the address that I had written down, she didn’t even care or try to help. So here I am, just hoping my package makes it to its intended destination. (It’s 24 hrs later since my encounter and USPS tracking says my package is still sitting at the carol stream USPS so that’s also not sitting well with me right now but I’m trying to be patient and pray that my package doesn’t get mishandled or lost there). It was the clerks birthday when I was there as evidence by the happy birthday headband she was wearing. You’d think she’d be a little happier. Edit to add: my package sat at this facility for 5 days before being shipped off to next destination. Needless to say, my packaged arrived late. No updates from post office was given either, shocker.

My mother lives in the surrounding area, and this facility processes her mail, she has mailed me about 10 things and 4 have not been delivered (lost due to no ones fault....) and several have been received but have been beat up, like the envelope is ripped and contents fallen out.... I would encourage anyone in the surrounding area to use another shipment method if you prefer to know things will be delivered.... (no recourse either if you lodge a complaint, just "we all work together at different facilities so it was not us" which is a reasonable excuse but not satisfying. )

I was standing in line to be helped when the customer she had already was finished….. The skinny old lady with the bangs and ponytail with glasses RUDELY walked away shaking her head. And when asked how she was doing today by a different customer she replied “ ready to go “ very nasty tone. No wonder their Google rating is 1.8 stars. Which means they suck.

The people who serve you are poorly educated, they do nothing to solve a problem, they do not guide you if you have doubts about a process, they do not listen and even dare to yell at you. They don't know how to treat the public. If I could I wouldn't give them even one star. I'm trying to fix a problem I have with my address and these women seem like they go to work stressed. It is the worst in attention. I'm even afraid to go near that office.

Horrible service, can't get through to anyone and even when you file a complaint nothing actually gets done. Had a carrier drop one of our packages on the floor of our business that contained a printer. It's now broken and will have to be returned for another one.

I have not received my package yet. Should of been here on 09/19/23. Carol Stream location sent it to the wrong post office. The tracking shows the package was sent back to the sender instead of sending it to the correct post office. This is just crazy
