They were honest and charged reasonable prices. They were also very friendly and accommodating. We needed a ring fixed by a certain time and they were able to do it. We live in Oconomowoc, but traveled to Hartford because of their honesty. I will continue to go to them for all my jewelry repairs. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Was looking for a watch and I found one. It's only been a day but I love the watch already. They gave me a great customer service with a great price to match. I will be going back for future inquiries if needed. I was in and out of the store within 20 25 minutes. I enjoyed my experience very much if you couldn't tell already and wanted to just say thank you for the above and beyond customer service.

I will say I will never go anywhere else for jewelry ever again. David went above and beyond my expectations and helped my fiance create a custom engagement ring for me. I have a love for hexagons and David found me a rare hexagon diamond and made my ring better than I imagined and made the most perfect custom wedding band from it. They truly are such a great small business.
