Such a terrible platform. Impossible to reach a human for technical support or assistance with my purchase. They lock down your purchase and refuse refunds under just about every circumstance. If you want to sell your ticket, you have to do it through their platform. And the fees...oh, you thought those tickets were only $50? Well with our "convenience fees" (what an oxymoron when it comes to this company) the total actually comes out to $80. I will actively avoid concerts hosted by Live Nation. They are very much anti consumer and their platform and customer service show it.

Jimmy Buffett Alpine Valley was a horrible experience at on July 20th 2019 they overbooked refused people at the gates. My tickets which I purchased I had requested hard tickets so I could pass them out to all my friends nobody was able to get in as the tickets kept saying invalid I had to show my phone for a few of the people that were with me to get them in but the rest of them got separated from the group and we're not able to get in to the concert if they have the ticket in hand I don't see what the problem was why offer the tickets to be mailed to your home if you can't use them? Inside the concert there was nowhere to sit and if you got up from the group you were never to be found again people pushing . poor Organization for Alpine Valley will never go back there again or buy tickets through livenation .!!!

0 stars actually….they stole more than $800 from me. I tried to purchase tix for the okc thunder game for my son and grandson, but since ticketmaster allow scalper to resell on their site, they scammed me really good, now I can’t get anyone at ticketmaster to call, email, or get back with me at all. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE tix on their site….this is a warning to you all!

My goal was to buy 5 tickets adjacent seats for a show. The Ticketmaster website showed that I could buy the tickets individually, so I bought the first 4 tickets first. When I went to purchase the fifth ticket, it wouldn't allow me to buy a single ticket and says I can only buy 2 tickets. This was unexpected because previously the website showed I could buy tickets individually. I called Nederlander and Ticketmaster to resolve this issue, and both said they wouldn't help me (wouldn't let me buy a single ticket or wouldn't refund my purchase so that I could buy the 5 tickets I need). So now I'm going to have to do a chargeback on the credit card purchase due to this misleading ticket sales and poor customer service.

For a company who is so card and internet heavy, the fact that they can’t and won’t exchange a ticket for the same price is absolutely ridiculous for a non-sold out show.

(Ticketmaster is a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment) I just tried to buy concert tickets for P!NK on Ticketmaster on line . After I payed the $645.32 for my concert tickets . Ticketmaster made a mistake and sent me the wrong tickets . when I tried to get help to fix their mistake . I was told there was no refunds but I could sell the tickets or transfer them on line. After Ticketmaster takes their fees I would only make $475.66 this is so wrong. I wanted to make the ticket price lower so they would sell and I would not be stuck with them and the website would not let me. The lowest I can list them for as resale tickets is what I paid plus 1 penny. How ridiculous ! If I am unable to resale these tickets on the Ticketmaster website as resale tickets I will be stuck with Zo'e tickets that they sent by mistake when WHAT I PAID ALL THAT MONEY FOR WAS P!NK TICKETS THAT TICKETMASTER NEVER SENT ME ! So disappointed that this is how LIVE NATION ENTERTAINMENT allows TICKETMASTER to treat their loyal customer of many years.

I spent almost $800 for 2 tix to Janet Jackson concert at Tinley Park venue in Chicago. Parking plan was a complete cluster fu@k! Spent over 2 hours 1/4 mile from venue waiting in line to enter parking lot and missed almost the entire show waiting in line. We sat in line to park 1 mile away from venue for almost 3 hours! The absolute worst. I can’t rate the concert because we didn’t get into venue until concert was just about over. Live Nation at Tinley Park sucks beyond belief

a bag policy is ridiculous. small bags the same volume as the 12x6x12 size rule are required to be put in lockers ( a price tag of $10). only because they can’t be contorted to fit in the bag box. TSA is more understanding than this. i can’t fit an assault rifle in my small handbag.

I recently purchased tickets for a show at Northerly Island through their web site. After selecting my seats, I was offered VIP parking and VIP Club passes for purchase. I was told repeatedly they were both sold out. Whatever, so we arrive at the Pavilion by taxi walked past the VIP parking and they're letting people pay to park WTH. Once in the park we go to our seats which are below the VIP club and VIP seating which is empty. After talking to the ramp attendant he says we can upgrade our current tickets and purchase VIP passes for more than originally offered. As the night went on I'd say less than 200 people were in there. I'm calling BULLSHIT! .
