GROSS SUPER Disgusting !!! Extremely rude employees especially the manager!!! I had been handed my drink when I noticed a nasty fly in my drink !!! I asked for a refund and a free drink the manager refused and proceeded to call me slurs in his language!!!! As well as his employees they all laughed about the fly and did nothing do not go here extremely dirty inside flys everywhere save your health !!!! This was reported to the health department of Illinois!!!!!

Excellent service. If you haven’t used the DD App, you should start today. I use the “Order” option to order my favorite coffee which I saved in the app. I place the order and select Walk-in and my coffee is waiting for me when I walk in. This is especially helpful on the weekends when the place is very busy.

Been here a couple times and while some employees are nice, the other half look like they’re about to hang themselves before the next order. If you hate your job that much just go get another, acting like I make work here? Smh

This place is horrible in terms of customer service. I took a friend there from out of town to get an ice cream cone at the Baskin Robin's part of their business and was IGNORED for at least 15 minutes and ended up having to leave without even at least a hello. This place exemplifies rudeness and a I don't care attitude. I was embarrassed by just even going there.

I always enjoy visiting this location. The workers are polite and on top of it. The Beyond breakfast sandwich was fantastic! I got it on a croissant. Their coffee is always the star of the show though. It is a must stop for breakfast.

Driveway is very awkward but coffee fits the bill just as other Dunkin’ shops.

I love this Dunkin donuts. They are the only one in the area that will adjust my iced coffee. I've gone to others in the area and they are not so agreeable. I use the drive through. Everytime I order my iced coffee they know it's me. I order the same one for myself and my son and when I only order 1 they ask me about it. It's nice to go to a place like this where they know you and your orders. Everyone is very pleasant.

Very hard working and efficient people working here. I went in to order since the drive through line was very busy. I was taken care of in a timely manner, I say this because I have been in other DD locations were they ignore walk ins in favor of drive through customers.

Been going here for years, they have the best costumer service. Don't wanna knock the other Grayslake location on 45, they could learn a thing or two from this location.

I'm not a huge DD fan to begin with but it was a clean, well run store. If you're in the mood for some DD, it will hit the spot.

This is hands down the best Dunkin around.. anything you order tastes good, the staff is friendly and I have never had a bad experience and I've been coming here for 10 years now ish. When I say 2 cream 2 sugar that's what I get... other places fill the cup with cream and sugar and give you a splash of coffee.

Just OK the exteriors of every restaurant I just surprising me at how run down everything is and how no one maintains cleanliness in the parking lot. Every time I go to any Dunkin, I order the bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the bagel is always burnt.

These folks are just rude. They generally serve stale donuts and aren't very friendly. What happened to those dunkin donuts from days gone by? They're dry, stale and this staff is rude. No more.

Cannot get black coffee right.

Every morning on my way to work, this is my coffee stop. The staff already knows me and my drink. As soon as they see me or hear my voice at the drive thru, they finish my order even before I do. They are wonderful Happy people and every day they make my mornings great, with a happy greeting, wonderful smiles and a delicious hot latte, with skim milk and 1 splenda. Thank you for the wonderful service.

My husband is a regular there, he asked for a pumpkin spice latte, and came home with coffee oh NOT coffee but just vanilla cream. No latte at all, he said she was new but was not being managed, they charged him for a latte. I’m sticking to starbucks!

Always friendly and helpful workers at this store! Good coffee and donuts. Tonight though I observed two managers in the store, unmasked. One put on his mask after I said something, the other said he was just leaving, but made no effort to do so or to mask. So be aware that mask protocols are not always being followed!

I drive further than the Dunkin Donuts by my house because the coffee is the best, they never seem to run out of anything, and they treat you like you're valuable. I LOVE this D&D !!!!

It took the cashier more than 10 minutes to ring up the solo customer in front of me (who ordered 2 coffees and a donut). The food is the same as all Dunkin's but service here is frequently slow.

Normally, okay service. But, today I got an email about free coffee with any purchase if you are a DD app member, which I am. The coffee wasn't being taken off after they scanned my loyalty app ID. So perhaps it wasn't the employees fault per say but one employee went to go get another employee and proceeded to say the email I got didn't have an "apply this offer" button so the offer doesn't apply to me. Then said they got new cash registers so it might be that. This took really long so I just agreed to pay for the whole order and she said her register said it was free. I checked the receipt and I said I was charged for it so it definitely wasn't free and didn't make sense. Then she says "yeah I dont know what to tell you it was free". She got rude toward the end so I was done with the whole interaction.

I went there and ordered a long mocha iced coffee and it tasted like chocolate milk and tasted like there was no coffee in it at all I called them back and tried to tell them and they said they couldn’t find a large mocha iced coffee in their computer

The drive thru is fast which is much appreciated. Only complaint was that a couple times they havent been prompt with the 4am opening which is just inconvenient but doesn't stop me from patronizing this establishment.
