This is for the Grayslake Culver’s: Culver’s is your choice if you want a step up from Burger King and McDonalds. Burgers and fries are always great, and the tasty chicken tenders come with the best fast-food dip choices around. This location has the best drive-thru experience of any Culver’s that I have visited

I love culvers but this location has gone downhill. I never had issues before but now there is always a problem. I went yesterday, 6 other cars behind me got their food before me and when we finally get our food our order is wrong! Given 2 separate scoops as I asked for 1, 2 scoop sundae. Which was very melted by the way. And the pork tenderloin sandwich only had bread and the pork tenderloin! No toppings!!! The food is so expensive to get food like this. Another time I got a completely melted banana split. Never again.

The manager on duty was awesome. Gave each girl from our softball team a free ice cream. The food was fresh, tasty, and quick. We will be back.

Always delicious and hot. The only thing I didn't get was the malt vinegar I'd requested. Otherwise the food was amazing! Glad to see Buffalo Chicken Tenders back on the menu!

We went to get frozen custard on Halloween I had to use the bathroom and one stall was closed and there was one for use, the bathroom floor was covered in mouse poop in between the stalls and all around the edge of the floor behind the toilet, by the sink and door on the floor. I was so grossed out!!! My family left!! Never coming back to this location ever again!!!!

Drive thru Allen, great, Sir much appreciated , got food my lady great food 😀 great energy.

Ordered the Cod fish basket .It was great. Nice and hot and fresh. Service was fast and friendly.

This place gave a birthday surprise I didn't ask for. After a long day with a funeral and family obligations, that come with a funeral. Combination of my uncles funeral landing on my daughter's birthday. This Culver's location made a bad birthday for my daughter a nice evening with ice-cream and a surprise from the staff. They overheard that we where celebrating my daughter late into the evening and then came out with a gift and a happy birthday song. We didn't ask for them to do it and nor did we request it, however it made her feel very special and she loves the little plush they gave her. Management/owner (Chris) give your staff a major thank you and keep on with the great service your team provided. Date visited was August 21, 2023 - 8pm to 9pm.

Definitely check your order before you leave. My order two Friday's was incorrect got home and found out. NO more Culver's in GraysLake. I work hard all week-long hard for the money. I'd like to enjoy good fish on Fridays. It doesn't work out at this restaurant.

I finally had me some Culver's! I ordered 3 double delux butter burgers and the people who took me of course had coupons for everything so it saved us a bunch of money. It seems it's more common to have a hand full of coupons at the ready than not. Anyway, the butter burgers are wonderful! The smashed patties are so rich with beefy savory flavor. They smash 'em so the edges get that wonderful crispy caramelized texture and flavor that y'all know what I'm talking about. The frozen custard (of which was free with coupon of course) was extra smooth and creamy and delicious. The hype is real people. For anyway who doesn't live in Culver's country I highly recommend taking the time to try them if you do find yourself near one.

Ordered the cod filet sandwich. They brought it to me very quickly, which I thought was too quick to cook to order. Sure enough, got home in a matter of minutes, took a bite, and it was not warm. I highly doubt that it was “cooked to order”.

Upon arrival I was immediately greeted with smiles and felt the generosity in the ambiance. Beyond that Angel and Aaron were very helpful with explaining the menu to me and were kind enough to recommend me certain items which were 10/10. Would recommend this location .

Hard to go wrong with any Culvers. Double burger with Swiss. Perfect amount of cheese... Cheese curds are some of the best anywhere.. Also great krinkle cut fries. Always great staff. And clean restrooms..

I've been to several Culver's locations and the service & food is always good but this location had the best service and nicest employees I've seen so far.

I order a gluten free bun with butter burger and it's always delicious. On this visit, bun was not very good. I was very surprised because in the past bun was very good - tasty, light and not crumbly. Maybe they are using a new vendor?? I will continue to go to Culver's because they have a very extensive gluten-free menu and feel they take extra care for allergies.

The staff is very friendly and they don't hesitate to get you something if you already sitting in the table..

I think one of the better fast food establishments. You can taste the ingredients. The workers or super courteous. The resturant is always clean and orderly. What else can be said. A solid A for me

Next door to our local McDonald's. I convinced the wife to go here when she wanted a milkshake since they actually use ice cream, as opposed to the stuff McDonald's uses, which I'm not sure is from this planet. The people that work here are all Disney level polite and nice. I dig this place.

We had a really nice experience the other evening. The staff were super friendly and helpful as we decided on which flavors of Concrete Mixer we would get. Never once got impatient or anything. And the mixers were delish!

Ordered food at drive through. I had to repeat my order numerous times. Only received part of the order. Didn’t notice til we got home. We live too far to go back. Very disappointed. Probably not going back.

The first table we sat at was dirty but we moved to another booth and the service and food were excellent. The three large ketchup dispensers were all empty but they did have packets available.

They make your food to your exact specification. You don't have to stand at the counter to get your order but take a seat.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Food came out fairly quick and tasted good. The dining area was immaculate even though it was at a peak time...even better was how clean the bathroom was...important to me. I highly recommend this location.

The food is great. But the drive through service leaves much to be desired. In the end my order was correct but evidently it was way too complicated for the staff; I had to repeat it several times and it was still wrong at the window. I didn't realize a simple coupon would baffle everyone.

Worst experience at Culver’s. They took a phone call after serving one of our ice cream cups but not giving it to us. It melted by the time they made the Oreo concrete which had no Oreos beyond the top layer. Server gave me attitude when I asked her to fix it and gave me less than a full concrete. Do not go here.

Got a Culver's deluxe and it was super greasy along with the meat not being fully cooked. Then my friend got her food burnt. Not happy with the service here. 😡

Only the Best Burgers in the Midwest! We had to settle for Culver's because McDonald's keeps running out of Adult Happy Meals. They are doing us a favor. Culver's is a superior product. Yumsies! :D

The consistency and reliability of this location has slipped over the past year. If taking out or drive thru you had better check your order/bag, because usually something is missing. Custard has been soupy more than frozen multiple times. I cannot recommend this location for any reason. However, if you enjoy arguing with managers, it may be a great place to start frequenting.

Usually I come around 7 PM on Fridays and order 40 to 50 bucks worth of food. Pretty accurate with small slips like not giving me bacon for making my singles into doubles or forgot cheese sauce. Even when busy the drive thur line moves quick. I do enjoy coming here.
