Went
to
pickup
breakfast
from
a
mobile
order
i
placed
at
10:15.
Arrived
at
10:30
someone
finally
came
to
the
drive
thru
window
at
10:35
who
happened
to
be
the
“manager”
Sarah
who
told
me
she
could
not
give
me
my
breakfast
since
i
needed
to
be
there
to
pick
it
up
before
10:30.
Told
me
she
could
make
me
something
else
but
nothing
off
the
breakfast
menu.
I
told
her
i
did
not
want
anything
else.
I
just
wanted
what
i
ordered.
She
became
very
combative
and
had
a
horrible
attitude
after
asking
for
a
refund.
She
told
me
i
could
cancel
the
order
through
their
app
which
i
tried
doing
but
then
have
to
wait
for
someone
from
their
support
team
to
process
my
refund.
Horrible
experience
overall.
Please
go
to
another
BK.
Let
this
one
close
down.
Stop
giving
your
hard
earned
money
to
business’s
that
don’t
deserve
it.
Ive
worked
many
customer
service
jobs
before
and
never
ever
would
talk
to
or
argue
with
a
customer
like
this.
I
am
not
sure
what
is
going
on
with
the
fast
food
places
in
Grayslake
but
they
all
suck.
I
honestly
would
rather
drive
to
Round
Lake
Beach
to
get
food
than
to
go
to
the
ones
close
by
me
in
Grayslake.
