The staff is depressed and unfriendly. Hard to blame them. However, I can and do place blame on them for giving my dad and I a mouth full of hairs in our separate burgers. Their cook on 8/19/22 at 5pm must be taking a break from wearing his hair net. The funniest part is, my dad and I both went to our separate homes after getting the food, so I texted my dad a courtesy warning to him that I just pulled out a long hair from my mouth from my burger. He said OK. Then, 30 minutes later he texts me that he just got hair in his as well. We both got equal punishment. My burger tasted amazing, I must admit.

I normally prefer Burger King as my fast food restaurant but the Grayslake location is terrible. I live in Grayslake and have given this location many opportunities. Every time I go there my food is served cold. Picture below is my morning breakfast sandwich. Cold sandwich piece of cheese slapped on top not even melted. People who work there are nice enough but food is terrible. I’ve given up and won’t go there again

Ordered two cheeseburgers and fries. Simply as good as usual. Fries are better than any fast food, and flame broiling makes the burgers extra flavorful. Always have excellent and fast service. Will go back again and again. Have been a BK fan since the 70's.

Drive thru service is outstanding. Never know whether inside will be open or not with COVID. Their app has really great perks program where you can earn free food quickly. Prices on ice cream treats are cheaper than competitors and more variety so it's a great summer place to get ice cream or icees.

Waiting at the drive through for a long time. This place makes you pull up all the time. There were four cars parked waiting for food. If you’re going to make this a Culver’s at least make the food competitive.

Went to pickup breakfast from a mobile order i placed at 10:15. Arrived at 10:30 someone finally came to the drive thru window at 10:35 who happened to be the “manager” Sarah who told me she could not give me my breakfast since i needed to be there to pick it up before 10:30. Told me she could make me something else but nothing off the breakfast menu. I told her i did not want anything else. I just wanted what i ordered. She became very combative and had a horrible attitude after asking for a refund. She told me i could cancel the order through their app which i tried doing but then have to wait for someone from their support team to process my refund. Horrible experience overall. Please go to another BK. Let this one close down. Stop giving your hard earned money to business’s that don’t deserve it. Ive worked many customer service jobs before and never ever would talk to or argue with a customer like this. I am not sure what is going on with the fast food places in Grayslake but they all suck. I honestly would rather drive to Round Lake Beach to get food than to go to the ones close by me in Grayslake. You’ve been warned.

Cashier was outside smoking a cigarette upon walking in. Had to wait 10 minutes for him to come back, no one else in the back came to help the 2 other families and myself waiting to order. Then once all said and done, the order was wrong and not complete.

Make sure to check your bags before leaving drive thru. 80% of the time they don't double check and forget to put in half of your food. Barely even a hello, thanks, or have a good day.

.16 for one extra sauce. Yeah, I'm that guy! I bought 6. Gave them a $1. No change, no recept. Only got 4 in the bag. "Of its in the bag.".. they said. Whatever, math is hard here. But still better than McDonald's, but that ain't saying much. Wendy's gets fast food fat boy order anyways.

Once. Just one time I wish you would actually give me sauce with my order of chicken. I asked three times for sauce and was given nothing even after verbal acknowledgement. It'd be one thing if it was the wrong sauce or accidentally forgotten, but it's been every time since January. Not having sauce isn't even the problem, it's the blanat lack of regard and consideration that bothers me. It makes me wonder if I should trust your employees to handle my food appropriately.

My Whopper was made fresh. It actually looked like the picture on the menu. This is how Whopper's tasted back in the 60's. I really did enjoy it.

Your staff is really the best anywhere for fast food. You've got great people. I'm not related or friends with any however that's how they leave you feeling.

Everyone knows Burger King. It's like a version of McDonald's, which everyone also knows. The people here are surprisingly upbeat and nice!

Best fast food burger in the grayslake area. The McDonald’s and Wendy’s both suffer from quality and speed issues. Not so much here. Food is always fresh and fast and I’m not afraid something was under cooked. It’s more expensive than the other two but you get what you pay for.

Staff was friendly. Food was prompt. However, I went here for the play place for my kids. It was 80 degrees outside today. The air conditioning was NOT on in the play place room. It was so hot in there, my kids were bright red and sweating after 5 minutes.

They don’t wear gloves!! And the manager admitted they don’t “usually wear gloves”. Disgusting!! I will never go back. I wish I could give 0 stars

The food was fine. Ordered 2 kids meals and they didn't have any toys. Ordered 2 sundaes and they didn't have any syrup (any flavor). Every time I eat there the soda machine is out of multiple sodas/flavors. Place was clean and the kids had fun in the play area.

It was Burger King what can you say lol.But hadn't had it for a very little ng time and it was good . Coupons are great too!

Came to Burger King on 02/04/2022 around 7:20PM and just have to say the food was amazing, hot and fresh. The employees were all nice but one by the name of Athena really stood out! After patiently taking our order she helped us find the coupon we were looking for and did so with a great attitude and smile :) We will definitely be back because of her.

Nice clean restaurant, staff seemed friendly, food is average for fast food.

Ordered large whopper meal with no onion or tomato, and a side order of onion rings... my whopper had onion and tomato, i got a small fry, and no onion rings. At least they gave me a large drink. Everyone there must be high as a kite.

It's a good place with a nice design but it is not my first for food because there food is just good nothing more

I’ve witnessed employees making orders without gloves twice. Once, ordering, the woman making had just got back from a short break, and I got my money back after seeing that, and I also told the manager that was present, and second, doordashing. Very unacceptable and gross.

Ordered food through drive thru, they forgot our chicken nuggets. Went inside told them they forgot to give us some food, the girl behind the counter was nice but the guy handing out the food threw the chicken nuggets on the rack and some spilled. The girl told him to calm down and the guy gave her attitude. What do you expect from a fast food place.
