What
an
attitude! Last
week
we
ordered
flowers
from
Lewis
Florist,
mainly
because
they
were
located
in
the
same
neighborhood
of
our
family
member
who
was
celebrating
her
80th
birthday.
We
specified
exactly
what
flowers
we
wanted
as
I
am
a
florist
of
35
years
and
wanted
long lasting
flowers
in
fall
colors.
Specific flowers
requested
were
a
few
roses,
carnations,
purple
statice
and
baby's
breath,
no
Leather
Leaf/Baker
Fern.
We
even
sent
a
special
mug
to
have
the
arrangement
done
in
from
Sedona.
On
Saturday,
November
27th
we
called
to
make
sure
the
mug
arrived
and
that
the
flowers
would
be
delivered
that
day.
Collette
sent
us
a
photo
of
the
arrangement
which
we
were
not
happy
with
because they
used
purple
iris,
already in
their prime
and
very
open,
which
means
they
will
not
last
long,
no
roses
and
something
that
didn't
even
resemble
baby's
breath
stuck
in
the back
of
the
arrangement.
The
arrangement
was
one
sided
when
we
requested a
centerpiece
since
it
was
in
a
small
mug
and
would
present
better
if
it
were
complete
on
all
sides.
So
we
called
and spoke
to
Collette
and
told
her,
very
professionally
and
courteously,
that
we
wanted
roses
and
never
mentioned
purple
iris.
She
argued
that
we
never
mentioned
roses
when
in
fact
before
we
hung
up
the
phone
upon
placing
our
order
we
reiterated
the
request
we
had
for
the
types
of
flowers
we
wanted.
She
said
she
would
honor
our
request.
No
five
minutes
later
this
very
unprofessional
person
with
an
attitude
right
off
the
bat
said
that
the
order
never
mentioned
anything
about
roses
and
if
we
wanted
them
we
would
have
to
pay
more, continually
stating
that
they
wanted
more
money.
The
arrangement in
an
8
ounce
mug
(which
we
supplied)
was
already $50,
quite
expensive
to
begin
with
for
just
flowers
as
we
provided
the
mug
and
the
attitude
of
this
person
was highly
unprofessional
and
aggressively
attacking.
I
tried
to
explain
that
we
specifically
requested
roses,
pompons,
carnations
and
baby's
breath
in
a
centerpiece
arrangement.
This
person
was
adamant
about
our
request.
What
ever
happened
to
"the-customer-is-always-right"
business
policy?
My
partner
yen
told
her
to
just
deliver
the
flowers
and
not
give
any
negative
vibration to
the
flowers,
to
which
this
person
was
speechless.
So
they
delivered
the
flowers
as
per
"their"
doings,
and
not
honoring
"our"
request.
He
informed
this
person
that
we
would
never
do
business
with
them
again
and
this
is
a
warning
to
anyone
reading
this
when
doing
business
with
this
florist.
In
the
end,
the
birthday
Mom
liked
them
despite
the
fact
they
were
not
what
we
ordered.
