Picture of half the pizza because, well, we devoured the other half. We ordered a sausage and mushroom deep dish and all I have to say is WOW. This location has definitely exceeded my expectations for a Lou’s pizza. The staff member was super friendly during my drive up order, the staff actually followed instructions when I marked easy sausage and leave pizza uncut, and the pizza itself was phenomenal! Will definitely be returning time and time again.

I have celiac and I wasn't sure I would get to try a Chicago style deep dish pizza but Lou's delivered! Overall it was very good and the crust was dense but held up unlike other GF crusts. I would definitely eat here again

Second week.. Not what ordered. Wrong toppings again. Food is great, phone orders suck. Have them read back what you ordered; wait I did that. Enough said, check food if yo can when they arrive.

We have been ordering from this Lou’s location for at least a few years now and have always had a great experience. Today there was a minor mix up with our order and they were extremely accommodating and wanted to make things right. I appreciated it so much! You guys are awesome!

COVID safe. Ordered online for curb side pickup. Ordering was really easy. Food was ready when promised. Pizza is classic Chicago style deep dish, very cheesy and chunky sauce. Pizzas were very good. Also ordered buffalo wings. The buffalo wings were some of the better ones that I have had. A bit crispy and not oversauced. The ranch was very creamy and fresh. Curb side pick-up was easy and friendly.

I've had Lou's many times and all I can say about the pizza here is "BLAND". There was something missing in my medium deep dish sausage and mushroom pizza. Sauce was bland, sausage was bland and there was no buttery goodness in their buttercrust. Off night in the kitchen? Who knows? It definitely wouldn't be my choice to make an impression on someone who's never had Chicago deep dish.

GREAT service! Lou's made a mistake on my order, though after discussing it, I actually had a role of making the mistake. Yet regardless, they gave me a credit for a full pizza. Always so delicious pizza. I recommend coming to this location.

One large pizza was enough for three big eaters. Staff was nice and pizza was well packaged. Not a fan of this rich greasy deep dish though. I don't like to have to eat my pizza with a knife and fork either.

I Must say that I’m incredibly disappointed from my experience ordering from here. I Ordered two large thin crust pizzas a week ago with a garlic cheese bread and appetizers. I know when you have it delivered, It’s not going to arrive hot but the pizza was cold. They messed up the ingredients and there was practically no sauce on the pizzas. I don’t know if they’ve changed their recipe or not but the pizzas were absolutely terrible. Nobody wanted to finish them so we threw them away, we contacted the store and they said that everything was pre-measured and that’s the amount of sauce they put on it and if we wanted more we should’ve ordered extra sauce. The manager did however sent us a coupon for 2 free pizzas. So we decided to give it another go on Saturday and ordered 2 deep dish pizzas. I don’t know what they’ve done, but this is not the same Pizza I remember from years ago. It was the single worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. I ordered extra sauce and what I got was a pizza covered in stewed tomatoes. Barely any toppings and I don’t know where the extra cheese is but it wasn’t on the pizza. But it wouldn’t of mattered because the sauce was sweet and watered down. Couldn’t even finish a piece. Nobody liked it. And my better half swore by this place and said it was the best pizza she ever had. Even she couldn’t finish a piece and said it was absolutely horrible. Who puts stewed tomatoes on pizza? I don’t know if that’s normally part of their sauce, but I didn’t even ask for tomatoes. I didn’t even bother contacting the store this time because I was afraid of getting offered another free pizza. I wouldn’t eat this pizza again if they paid me. A $1.50 Tostinos pizza is better than this.

This location alway goes above and beyond with their customer service. We felt so cared for and their pizza is always amazing. Shout out to Andres and I can only assume the closing manager tonight, they were both awesome.

We’ve been coming here for years and I placed an order for pickup. As I was waiting, I noticed Rob stopped to help out an older gentleman out to his car. Very respectful and great customer service. Not only Rob but the whole staff is very helpful and attentive.

I used curbside service. I had ordered thin crust pizza and house salad. Always delicious. Staff that do curbside service as well as those inside are always very courteous and respectful.

I ordered and paid for a large pizza and received a medium. Based on the amount we eat, the pizza was definitely smaller. I suggest people open the box to check the pizza before going home.

We ordered pizza from Lou’s. We live 20 minutes away and our pizza was still hot and delicious when we got home. 🍕

The best pizza!! I live out of town and make special trips for this place. I’ve had other locations but the service here is top notch. I’ve never been disappointed.

The food is amazing! Huge lasagna portion, wonderful pizza crust, excellent salad. Love the meat sauce. The delivery driver, Josh, is always pleasant.

I called right before closing & Rob took such great care of me. My husband let me pick whatever I wanted to eat for Mother’s Day & I was craving the Lou Malnatus salad . Rob had everything ready for me to be quick in and out. He shared that it was a super busy day for Mothers Day. These are the kind of workers that are needed even after an extremely long & busy day he still had a smile on his face. His energy was as full as if I was his first customer. Appreciate it Rob. Can’t wait to enjoy my salad :)

Stop in for frozen take homes whenever in area. Love that pizza. Employees are great.
