Lunch was fantastic, Tom, Joe, and Gustavo treated us extremely well! Food was great too, obviously. Only recommendation is an update of the dress code to be a bit more strict. Will definitely return.

Very nice place with nice Christmas decorations. We came here for brunch and the servers were attentive and polite. They had many options at the salad bar. Great drinks! Meat was good, but out of the 14 listed under brunch experience we got 10 and servers were bringing the same meat back. They didn’t bring out the 4 Brazilian side dishes to us until like mid of the service and other tables that came after us already got them. I had to ask for them. Other than that, cool spot!

I guess if you have been to a real Brazilian Steakhouse in Brazil you get spoiled. Food de Chao was very good, but I would say the meats were a bit bland. The candied bacon they had by the salad bar was amazing, I must have eaten over a pound. Overall, it was very good, it took a bit to get certain cuts of meat but that's not a bad thing as it gives you time to digest and free up space. Worth a visit for a different dining experience.

Most of the food was excellent. We all found the pork to be a bit dry, but it was tasty. Their online menu was on as far as what they serve. Market place buffet was really good. Lots of veggies, salads, soup, cheese & deli meat. Few issues here. 1. The waiter appeared 3 times; not good enough. 2. Even though the "not now" card was up, they still asked; annoying! No is no. Service swarmed with the meat, then disappeared. Asked server for more rib eye, never came. Was asked if wanted a to-go box, said yes, never came. While a really nice, polite waiter, he never came back to table to see if satisfied. Would try a different location, but wouldn't go back to Naperville location for reasons stated above. Reason: service.

Manager: excellent, he checked on us, noticed I had an issues w one of thr meat types my daughters, made my daughters meal complimentary. Room: too cold. Food & the meat guys: excellent. The meat servers are very very friendly & respectful. Fruits: fresh pineapple & papaya & some other fruits. Tiny cakes in the salad bar were so tasty...see the pics. Service: not good. Erica was a bit busy, rare friendly gestures from her, she didn't even ask once if we needed more water. See the empty water glasses. I don't blame her, I blame the workforce shortage & perhaps incomplete training. Conclusion: great food, good manager, service suffers from shortage of workers.

Let me start by saying thank you to Mary and Katherine (don’t know if it’s the right spelling) they were really thoughtful and helped us a great deal, we were party of 7 including 2 kids, they accommodated us and we’re giving us options to make the kids comfortable. I really enjoyed most of the meat, I think the secret to enjoying this place is trying LITTLE of all meat so maybe get more when you like a particular meat, I also like the salad bar, my favorite was the corn salad and apple salad, I also enjoyed the pineapple drink (non alcoholic) Overall, great experience, it’s 10/10 for me. I wish I got better pictures.

Hosted a private event at this restaurant and I wanted to take a moment to thank the manager and entire team who took care of our celebration. They really did everything they could to make our party turn out amazing. Food and drinks were great, the room was stunning and the service was top notch!

Tony & Paul were great servers. They were both very attentive and respectful. We received great recommendations during our visit. Everything was provided in a timely manner. Definitely will be returning to this location as the warmth of the service surpasses other Fogo locations we have visited. 10/10!

It was a little overwhelming to me at first. Lots of activity, and I'd never been to a place like this before. The staff were awesome! So polite and helpful, telling you how it works, super attentive. You flip your card up for meat and the Gauchos come one after another with a different variety of meat to try! Lots of different things on the "Market Table" (salad bar) but cool and unusual foods to try. I loved the little cheesy puffed breads they bring for the table. I had a margarita that was very nice. My husband had the key lime pie for dessert and said it was delicious. Looked very pretty. I wish I had taken more pics, but I was immersed in the experience. Pricey, but great for special occasions.

Me and my partner came here for our anniversary and had Paulo as our server. He was very kind and personable and made sure to check on us and ask if we needed anything. Everyone else was perfect! Always offering water or sides. You never have to worry if someone will help you. This was my second time coming here and I definitely will continue to come back!

Jasmine and Connor were very nice. This was our 1st time there and Connor did a good job of explaining how things worked. The food was delicious and I tried things I normally wouldn't. The only negative part with the food was some of the chicken was dry. The atmosphere was nice except the tables are so close together it was hard to get through some areas. We were sat next to a window and I froze the whole dinner. It was a very fun experience and would definitely go again!

Had a wonderful happy birthday celebration with my brother. All the servers, especially Paul, tripped over us to be sure we were well fed and satisfied! Pace yourself.. as the food is delicious...well seasoned...save room for dessert! Best birthday experience. Good background music...everyone seems to love their job and being of service. Very happy place.

10/10 highly recommend! Aneta and Erica were absolutely amazing! The service the provided was beyond anything could expect! There entire wait staff and team went above and beyond! Also the food is amazing! The meat came out hot and fresh and off they did not have any they made fresh and brought it right out!

I went here for my eighth grade graduation celebration, the food and service were amazing. I especially liked the bacon-wrapped chicken. Our server Andrea recommended a drink not included on the menu and I loved it. Betsy and Aneta made sure we had a wonderful dining experience by their swift service. We will definitely be coming back and we recommend the restaurant to anyone who enjoys food.

Guys get ready to eat too much! Overall: Service was nice: waitresses were kind and smiling. Pricewise, it is ok: full service (buffet plus unlimited meat) was around 60 bucks per person (plus tips). There is one minor pricing error or backdoor in the menu: grilled salmon plus buffet was cheaper then only buffet 😅. Half price vine bottles were also a nice for your budget. In general I liked it. Would I visit them again: yes but once a year since I am not that much into the meat.

The staff was friendly, energetic, and willing to chit chat with us as well as helping us with any of our needs. The food was AMAZING. Almost exactly like you would find in Brazil. They even found out it was the birthday of one in our group and offered a free desert even though it was actually after closing. Will do this again.

Don't go here if you can't eat a lot of meat, hahaha. The prices for dinner are around $63.50 per person for full churrasco experience. Lunch time, I think, is about $10 less. The staff are friendly, but they only serve few meat choices at a time, and some are just ok and some was bit salty. Though I love the little cheese bread, I can sit on it all day.

This experience at Fogo was one of the best I have had so far. Both Paul Shavers and Luke gave some of the most exceptional services I have had in a long time. The food was hot and fresh. Always sizzling with excitement as it made its way to the table. The consistent service and care given to us by our servers, Paul Shavers and Luke, will be one of the many reasons I recommend this place to family and friends. I will be making a return to this location.

Everything was spectacular from beginning to end. We were seated promptly and had the whole experience explained to us thoroughly. The food was really delicious, but the service was truly a standout. Gauchos, servers and managers were constantly checking in on us. Paul was especially attentive and ensured we were treated exceptionally well. However, his service was not only great to us but to every guest. Will definitely be back.

Excellent food and service. Whenever my son is home to visit us, we come here to eat. Paul is an excellent server, one of the best we've ever had at any Brazilian Steakhouse as of Nov 2023, and we've been frequenting these restaurants since 2009.

Wonderful experience even if you are not big meat lovers. We enjoyed the salad bar; lots of delectable options including smoked salmon, cheeses, hams, and soups. This is buffet, so make sure you come hungry. The cheese bread is simply amazing and addictive. The hams do lot look that fresh. Black bean and pork sausage are mild. Fried plantains are good, polenta is ok. Excellent customer service. Beautiful ambiance with white-clothed tables.

Came here for Thanksgiving dinner. We made a reservation and we didn’t have to wait long to get a table. The restaurant is busy but comfortable. I had the passionate Caipirinha cocktail — so good. Food was delicious. They had turkey and some Thanksgiving side dishes but my favorites are the picanha steak, ribeye, and bottom sirloin. Flavorful. And I really like the market table with the papaya, cheeses, and roasted veggies. Cheese bread - yes! Thanks to Moises for the great service. We will be back.

Experience was so wonderful! Paul was one of the many Servers who came by and took care of us but he went above and beyond! He was such a pleasure and my husband and I could not stop talking about him. He constantly checked in with us and we also noticed him doing it with other tables surrounding us. His customer service was exceptional- probably the best I have ever experienced. We hope to be able to get him every time we come! There was also another server who was absolutely delightful, did not get a chance to catch her name, but she had cute short dangling earrings and a claw clip and also took great care of us.

This was my first time at Fogo de Chao. There were many options to choose from and all were delicious! Paulo was very helpful and checked in with us through out lunch. The rest of the staff were very courteous and helpful as well. It was a great experience and we're definitely coming back here!

This was a great place to celebrate our anniversary! The staff is very attentive and helpful. The manager checked in with our table personally and offered us free dessert for our anniversary. The food was absolutely delicious! You will certainly not leave this place hungry. The only negative that we experienced was that the bar was out of the wine I ordered. My husband asked if the bartender could make an amaretto sour, and he agreed. Without seeing this item on the menu, we didn’t realize it was going to be a $15 drink. If we would have known, we definitely would have passed. We can get the same drink for much cheaper at our local bar. Overall, we had an excellent experience at this location. Great service and delicious food…just make sure you are prepared to spend a pretty penny here!

Love coming to Fogo Naperville, Joe and Nick are the best! They are very welcoming, attentive and always make sure all tables are happy and getting what they need or want. Even the meat carvers today were awesome too. For some reason today’s experience was beyond great. They’re all working hard and very pleasant. We always do the full churasco experience for endless meats. My favorites are the pork ribs and house special picanha great desserts also

This was our first visit to Fogo De Chao and we can’t wait to return! Erica quickly sat us at our table, explained the process, and set us on our way. Aneta checked in with us periodically to make sure all our needs were met. She was exceptionally friendly and kind. Nicolas also stopped by and made sure we were well taken care of. We were very impressed with the servers, the bus people, and the other staff members who checked in with us. The food was delicious! The salad bar offered opportunities to sample unique flavors and every meat was succulent.Every part of our visit was special.

Experience was absolutely amazing. Our server, Katherine was phenomenal to! We got the full experience and was drowning in meat in the best possible way. Every cut was delicious, and even if I got a cut in a wellness I wouldn't normally prefer it, it was still 'melt in my mouth' amazing! Would absolutely recommend anyone come here for any reason. We came to celebrate a birthday, got a free desert, and will be telling anyone I know just how good this place is!

The server Dylan was very respectful and nice. We did get to meet some of the managers as well who were also nice and respectful. The experience itself was very good, the red meats were delicious, some of the pork was dry, the chicken almost seemed undercooked with a bit of pink however overall they did good with that. The overall atmosphere was a bit hot but there were a bit of people inside with constant hot meats coming out. Would absolutely dine again
